If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay.... 4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants. 5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars. 6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):) So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.

Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun strip, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service.

The staff in general is always willing to help you, I only had a bad time, upon arrival before arriving at our room, they offered a promotional package to my wife, she accepted and “invited” us a breakfast (which was already included in our all inclusive rate) There began our unpleasant experience. We were summoned at 8:00 am, at first the person who accompanied us to lunch was very friendly, but after he hurried us at breakfast, we could not have breakfast what we wanted because there was no time, only 30 minutes, when a day before we They said they invited us to a breakfast to give us a presentation about Omni hotels. We wanted to finish breakfast, but we agreed to see the hotel suites and then they took us to their sales room, when they tried to sell us the vacation package that we from the beginning said we were not interested they became aggressive and tried to pressure my wife , so we stopped the “presentation” and left, but they made us have a bad time, of course they didn't give us anything promised. The all-inclusive resort was quite good. The room was nice and had great views. The beach right in front was one of the most beautiful in the area and was free of sargassum (we went for a walk one day and some of the surrounding hotels had beaches covered in sargassum). What we liked least was the limited variety of food. There are four restaurants, but the food is always the same. The buffet is quite basic; we didn't use it because we didn't like much of it. The specialty restaurants aren't bad. In our opinion, they should improve this: the Italian restaurant doesn't have pizza on its menu, and the pasta sauces are watery/Mexican, even though there's little variety in Mexico. There are no quesadillas (how can that be? We tried more Mexican food before arriving at the resort than here). Breakfast at the Italian restaurant was delicious. And the salmon tacos at Flor de Sal are also delicious. We've had them every day! There's an adults-only pool with good views, which is great. You're relaxed (as long as you don't have groups of drunken kids screaming around). One problem we encountered is that people reserve sun loungers early in the morning and leave their towels there without even being at the pool. On top of that, the larger ones, with sofas and umbrellas, are reserved for VIPs, and even if they're not occupied, they won't let you use them. The staff is a 10. Very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. The gym is quite well-equipped for a hotel. On checkout day, they remove your all-inclusive bracelet when you leave your room, but you can stay in the hotel and enjoy the restaurants and services until 4:00 PM.

We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service. The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again.

I highly recommend Oleo Cancun. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The hotel is not big but rather medium but is the ideal size if you prefer to stay away from those massive resorts that feel more like malls than hotels. However our room was quite spacious with lot of storages and a beautifull view, The staff was extremely friendly and not pushy at all, which was greatly appreciated. The food from our all-inclusive package was delicious, with a variety of restaurants and buffets to choose from. They offered a range of international, Mexican, and Asian cuisines, with plenty of options for meat, vegetables, fruits, and cakes. The hotel is quite peaceful at night, which is nice if you're not looking for a party hotel. The staff was attentive and remembered us, making us feel valued. Our room was clean, and they always tried to accommodate our needs. We paid a small fee for a late departure, which gave us continued access to the facilities and food for a very good deal, perfectly matching our evening flight schedule. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. The location is very convenient for the airport and is situated on the strip.

My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. Upon arrival, we discovered our room was a side sea-view room. The cost to upgrade was too high, so we opted not to and actually switched hotels for the remaining days of our trip. The staff were quite friendly, and the buffet offered a good variety of dishes. However, the salad greens weren't very fresh, and the dining area was quite noisy, possibly due to limited space. We also felt that their premium sea-view rooms didn't offer as good value for money as the Grand Park next door, though their lower-priced rooms seemed like a much better deal. After checking out, I wasn't informed if I could still use the hotel facilities. My wristband was cut off, so I assumed we couldn't use the dining facilities anymore.

The hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres. The food here is also good, with stewed pork and stewed chicken, rice, and the drinks in the bar are delicious. Sometimes there are performances at night. The front desk service attitude is quite good, especially the male front desk in a dark blue short-sleeved shirt and glasses, who has a very good attitude. My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!

There is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages. Pros : 1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime. 2. The room was clean and the view was stunning. 3. The room has a small place for room service. Cons : 1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though. 2. Location is a little far from the main street. 3.It’s a party so you can always hear loud music during the day until 10:00pm. Just pick somewhere else if you’re not a party person.

Sooo... good hotel, great food. We stayed for 14 days so food is kinda repeating but it is still good quality. Now... mini bar in room is never ever going to be refilled. I needed to call them multiple times and still not get things inthere. For some reason they really dont want to do it. Stuff: some GREAT (huge shoutout for a few of the workers from the restaurant), while some are ignorant and dont even know their job. For instance, one morning at the breakfast buffet area the waitress said that they dont offer any other drink than black coffee??? Every day till then and after that one instance i was getting double espresso. All kn all, worth is. Btw be aware of the obese people

If the total score is 10 points, I would say this hotel is about 7-7.5. Food: average. There is no highlight but it is not unpalatable. The best restaurant is Blue Water Grill, for Mediterranean food. The second is Vista Prime for steak. Definitely don't order the Picanha. You're right to order beef tenderloin. Let’s just say this for other restaurants, it’s OK to be full and don’t expect too much. Mexicans love to use cream🧈. If you are afraid of getting fat, be careful hahaha. Stay: Very satisfied. Nothing to fault. The 24-hour room service is very convenient. The room is very clean. This time I stayed in a room with a small swimming pool (footbath). It was OK for taking pictures, but it was a really useless facility. Drinks: The drinks are all delicious. The wine was also given generously. I don’t have the trembling hands like the cafeteria aunties hahaha. People who don’t drink can make them virgin. It tastes the same but without the alcohol. Beach: A very small beach 🏖️. Just a few short steps. There are a lot of seaweeds. If you have beach shoes, I recommend bringing them because there are many shells and disintegrated corals in the water🪸. There are some marine activities included but I didn't see anyone using them. It's OK to come here once, but if I had to come back a second time, I wouldn't do it because there are no highlights. Very good for taking pictures~

But the only drawback is that the hotel deliberately put very few lounge chairs. Guests either need to go before 7 am to reserve a seat, or they have to rely on luck to get one, just like reserving a seat for self-study before the final exam when they were in college in China. If you don't get a free lounge chair, you can also choose a paid beach bed (as shown in Figure 6), but it costs $250 a day. Yes, I have confirmed repeatedly that the currency is US dollars.

It's a nice place, convenient if you need to go to the airport the next day, we stayed at the hotel just one day. The service was marvelous, very polite and open to help us. The check in was at 3pm but our room was ready around 1:30 so it was perfect for us. You can go by walk to several places, coffee shops, restaurants and plaza las Américas. My only problem was the humidity, the room didn't smell good but it was clean, I think it's an humidity issue.

The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!

This hotel is in a safe area and doesn't offer all-inclusive. I was out on tours all day, so I really only used it for sleeping. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The hairdryer had great power, which was a huge plus. They provide two bottles of water daily; additional bottles cost extra, so I'd recommend heading to the supermarket for more. If you're in a hurry, you can get free water at the gym on the 4th floor. Toothbrushes and other similar items aren't provided. The pool is quite shallow, though I didn't actually use it. There's a large supermarket nearby, so I'd advise using that. There's no kitchen, so self-catering isn't an option.

My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!

Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service. The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again.

There was only one nearby, OXXO, and that was my saving grace. But there wasn't much to eat there. The hotel didn't provide any food either. They only offered a continental breakfast consisting of a bottle of coffee and juice. You can get this set at OXXO for much less.
