The hotel has a good location, within walking distance of most attractions, and the staff are very friendly. There was a slight odor in the room, but it wasn't very noticeable. Overall, it was a very good hotel.

Very nice hotel, good services . Great location right on the old port. Beautiful view. Close to tourist office for buying tourist package card. Very good location for travelling by buses metrols and tramps. The during stay , there was christmas market right next to Hotel. That was the bonus

The hotel staff is very friendly. The balcony of the room you stay in has a view of the Old Port of Marseille. What's rare is that slippers are provided. Supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The market in the Old Port on weekend mornings is particularly good.

The location is excellent, right next to the subway station! The breakfast looked good, but because we were in a rush in the morning, they didn't provide breakfast bags, so we just grabbed a few pieces of bread. We stayed in a four-person room, with the beds facing each other, and only one bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient!

A lovely hotel in a very accessible area. We came to the hotel from the ferry port of Marseille, only a few minutes drive away and left the hotel the next morning needing the A7 Road which was very close by. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean with very functional bathroom including a bath tub. The free continental breakfast buffet from 7am is a great bonus with a nice few options and coffee. Underground parking was available at €15 per night. I highly recommend Toyoko Inn Marseille.

The location is excellent just across Gare Marseille St. Charles. Hotel room is spacious, with AC, hair dryer and electric kettle. Linen is very clean. Bathroom is very neat. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast served with various types of cold cut, cereals, bakeries, fruit salad, juice, milk, soy milk, coffee. I stayed for 3 nights and breakfast menu throughout was the same. No bottled water was provided in the room but it wasn't an issue to us. Free water machine is provided at the hotel lobby.Room wasn't tided up daily but I trust they are willing to do so if guests requested. Overall it was a pleasant stay and will recommend to friends.

It's very close to the tram station and other tourist attractions - great! It's really clean and the bed is comfortable. There's really only one bed in the room! LOL. But there's space for your luggage. You can borrow a hairdryer, electric kettle, etc. at the front desk. The staff were very friendly, so I had a great stay. :) However, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling light on the last day. But they checked it and it was fine.

Good location, only things i dont like is that we book to rooms with double beds and when we arrived they give us two rooms with singles beds.

Overall, we liked everything. This is not our first time staying at this hotel. It's pleasant, located in a quiet area, close to the metro. There are also buses. There are shops where you can buy food. We had issues with the electric stovetop; it kept shutting off and had to be reset through the circuit breaker in the room. The staff responded quickly to all our requests, thank you very much!

A beautiful hotel. A little far from the center, but for such a price very clean, new rooms. Good-welcoming hosts, I liked it very much
