It was the best hotel. The architecture was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and I had a very good stay. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. I was able to buy the things I had for breakfast at the bakery next to the hotel, so I took them as souvenirs. The young woman working at the hotel was very kind to me. I would definitely like to go to this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sowell Hotels Les Chevaliers. We booked a Deluxe room with a terrace and a view of the medieval fortress of Carcassonne, and we definitely did not regret it. At night, the fortress was beautifully illuminated, and the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. The room itself was very nice. Even though it was -3°C outside, the room was warm thanks to the heating, and it felt very comfortable and cozy. Sleeping was also very comfortable. The room was quiet, and we did not hear any noise from other guests. We booked the room with breakfast. Breakfast was served as a buffet, with a good variety of food, all tasty and fresh. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We did not receive advice that the the hotel cannot be accessed by car, so Satnav is not helpful. It was almost 9pm when we left the airport 11minutes away by car, but we did not arrive until 90 minutes, within the traffic-free old city. Phone calls to the hotel (separate phones, several occasions) connected us to a Tesla Charging number(we had a VW hire car|) or an Agent Immobilier. By asking local people on the street and in a restaurant, we eventually arrived at a secure hotel carpark with electronic code access, a young man appeared as he was locking up for the night. He told us we were lucky to find him there. We parked and were transported by him via a circuitous and improbable route through the fortifications. Why were we not given directions to this car park and why was this system not explained to us? Diabolical!

The hotel is in a good location, has a parking lot 🅿️, and is very close to the castle, only a 5-minute walk away. The room facilities are relatively new, and the bed and bedding are very comfortable. The room is small and there is no place to put boxes. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of bread, desserts, jams, fruits, meats, and juice drinks. The downside is that there are no vegetables. The hotel has a nice small environment, with gardens and swimming pools. Disadvantages: There is sewage flowing across the entrance of the hotel, and it smells like sour swill. It is disgusting to step in dirty water when walking back to the hotel.

I really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere Definitely recommend!

Good point. 2 minutes walk to the castle! Once I took a shower and cooled down, I was able to walk around the night light up. Great location The hospitality of the lady at the front desk was nice There's a bathtub. There was a small garden. Mitsubishi air conditioner The walls were not so thick, but the guests were quiet and able to sleep well The day I stayed was about 13,000 yen. I'm sorry. Room 31 I stayed in was almost unusable with Wi-Fi It seems that it is necessary to check in at a affiliated hotel, and other new guests (probably French) were at a loss because the hotel did not open. Be careful. The dryer is under the washbasin, but the cord is short, so I sat in the toilet seat and dried it. It was dry immediately because there was air volume (laughter)

Very stylish, large, noble landhouse. Located on large, parking-like land, because of the season at. November we could not use garden and terrace, safely dreaming to sit there at the warmer season. Would really be my dream of South France! The breakfast room inside was a large living room with fireplace and precious furniture that we were allowed to use, all available for the comfort of the guest (cafe, water cooker, espresso machine). Breakfast is very rich and wonderful. The host was very nice and attentive, and we were very guest friendly treated, nice and more guest friendly it can't! Our room was just as stylishly furnished, bathroom as well as with all the sanitary facilities. Thanks to the host for my perfect South France experience ! and learning of a desire place!

A spacious apartment.A room, separated a living room, a toilet and then a bathroom with a washing and bathroom. The hotel is located in the centre of Carcassone, 10 minutes walking from the castle of Carcassone and the medieval city. There are cleaning kits for washing the dishes and washing machines. To improve the pool air conditioning ( was very cold). The bathroom is on the same site as the toilet. We didn't take breakfast because it was very expensive 13.50 per person.

Phantastic place right below the walls of Carcassonne. Everything was impecably clean - exactly as described. The photos shown by trip-advisor absolutely reflect reality. We had an excellent two day stay in the absolute proximity of the old town. The personnel as extremely helpful and also the late check-in worked perfectly! For those arriving by car: we had no problems finding a parking place in the vicinity of the hotel, but we staeyed also in the late season beginning September.

Cleaning service was very observant, noticing that we'd only been drinking the decaf coffee sachets provided and topping up extra of those. Nice, small details that help make the trip more comfortable. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk to Carcassonne castle. You can drive there in the evening and park outside the castle for free after dark - a highly recommended experience. Overall, this hotel is the perfect choice if you're like us: foreign visitors, travelling in France by car.

Hello, the room was very good, good 3 beds I admit that during my reservation it was the last free room. A quick note about the bathroom, lack of hooks for gloves and when I took my shower, despite the door being closed, the water invaded part of the room. All good but a little awkward location though near the airport, 20 euro taxi from Carcassone centre and 10 to airport. Small pool but nice to have it and smoking area out back too. Standard double room was fine, clean, adequate. And we got a duvet! A light one, just right for the weather at the time. Service was fine,breakfast was super. Bit stressed though at indefinite time of arrival of taxi to airport in the morning. Booked by receptionist. But altogether good and great value! 👍

By asking local people on the street and in a restaurant, we eventually arrived at a secure hotel carpark with electronic code access, a young man appeared as he was locking up for the night. He told us we were lucky to find him there. We parked and were transported by him via a circuitous and improbable route through the fortifications. Why were we not given directions to this car park and why was this system not explained to us? Diabolical!

The hotel is very quiet , very friendly hosts , perfectly clean , nearby Rocadest resto shopping centre , shops , various things and near the hospital . I had a problem with the access code for my arrival linked to the platform trip.com resolved with a very nice hostess , otherwise nothing to say.

It is located in a place where you have to climb the slope for about １５ from the station. It is recommended to take a taxi or bus. The room has a small kitchen, such as a microwave and refrigerator, so it may be good for long stays.

The hotel is located in 30-40 minutes from the station's waiting and minutes 25-30 from the lock. In general it is normal, but it was not possible to start the air conditioner on heating, but it was quite cool ~20°C. There were problems with the lock, but they were quickly resolved. The breakfast was not very rich for choice.

Hello, the room was very good, good 3 beds I admit that during my reservation it was the last free room. A quick note about the bathroom, lack of hooks for gloves and when I took my shower, despite the door being closed, the water invaded part of the room. For breakfast, some pastries would have been appreciated. Orange juice a delight and coffee side excellent Otherwise the welcome at reception is really very warm and welcoming. Thanks to the team.

Phantastic place right below the walls of Carcassonne. Everything was impecably clean - exactly as described. The photos shown by trip-advisor absolutely reflect reality. We had an excellent two day stay in the absolute proximity of the old town. The personnel as extremely helpful and also the late check-in worked perfectly! For those arriving by car: we had no problems finding a parking place in the vicinity of the hotel, but we staeyed also in the late season beginning September.
