Our room in building 8, an odd-numbered room, faced directly onto the parking lot. When I asked the front desk, they said all other rooms were full. The bathroom was damp and cramped with poor drainage. There was a faint musty smell in the room. Perhaps this is to be expected for the price, but I had hoped for something a bit better. During our week-long stay, we never requested housekeeping, but the 'do not disturb' sign on our door was removed by someone. We had plans to go out early that day, so I quickly asked the front desk if we could get a new sign. The front desk staff's attitude was not good; they were impatient and didn't smile at all. On the other hand, the hotel cleaning staff, many of whom didn't speak English as their first language, were very patient and smiled brightly when I asked for directions, which was nice. For Universal Studios Japan (USJ), you need to reserve a bus for the outbound journey, but not for the return. You can check the bus schedule at the ticket counter in the hotel. Sea World is about a 15-minute walk away. There's no bus for Disneyland, but a taxi there is quite affordable.

We did not use the hotel resort facilities much, as we were in the theme parks most of the time during our stay. Therefore, I think the resort fees were too much to charge per day. They did not even clean our room every day. Check-in was very slow, and no consideration for upgrades for returning customers. The shuttles were too crowded, and it took too long to return back to the hotel. However, the location of the hotel was excellent for the airport and all the theme parks.

Traveling to Universal Studios Orlando with my kids, choosing this DoubleTree by Hilton hotel was an absolute perfect experience, exceeding all expectations in every aspect! The hotel's location is unparalleled. It's within walking distance to one of the Universal parks and also offers a free shuttle directly to the parks, making early morning and evening park visits incredibly flexible. No need to rush for a shuttle early, which is a huge relief when traveling with children. The surrounding amenities are excellent; there are various restaurants downstairs offering diverse cuisines, as well as a large supermarket where you can get snacks, bottled water, and daily necessities all in one stop. Food delivery services come straight to the hotel, making dining out completely stress-free. The room's cleanliness standards are very high; the entire room was spotless. The double queen room type is spacious, with plenty of room for our family of three to move around and store luggage. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful rest after a day at the parks. Transportation options are plentiful. Besides the free shuttle, taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, offering affordable fares to various destinations. The hotel is also very close to the outlet malls, making it super convenient to go shopping after a day at the park. It perfectly fulfills both our entertainment and shopping needs. The hotel offers attentive service, complete facilities, and a clean and quiet environment. For families visiting Universal Studios, it offers excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Orlando and highly recommend it to families traveling with children!

The front desk service attitude is very good, but there is a front desk clerk with braids who is very mean and rude. Please note that the hotel is very conveniently located. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. It is very close to Disney/Universal Studios/Sea World! Highly recommended! The room is very big!

The hotel is relatively new and having a 24-hour convenience store (open 14 hours, so not 24 hours, but convenient enough) is a plus. However, possibly due to recent renovations, there's a strong smell. The room itself is quite spacious, but the soundproofing isn't great. You can hear it when guests next door or upstairs use the restroom, so I recommend closing your bathroom door when sleeping. Breakfast was standard. Since I was here for a business trip, I didn't get to experience much else.

Initially, I randomly selected a hotel for my trip. I discovered that the hotel is close to the venue of the event I planned to attend, which makes me feel relieved. The room is spacious and clean. The food is just average and not particularly impressive. The amenities and services are excellent. One suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel provided slippers.

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!

The hotel's base rate isn't that high; the main costs likely come from resort fees and the like. While its selling point is probably its proximity to Disney, a taxi ride there is definitely not cheap, easily costing $50 during peak hours. The hotel's layout is a bit like a motel, with rooms opening directly onto an outdoor corridor. The large windows compromise both blackout effectiveness and privacy. Service was mediocre, and I was assigned a room very close to the main road, making it quite noisy. The shower knob was so tight I couldn't even turn it. The shuttle bus picks up from many hotels, so a ride that should take 10 minutes can easily turn into 45, though it is free. The 7-11 next to the hotel was convenient for picking up essentials.

Love this place always stay here or the Rosen centre but prefer here as it is closer to the action at night. There is another Inn further along I drive but the staff here are amazing so never change tbf. The only thing the gym is small but I have used the plaza once when I stayed which was a nice touch. Feel if it was better the gym it would up the standard of this inn into another level. Rooms are clean and comfy the bars shops and restaurants are amazing and energetic. A perfect place to relax after a round of golf shopping or a trip to a park. The staff make this place but it has so much to offer would never look anywhere else.

Overall we had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The wifi was good in the room and common areas of the hotel. The coffee bar was great to have on the ground floor. The gym was mostly clean. The base of the tread mills could be a lot cleaner. The swimming pool was very nice but I recommend going in the early mornings when there are fewer children at the pool. When requesting to have our room cleaned in the middle of the stay, there must have been a communication error with housekeeping. The front desk followed up and the following day our room was cleaned perfectly. The location is ideal for visitors of Universal Studios. The location is good for Disney World. My family is grateful for our Orlando experience at Crowne Plaza.

For the most part, the room was OK. Feels a little outdated. There was a gap at the bottom of the door where insects can get in found one ant or two bugs actually in the sink but  it wasn’t that bad, the bathroom is small. The toilet is too close to the tub having the refrigerator in the bathroom area to me feels not sanitary, but for the most part, it served its purpose we needed a place to stay while attending a convention. We did not use the pool. However, the pool looked nice.

The hotel site is large, so you have to take the shuttle bus to and from the parking lot and the hotel when you park yourself. 3. I checked in in the afternoon, but the front desk staff didn't provide and guide me when I checked in that I needed a bracelet even though the water park was available the next morning. 4. You may have to line up very long due to group guests such as conferences at dinner and check-out time. 5. Of course, everything is expensive 6. Shuttle is free but there is a hassle to book on the site, and there is no shuttle bus service often It's not good considering the price, but it's a good hotel if you want to heal and wander in the hotel all day! There was a regret in terms of guidance, but the staff are friendly and the sunset and water park restaurants ㅎㅎ It's a good hotel to feel like I'm in a resort ~ However, if you want to go to the amusement park, it would be nice to avoid that period and make a reservation!

The restaurant in the lobby has really long operating hours, so you'll never go hungry. Plus, staying at an official hotel means early access to the park, which was a huge bonus. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The inly thing I could fault was the signage to anywhere. There are none. We walked 30min. Round two hotels. For what should have been a few minutes cause once of the boat taxi for the first time no signed for lobby or anything. Same in morning sign to water taxi then no sign to say get life to floor one. Tbh this seems to a standard thing round universal. No sign or basic sign to everything toilets hotel rides. But have to say hotel was amazing and clean and would stay again. They offer free shuttle services to a few parks, and you can get early access to Epic at 9 AM and Islands of Adventure at 8 AM just by using your room key. Even on your check-out day, you can still use the early park admission; just let them know at check-out that you'd like to keep your room key. Downstairs, there's a Starbucks and a shop selling food and drinks, and across the street, you'll find a KFC and a Walgreens. There's also a direct bus to downtown, which is pretty convenient.

Nonetheless, it was a decent stay but disappointing in several aspects.

I finally solved one of the issues myself but still pending one. Secondly, when I went back around 11:50pm, I consulted front desk regarding the shuttle bus time schedule to Disney. I was told to look for the time table myself which was put on another counter. Although I can go there checking it myself but I don’t think this is the right way Sheraton treats its customers.

The hotel was perfect. It's less than 20 minutes from the convention center, so transportation is decent. The breakfast was simple. The room was clean, and the stay was quiet. The price was too high during the exhibition, and there was a shortage of rooms. Luckily, I booked early for just over a thousand. They offer a free shuttle to the exhibition hall. Outlets are right next door, a 5-minute drive away. There are also a few restaurants nearby. For Cantonese Chinese food, you have to go to YH Seafood, a Michelin-starred restaurant that's always packed, so reservations are a must.

This is a huge and beautiful property, a high-quality, fully furnished apartment with a truly luxurious bathroom featuring a large jacuzzi and attractive sinks. Despite my personal perfect rating, I wouldn't return because I find the charge of $30 plus taxes (about $33 daily) for parking on a property where I'm already staying to be completely unfair and abusive. There are other properties that are exactly the same, with the same amenities and very minor differences, that offer free parking, like the WestGate where I've stayed three times previously and never paid for parking.

Mcdonalds and other places to eat close, Mcdonalds and gas station walking distance. It's on the corner of International Drive and Sandlake Road. Pools are fine, shop has a good selection, never tried the arcade, bar, restaurant.

The hotel is a resort, you can just stay in the hotel, purely for vacation, the hotel has many recreational facilities, there is a golf course with a large lawn, a water park, a hotel lobby, the rooms are grand, the rooms are large, the bed in the upper room is big enough for two adults to sleep, breakfast can be self-service or a la carte, standard American. The hotel feels comparable to the scale of domestic five-star hotels, but a little old.

Each tenant in two days has unlimited times of the world's two old parks (that is, the room card), so that we have the willfulness to go without worrying about it, especially the early check in, and also gave us the room, the attitude is very good, even if there is no room, you can also store it for free, Take the room card (Express) to the park. The room is big enough, the twin bed can sleep 2 big and 2 small. The disadvantage is that the water taxi is affected by the weather. It will be out of service when you come back at night. You must go a long way to wait for the shuttle bus (it is best to confirm your hotel with the driver, because it is shared with other hotels, don't get on the wrong car); Going to Epic Paradise is far away, waiting for the car for a while, it is recommended to ask the time in advance, it feels like half an hour.

Beware that everything is kinda far away, the next 7-eleven is in like a 20 min walking distance. If you take a Lyft/Uber it will take you ~5 min.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Epic, and they offer shuttle services to both the new and old parks. The staff were all very enthusiastic. The only downside is that the dining options are a bit limited; it would be great if there were more restaurants and choices.

I stayed at this hotel to get an hour's early entry to Universal Studios. Personally, if you're going to Universal Studios, I definitely recommend staying at a hotel that offers these perks. Furthermore, if you're going to Ireland, this hotel is close enough that you can leave around 7 a.m. and take a 15-minute stroll, and you'll be almost at the front of the line. Being able to ride two or three attractions (or one or two multiple times) that are likely to have long waits during the first hour is a huge advantage. I rode Hagrid twice (I went right back in) and Velocity once. After that, I rode one more ride and was granted general admission. From then on, the standard wait time was over an hour... For a family of four, I'd recommend staying at a hotel that offers express passes. The wait times can be quite different... If you're going to use express passes anyway, you might as well choose a better hotel.

Love this place always stay here or the Rosen centre but prefer here as it is closer to the action at night. There is another Inn further along I drive but the staff here are amazing so never change tbf. The only thing the gym is small but I have used the plaza once when I stayed which was a nice touch. Feel if it was better the gym it would up the standard of this inn into another level. Rooms are clean and comfy the bars shops and restaurants are amazing and energetic. A perfect place to relax after a round of golf shopping or a trip to a park. The staff make this place but it has so much to offer would never look anywhere else.

We have stayed multiple times and although its basic and nothing flash, generally clean, not perfect but fine. The area is great for top of International Drive and Universal and i4. Mcdonalds and other places to eat close, Mcdonalds and gas station walking distance. It's on the corner of International Drive and Sandlake Road. Pools are fine, shop has a good selection, never tried the arcade, bar, restaurant.

It's within walking distance to one of the Universal parks and also offers a free shuttle directly to the parks, making early morning and evening park visits incredibly flexible. No need to rush for a shuttle early, which is a huge relief when traveling with children. The surrounding amenities are excellent; there are various restaurants downstairs offering diverse cuisines, as well as a large supermarket where you can get snacks, bottled water, and daily necessities all in one stop. Food delivery services come straight to the hotel, making dining out completely stress-free. The room's cleanliness standards are very high; the entire room was spotless. The double queen room type is spacious, with plenty of room for our family of three to move around and store luggage. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful rest after a day at the parks. Transportation options are plentiful. Besides the free shuttle, taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, offering affordable fares to various destinations. The hotel is also very close to the outlet malls, making it super convenient to go shopping after a day at the park. It perfectly fulfills both our entertainment and shopping needs. The hotel offers attentive service, complete facilities, and a clean and quiet environment. For families visiting Universal Studios, it offers excellent value for money. I booked this place kinda last minute for the night. They do offer airport pickup. When I arrived, I called them and they sent me a link to book the reservation. I did that and it was supposed to come at 8:10pm, it didn't show up until a little after 8:30. The guest service lady was good, I do wish they have a way to enter your phone number vs saying it out loud in front of ppl. When I opened the door to my room, I was met with a strong smell of mildew/musty. Then the door wouldn't close, I literally had to push really hard for it to close. I went in to take a shower and there was only a little bit of shower gel left, good thing I had my own. Overall, if you're only doing it for the night, it's not too bad.

Finding the hotel was super easy, excellent location for tourists. Upon check-in, I had some issues that complicated my arrival, especially after how tired I was. Apparently, it's the hotel's policy for residents to pay a $200 refundable deposit upon check-out. The problem wasn't knowing about the deposit, but that it had to be paid in cash only. This annoyed me a lot because I just wanted to get to my room and shower, but instead, I had to go out looking for an ATM. The room was clean and smelled pleasant, even though the sheets had cigarette burn marks everywhere 😂 The shower curtain was in pieces, too small, and all the water kept spilling out 🤦‍♀️ Aside from that, everything else was fine.

We booked this for its location to universal and the fact it provided transport to the park. On arrival we found that yes they did provide transport but only at one set time in the morning and one set time in the evening, neither of which suited us so we just got an uber which was cheap enough. The room was comfortable enough but wouldn’t say it was spotlessly clean, and some furnishing were stained. We didn’t plan on spending any time at the hotel so it didn’t matter too much. My biggest issue with the hotel was the smell. I love indian food, but the smell from the indian resteraunt in reception was overpowering and not what you’d expect in a hotel lobby. There was a place in reception you could buy breakfast but the smell from the resteraunt put us off. We couldn’t wait to get outside. We had previously stayed at a cambria in columbia which was fabulous so we thought we knew what we were getting with this chain, however we would not stay at this one again.
