Great budget hotel, and they even have pool, though we didn’t use it. Conveniently located just off the roadway and near shops, supermarkets and petrol station, but quiet nevertheless. The staff were very friendly and kind. We had air conditioning issues with our room on the second night and they immediately changed our room. Breakfast was good. It’s the second time we stayed here. We will come again when in the area.

All good but a little awkward location though near the airport, 20 euro taxi from Carcassone centre and 10 to airport. Small pool but nice to have it and smoking area out back too.
Standard double room was fine, clean, adequate. And we got a duvet! A light one, just right for the weather at the time. Service was fine,breakfast was super. Bit stressed though at indefinite time of arrival of taxi to airport in the morning. Booked by receptionist. But altogether good and great value! 👍

Nice hotel, nice staff, clean rooms, location is ok 5 minutes walk from the airport and about a 25 minute walk to centre of Carcassonne and the citadel cite, only negative is they have a small swimming pool which unfortunately was dirty and the drinks are high in price but overall it is a good hotel.

We had an excellent stay at Kyriad. The room was as expected, basic but very clean. The breakfasts are buffet style, included are cereals, fruit, a variety of breads, ham, cheeses, bacon and egg. It filled us up for the day. Evening menu was limited but the food was very good. The pool was clean, and we had it to ourselves most evenings. As mentioned on previous reviews, its quite a walk into the Cite, and 20 euro's for a taxi, around 10 minutes if you have a car. However the location is handy for the autoroutes, if like us you want to explore the region. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Kyriad

The bedrooms are very, very basic and the hotel itself is shabby. The reception/breakfast area/pool area are in a different modern building which is beautiful. The breakfast is good but expensive. The evening meal was dreadful. The hotel was very reasonably priced and is ony 15 minutes walk from the airport and 40 minutes walk from the town. There is a McDonalds across the road and a shopping centre & Lidl closeby. The hotel advertises a balcony with the room but there is no balcony., The hotel is like a motel where there is a walkway outside the rooms. This is not a private balcony and you certainly couldn't lie or sit out there

Negative points: Saggy bedding, if you have back pain move on. dust on the headboard, very dirty bathroom door. Night rodeo on the ring road below (but that Kyriad has nothing to do with it). Positive points: restaurant on site and good value for money, generous and varied breakfast

The family home proving too small, we spent the three nights of the weekend of August 15 at the Kyriad. Clean room, excellent bedding (mattress and pillows) but air conditioning a little weak (hence the advantage of having a room on the north side). Full buffet breakfast offering alternatives for all diets. 300€ for three nights for two including breakfast in high season: very good value for money.
