Satisfied for the price paid but the room was different from what I booked from here. I booked King room with resort view but the hotel said they received double bed room booking. There must be something wrong going with this app (Trip.com). Room was clean and comfortable enough and enjoyed the pool area.

David ”Manager” at the Front desk said its perfectly fine for a 1 year old to be put to bed with blankets on the floor. Prior to our stay I spoke with Danielle who said there are plenty of pack and plays so no need to travel with one. After we checked in at 6pm we called the front desk requesting a pack and play which we were told it was on the way. After calling 5 times being lied to and waiting over 2 hours we had to put our daughter to bed. When we asked to speak with a manager David came out, he was rude, he kept saying the pack and play would be on its way but couldn't give a time. I explained we had been waiting for over 2 hours, David did not care and did not try to find a solution just excuses. When I asked to speak to someone above David he replied I'm the person to speak to. Do not stay at this resort they treat you like crap, and if David stays employed then please know your families safety is not a concern to he or Hilton.

Double trees always a nice hotel to stay at and the free cookies and check in or whenever you ask are always a delightful treat. For this day we found that there was really nothing around the hotel itself as far as other restaurant choices although it’s very close to universal and they have a shuttle bus which was convenient, we ended up moving to a location nearby that had many more restaurants around, the rooms were clean the pool areas. Nice the restaurants food was good although a little pricey if you would like to use the pool areas, I think this could be an excellent choice.

Experience was excellent, customer service was amazing. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Had a fridge, 2 burner stove top, and dishwasher. Pool area looked very nice, we didn’t get a chance to check it out on this visit. There is a Starbucks in the parking lot and a few other food establishments. Complimentary breakfast was great. Close to SeaWorld, Aquatica, And Discovery Cove. Other attractions were within 10-15 min drive. We will definitely look at this place for future stays. Wish we found it sooner!

SeaWorld Area Orlando|15.98km from city center
The hotel is renovated and accommodations were fine and it is one of the better quality hotel choices in the busy and very touristy Orlando center. Also, breakfast selection was surprisingly good and plentiful for the typical selection for the Holiday Inn Express brand. The reasons for not giving the hotel 5 stars are below: 1) the bathroom sink in the room was clogged upon check in. 2) guests were allowed to consume alcohol and to smoke heavily in the pool area right next to many small children and other guests who did not appreciate being exposed to second hand smoke. As a public health policy, smoking should only be allowed in remote designated areas and not in the pool ares which is full of small children. 3) At times there was no staff at the reception and the staff that I did communicate with either spoke very poor English (or none at all, the assumption was that everyone should be speaking Spanish) or appeared to be genuinely disinterested and didn't pay attention to customers' concerns.

The hotel location is very recomended for you who want to go universal studio or go to the premium outlet. Dont forget you have to booked a bus to go the universal studio the day before, inside a hotel there is outlet for you to booked the bus. If you want to rent a car there also a rent car outlet inside the hotel. I go to premium outlet , walk to 10 min only. If using uber it cost you about CAD 9. I just dont like the room hotel floor all using carpet. Thanks

The hotel is very good! Comfortable, well equipped. The breakfast is very rich and make eggs to taste, which is rare in this type of hotel. There were several options. It was very clean and it was very clean, except for the sofa bed that I think it could have been cleaner. Otherwise, it would be very good, indeed, I would return. The parking lot is a point q to take into account. The hotel is very good, the hotel is very good and the room is very good.

Resort is huge. Grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Villas are clean, spacious and furnishings quite comfortable. Pools are clean and plentiful, but sometimes hard to find seating due to chair hogs, although there seemed to be more available later in the afternoon. We did not use all of the pools, our favorites were Fountains and Cascades, both of which had refreshing waterfalls, Cascades had more kiddie pools. Lakes pool seemed to be more sedate with older guests and shaded areas. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. Food onsite is basic burgers, dogs & fries & pizza but quite good. Location is so convenient to theme parks, outlet malls and restaurants we found an excellent Italian restaurant about 5 miles from us, Fresco's. Be aware that some buildings do not have elevators. We would not hesitate to return!

We have stayed at the hotel before, this is the 2nd time we have stayed. We stayed for 10 days in total. Mixed reviews - When we arrived as we had separate bedrooms, we all needed to check in individually, my brother was right next to my mum and dad in tower 1 and I was put all the way in a separate tower. Common sense would’ve been to put us all together. My mum wasn’t too happy about this and went to reception with me, baring in mind the person she spoke to when she checked in said how unbelievably quiet they are. The lady me and my mum spoke to at reception, shoulder length black hair, small in height, was very ****y, didn’t want to help us whatsoever, said how they are extremely busy they are unable to do this, okay, very mixed considering we’ve just been told how quiet the hotel is, must not care about anyone else’s safety apart from her own. I hope this lady doesn’t keep her job, she doesn’t know the meaning of good customer service. Hotel is very loud, meant to be a budget hotel but need a loan for the food. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything of what’s going on next door. So yeah, if you want to stay in a loud hotel, lazy moody staff with expensive food, cleaners that barely clean your room, then go ahead.

This can be rated a ”1” or ”4” depending on your situation and willingness to take the time to get things fixed . The property has (I was told) over 2,000 units. In a post-Covid world, We were pleasantly surprised to see the number of employees to work to make our stay pleasant. They were all cheerful. Whenever we used the text service (do use it!) to get something repaired or needed (and there was a lot of stuff needing repair) an ”engineer” or housekeeping was at our door within 15 minutes. Every time we got a follow-up call to be sure our issue was resolved. We were in building 80. It needs updating. Appliances are older, as is the furniture. While there are 7 pools on the property, none of them are directly by this building. The property advertises DVD players. However, they are being removed from the rooms. The management was willing to find one for us. However, our connection was not HDMI and we decided it wasn’t worth their time to dig one up. We appreciated their willingness to give it a try. Employees do not always have the correct information via text or phone, which is a definite area for improvement for the management to improve. One complaint I’ve seen on other reviews is getting hot water. This was an issue for us. The engineer came and turned on ALL the faucets in the room for a couple minutes and that brought the hot water to our room. We just did that every day and had plenty of hot water. Yes, the rooms are NOT soundproof. We travel a lot and this is not an unusual complaint. Now, for the reason I gave this place a 4 rating. We are timeshare owners with another company and exchanged using Interval. Hence, our cost for the entire week was very reasonable. We were not given activity cards, or free access to the Waterpark, which did not matter to us, since we didn’t have kids. If a family is here, you need to understand what you get and what you have to pay for out of pocket before booking. For example, the cute little waterpark is $20/day per person. This may seem like a lot. However, compared to Wet and Wild it’s about 1/2 price and just check the prices at the Universal or Disney waterpark and you won’t feel so bad here. Westgate owners get free admission…which if you have ever owned a timeshare, you would say…glad they get special perks for their huge investment. Also, if you ever go to a Disney property, they also have hefty resort fees, and you will be paying a LOT more each night. The grounds are beautiful. Parking is FREE. The condos have full or partial kitchens depending on what size you book. There is a Walmart, Whole-foods, and Publix close by. There is an on-site restaurant, convenience store, game room, and one of the pools (available to all guests) has a bar and snack shop. There are tennis courts, barbecue pits, and a wonderful walking path. You can rent bikes. They have an activity department that costs extra depending on what you want to do, gym ($5/day without an activity or owner card)… so, you co

The room is big and the price is good, but the hotel doesn't know if it discriminates against the agency. We walked to the innermost room for us, and there is a swimming pool below, and we can't see animals at all... Pro - Good location on International Dr and very convenient for those who want to take an i-ride trolley to explore the area. - Walkable to Orange county convention center - very close to CVS and walkable to Walgreen - The room comes with a decent fridge (no freezer compartment) and a microwave. - Three swimming pools - Room is clean and the bed is comfy. Con - Room is quite old and outdated. - although it comes with a fridge and a microwave, there is no small dining table in the room and there is only one chair on a working table. - Check in is at 4 PM which is very late and the check out line is very loooong. --> be prepared to be in line for 15 min to get the room checked out.

Much better than 1st time. Hotel is under remodel.. They just finished their pool and it looks great.. They're working on the roof. The rooms still need some work. But they are coming a long way. Price is right. There is a deposit which is I believe $50. You do get it back and roughly about 7 to 10 days depending on your credit card. It is not pet friendly unless you have a service dog. Hotel is right before the Orlando health Doctor Phillips. Rooms come with a microwave and a Mini refrigerator. They do serve a breakfast that you must eat out front. You cannot take it back to your room. All their handicapped rooms or on the 1st floor.

Royal Pacific Resort never disappoints. Another 23 night stay and it was perfect. From the moment you step into this hotel you are warmly welcomed throughout, from the Valet Guys to the ladies who look after your rooms, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The resort is immaculately clean throughout in all public areas and our room was cleaned exceptionally well every day we were there. The King Suite is a good size, beds are very comfortable and bathroom products are nice. We always had plenty of towels and products replenished daily and turndown service were exceptional too. Very special thanks as always to Raymond, Marian and Andrea. The Club Lounge is a jewel in the crown of this hotel. The staff go above and beyond for you and welcome every guest like a friend. The food is replenished regularly and everything is kept clean and tidy. Staff are the best. Alex, Daniel, Raphael, Jen, Tory, Caitlyn, Kayleen, Trisha, Mitchell, Jordan, Hailey, Gia, Sophia and Tamara are all simply wonderful and we can`t thank them enough for looking after us so well. And the lovely Wellington as it is always a pleasure to chat to him. Bell services are wondefful and again look after you so well. Milton and Rob are two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever hope to meet and it`s always a pleasure to talk to them if they have the time. Samuel Martineau is always wonderful and at the front desk Katie, Cornell and Asha were very helpful and so friendly when we needed anything. Special thank you to Egle for her kindness. And nice to see Daniel from Valet again, he always remembers us. Orchids Lounge is another place that is always amazing. Ty, Colby and Mariella are so lovely and the sushi is among the best in the area. Fresh, tasty and original. Bula Bar was also a place we enjoyed this visit during some pool time. Food was excellent and the pool area was immaculately clean and the staff around the pool are very nice and again, make sure everyone is ok. The buffet lunch Island put on during the hurricane was also good and Elena looked after us well too. Tuk Tuk we used for the first time this trip and the food we purchased was fresh and tasty and staff were nice. The Express Pass is a wonderful perk of staying at this hotel, and the proximity to the parks is second to none, a short 7 minute walk takes you to IOA or you have the boats which run regularly and get you there in a few minutes. Royal Pacific Resort is one of our two home aways from home, there is nowhere better for us and we have so many reasons to keep coming back to this wonderful resort. The actions of all staff during the Hurricane were amazing. They looked after everyone so well and we felt completely safe and looked after during the couple of days it was around us. We were so grateful to Samuel, Jen and Sophia when we needed some help to change flights and extend our stay due to Hurricane Ian, they made the process so much easier. The hotel's privacy is very good, the waiters at the entrance are very enthusiastic, the lobby is full of gorgeous Italian opera, and the hotel is very large. It takes a short distance from lobby to our room, but it is more convenient to check out directly by text message. . We entered the hotel early in the morning and directly stored our luggage. We took the water bus outside the hotel and went to Universal Studios. There was no delay. We received the hotel's text message to inform us of the room number at 3pm. The small mistake was that the room card that was applied for in the morning could not be opened at night, and the husband returned to the front desk very hard to re-apply for a new room card and then returned to open the door. Remember to check if there is a complete bar code and check-in date on the room card. This is used as the basis for express. We were told there was a problem after entering the park the next day. It took half an hour to find someone. It was very troublesome. Attention!

I don’t know why all the negative reviews. It almost scared me off, but I’m glad it didn’t. We arrived early because our flight did. We upgraded our room upon a smooth and easy check-in. The room was ready within an hour. It was clean and everything seemed just great. The staff was nice. Room service through the app was tasty and always exactly on time. The ease with which one can use the boats to Epcot and Hollywood Studios can’t be beat. The only cons I could find were the tiny trash cans which become a slight nuisance when housekeeping only comes every third day and the extremely firm beds, although I’m sure someone out there likes them that way. I am a fairly picky person when it comes to hotel cleanliness and I didn’t have a single complaint the entire time. Do yourselves a favor and ignore the negative reviews and stay at The Swan.

And when entering the store check-in, the front desk waitress said that it already included this fee. I don't know what Ctrip's 133.32 service fee and tax are? We are here now and we had problems with our room door, it kept locking us out security kept trying to get us in, shout out to the wonderful Jim Davis here. Maintenance tried to get us in and eventually after a long time we were in. But we couldn't let the door close just in case so we were approached by Manager Ana, she immediately upgraded us to a gorgeous Villa apartment where they have their own private pool, plus she put $100 on our account. Now before any of this happened the day we checked in TUI our Travel Agent had told us that daily resort fees were all in the price, I was angry to say the least, this is not the Hotels fault in any way...but guess what they did? They waived the daily resort fee AND the daily parking fee! Thank you to Adeline for calming the waters. The food here is very good too. We love it here and love how wonderful all the staff here are. They certainly turned our vacation around for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I was a bit concerned with construction still going on in the hotel when booking, however it did NOT affect our stay, at all. Noise is very minor, pool is huge, so you are able to stay away from it PLUS you are also able to use the pool at the sister Ritz property which is a 5 minute walk. The construction is supposed to be finished in November 🤞 Now more details about the hotel overall: ROOMS Beautiful and freshly renovated. We had a balcony and it was nice to step out to it to enjoy beautiful view of the lakes and for a breath of fresh air HOUSEKEEPING Excellent. Meticulously clean, turndown service perfect, no questions :) One thing to make it even better would be to put slippers in the room - I am pretty sure we could get them upon request though. BREAKFAST Excellent selection, with fresh omelette, fresh squeezed juice station where you can make your own juice, pancakes prepared to order, variety of fruit - very good! Price: $25 for continental only, $35 for full selection. As Ambassador members we got Continental breakfast complimentary with an option to upgrade to full bar for $7. This is fine, but if I were the manager I would make it fully complimentary to people staying at Marriott properties for 100+ night per year … SPECIAL SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU TO KARIMA who took excellent care of us and provided warm and personalized service during both days we visited Citron for breakfast. SPA/GYM Shared space with ritz carlton, beautiful; as part of your resort fee package you get to visit their classes - they have yoga, stretching etc. However keep in mind that those are only available on certain days of the week :) It would be nice to have some alternative for off days, I would love to go to one of the classes but both my days fell on off days unfortunately. You can also get bikes for 1 hour per day for free. SPA area has their own pool and hot tub which are basically empty because you need to have a spa appointment in order to use them. SHUTTLES TO DISNEY are available but you need to book them 24 hours in advance, we missed that part and had to Uber 😅 POOL SERVICE was pretty good across JW and Ritz, with plentiful chairs, towels and friendly staff to assist to your wishes :) GABRIEL at JW pool provided great service and was very nice - thank you Gabriel! We stayed for 4 nights beginning on July4th. OUTSTANDING experience and would stay there again. First time stay and Ann Clarke, Guest Experience Expert, seized the day for us with great care and grace. As a long-time Bonvoy Rewards member I was upgraded to one of the best rooms we have experienced through Marriott. It was a Lake Front Suite which was very kind treatment for a business road warrior. Living Room and separate bedroom with two balconies. The 4th fireworks were spectacular and almost eye-level. They do them on Saturdays too. Next time! The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are spotless. The service is what you want from Ritz Carlton with everyone friendly and eager to help. My wife enjoyed a spa visit and I went to the gym for a great workout. The Ritz and JW are connected as two massive conference centers which added extra dining options so we didn't need to leave the resort. Massive corridors and more meeting rooms than we could count. For our needs we added the Club Lounge access which took the pressure off incidentals. Need food or drink? Head to the Club Lounge which is open all-day until 10 p.m. Food presentations throughout the day in a comfortable room with a balcony and nice view of Orlando. We also dined at Knife and Spoon which was a treat for an upscale dinner. Great food and service. All good. Finally we traded the hassle and expense of an ocean beach vacation for the Ritz Carlton pool. It was hot this week but the pool at RC is clean and spacious. Many chairs open. I hope the nearest beach and long-lines were fun? We had a great time here. Service was excellent there with lots of choices for drinks and food poolside. Overall this resort gets all 5 stars in my book. Have fun!

Business travel, it is relatively convenient and cheap. The room is large, but the table and chair are lacking, the bed is very high, the bathroom lacks the shelf for hanging the towel, the air conditioner sounds louder, and the air conditioner is colder, so the air conditioner is generally turned off at night. However, there was a product that passed the expiration date of the coffee provided, but I was surprised that it was normal, so I was hungry after drinking it. Anyway, I was glad to give you the right product after that. Next time I'll stay in a Sheraton with good value.

It's annoying, so I'm pretty familiar with Ripple, but this was one of the best hotels I've been to so far. The facilities are so great. In particular, I think it is a huge advantage to have a water taxi from the hotel to Universal. I didn't expect much for a water taxi, I just thought it was like a flume ride, wow... The view while riding a water taxi from the hotel to Universal is truly spectacular. I thought it was a Southeast Asian resort. Rather, it was so good that the way I took the water taxi was more memorable than the Universal. Personally, I go to Universal, but I think that not taking a water taxi is half the trip. I know that about 4 universal partner hotels operate water taxis, so I recommend taking a water taxi even if not here. There is a waiting line, but you don't have to wait that long, and if you don't want to wait, it's a really good location, only 10 to 15 minutes on foot. The hotel pool is also really really good. There are palm trees and you can enjoy the unique Florida atmosphere. There is a slide and a hot tub, so it's really good to take a break. I used the restaurant in the hotel lobby, and considering the US price of 15-20 dollars per menu, the price is not too burdensome for a hotel. The cocktails here aren't the best, but I think they're good enough to end the day well while relieving your weary body. Because it was Christmas, a wonderful guitar performance was played in front of my eyes, and it was a fun time for my eyes, ears, and mouth. The breakfast buffet wasn't great, but it wasn't lacking either, it was just a hotel breakfast buffet. The price of accommodation was in the late 200,000s/day range, but considering that it is Christmas Day, one of the peak seasons of the year, the price was not too bad. The price was similar to the Hilton near Disney where I stayed the night before. I personally liked this place much better than the Hilton there. I liked the hotel so much more than I thought that I would like to stay at the hotel all day without going to Universal. I couldn't do that due to my tight schedule, but if you're planning to stay at a hotel here, I recommend that you enjoy a full day at the hotel during your Universal itinerary. The pool, restaurant, and bar are not open 24 hours, so if you stay in Universal until Universal closes, I think you will not be able to fully enjoy the merits of the hotel. Lastly, since it is a large hotel, the friendliness of the staff was mediocre, and there is an additional charge for using fast Wi-Fi.

Orlando Downtown Orlando|2.3km from city center
I spent two nights at the DoubleTree in Downtown Orlando as a result of being mandatorily evacuated due to Hurricane Ian. Most of the other people staying in the hotel were in a similar situation. I felt that the hotel did a good job of dealing with the huge surge of stressed out people. The DoubleTree wasn't our first choice, but when we decided to evacuate to Orlando, many other gulf coast Floridians were making similar choices, and we got turfed to this DoubleTree with a different Hilton property. The location is pretty good. It's close to downtown, close to the Lake Ivanhoe area, and close to I4. There were a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. The parking isn't exactly connected to the hotel, which wouldn't be a problem in non-hurricane situations. There was no valet when we arrived. There were staff available to help with bags, etc., although the person was helping the car in front of me, so I unloaded everything myself (which was fine). My parents were able to check in early for both rooms, and from what I observed in the lobby, they had enough staff that no one was waiting for too long for check in. They were definitely well stocked with bottled water and cookies for everyone checking in. We had two connecting rooms so that my parents could help with the kids and we could pool resources. The rooms have refrigerators which are pretty spacious. The rooms were a bit dated, but the beds were reasonably comfortable (although the pillows could have been more supportive), there was a practical set up of seating, and everything looked clean. Because the hotel was booked to full and because the Hurricane was going to go through Orlando as a tropical storm, there was no standard housekeeping available, but you could request new sheets/towels/amenities to be delivered to your room. I spoke with a bartender, and the Hilton had several employees who stayed in the hotel for the duration of the storm warning and storm to make sure that things were running for guests. I very much appreciated that they kept the kitchen (albeit with a very limited menu) and bar (full bar still available) running and that maintenance was available the whole time. While I didn't love the limited menu at the restaurant, at least we had the option of hot food! The hotel is on the same power grid at the local hospital, so we never lost power. The cable flickered a bit once the winds became strong. The window in my parents' room did spring a leak during the storm, but thankfully the amount of water that came in was manageable with a couple towels. The downstairs cafe and lobby became very waterlogged during the storm. But from a safety perspective, we all came through the storm. And when we elected to check out after two nights instead of the three we booked, the hotel graciously didn't charge us for the final night.

I wish I had more nice things to say about our visit to Rosen Shingle Creek. Overall it was a nice stay, but little negatives piled up throughout, resulting in this average review. I brought my family along with me for a very large conference being held at the Orlando Convention Center, and the RSC was an official conference hotel, so many attendees were staying here. PROS . The staff! Overall, wonderful, friendly, engaging and responsive. Shout out to Heather and Mike at the Cat-Tails bar and poolside service. We had an Amazon Fresh order scheduled (there is a small fridge in the room) and the bell stand delivered it within 5 minutes of us requesting it. My mom and niece were also staying at the hotel, and the front desk attendant thoughtfully placed our rooms right next to each other. . Conference management. We had a great conference rate and the acknowledgment of our (significant) presence was thoughtful. Overall, the team was well prepared for several hundred attendees moving around the property. CONS . Rooms NOT that family friendly. I have a real issue with hotel bathroom designs that aren’t accessible for kids. I had to drag the ottoman into the bathroom area so my youngest could reach the sink. A huge leather ottoman in the bathroom is not ideal. . Substandard housekeeping. I asked for laundry bags from our service provider and was told they weren’t available. She pressured us out of our room one day saying she was trying to finish her shift early and upset my niece to the point of tears. Another morning, we had privacy lock and sign on and they were knocking at 8:30 to come in. It all felt very disconnected. . The Food. The biggest disappointment was that a resort this size, and a Universal Studios property, was such a let-down when it came to food. If you have any food allergy whatsoever, don’t stay here. The RSC makes little to no accommodation for food allergy or intolerance, which is very surprising in this day and age. My husband is celiac and other than FRENCH FRIES and VEGETABLES was extremely restricted in his food options. Only one restaurant was able to offer him gluten free bread for a burger. Food allergies are more and more common, it is unreasonable that RSC was lacking in its accommodations. In comparison to Disney properties where almost anything can be accommodated for food allergies, it was a glaring difference. Food options for children were also limited and unhealthy. After three days of eating cereal, French fries, and cardboard pizza, my kids were desperate for a freaking hot dog. None of the seven restaurants offered such a thing, but I was told they were available at the golf course snack stand. So I walk all the way out there to get three hot dogs and they were…sold out of hot dogs. Our Amazon Fresh delivery was a godsend, and there’s a Publix market at the end of the (very long) resort drive. . Universal partner means what?? One afternoon we wanted to head over to Universal City Walk. Unfortunately, this

We were very pleasantly surprised by the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre. I have stayed at many Courtyards, but this one was the best I have stayed at. It was just recently renovated. The lobby, lobby bar, and pool are so nice. The pool has cabanas with tvs and couches, a waterslide for the kids, cornhole, ping pong tables and fire pits. There is a huge tv where you can watch games all day and they show movies at night for the kids. You can order food and drinks from the lobby bar and eat inside or take it outside to the pool or around the firepits. The hotel location is perfect if you plan on visiting the parks like we did, or if you want to visit Disney Springs or the outlet shops and there are so many restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast you can take advantage of and even offer Starbucks too. This Courtyard has so much to offer and I can't recommend it enough.

It was very clean and it was very clean, except for the sofa bed that I think it could have been cleaner. Otherwise, it would be very good, indeed, I would return. The parking lot is a point q to take into account. The hotel is very good, the hotel is very good and the room is very good.

Great stay at this Marriott Vacation Club property. The property is about 2 miles from the Disney entrance. It offers free parking and is located inside the Marriott Worlds center property. Location: the Sabal Palms is a little difficult to navigate too. There are few signs directing where to go. Your gps will not lead you directly to the property. To get to the property stay to the right when you pull onto World Center DR. You will see the other Marriott Vacation properties on the right. The Sabal Palms is in the back. The great thing about the sabal Palms is that you can walk directly on the Marriot worlds center property in less than ten minutes. Activities: they have plenty of activities to do on the property and can utilize the other vacation properties amenities. You can also use all the amenities at the Marriott world center. Rooms: the best thing about renting a Vacation club property is the space! The room is big enough for a large group. There are two beds in the guest bedroom with a bathroom attached. The master bedroom is massive and leads off to the balcony. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom. The shower is massive with a glass wall. It allows light to pour into the room at night which doesn’t make for a restful night if you like your room pitch black. Property: the property is easy to navigate and very clean. However it is at the back of the Marriott World Center where the dumpsters are. Convenience to Disney, value and safety makes this a great property for your family’s Disney vacation.

With all the great Marriott options in the Disney area, this one certainly punches above it weight. The building has a great look both inside and out (love the huge atrium in the center of the building). The locations is convenient to Disney, Universal, I Drive, and obviously Sea World. You do have to pay resorts fees and for parking, but that's no different than any other resort property in the area. Plus, if you take advantage of the shuttle service to the park, the resort fee pays for itself. We've stayed here twice in the last 2 months and all of the employees have been polite and helpful. The rooms are excellent, exactly what you would expect from a Renaissance level property, and have the amenities that you would expect. Pool area is nice and the pool bar meets expectations. What sets this place apart is the lobby bar and the breakfast buffet. The lobby bar sits in the middle of the atrium, so its got a great vibe. Drink prices are what you'd expect, but if you're a high medallion member (got titanium this year), they give you 2 beer/wine vouchers per visit. The breakfast buffet is EXCELLENT, and again if you're medallion (not sure which level the cutoff is at) it's free. We usually never opt in for the free breakfast, but we always get this buffet when we stay here. All the selections including an omelet station. Anna always takes care of us at breakfast. She even remembered us from our previous stay a month prior which really impressed me and my fiancée. She's so polite and helpful and her personality and smile start your day on the right note. If you're looking for a resort feel for your Orlando trip but don't want to shell out JW or Ritz prices, this is where you want to go! Top marks all around!

Royal Pacific Resort is one of our two home aways from home, there is nowhere better for us and we have so many reasons to keep coming back to this wonderful resort.

1. Hotel location: Excellent, especially the students who are going to play theme parks. It is very close to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. It takes ten minutes to drive, so that everyone can get up in the morning and go to the park to line up. Because it is close, you don't have to be so early. Believe me, Disneyland is bound to block the door, because in the morning it is really possible to queue up a few popular games without fp in a short time. Then the rest of the popular use fp, the other line up, so that a garden can play very well. 2, the second big advantage: you can cook. The hotel is very close to the winn-Dixe supermarket, everything has it, you can buy it back. A little farther from publix, his fried chicken is super delicious, the fruit is also very fresh, the boxed cut is also fresh, suitable for people to eat a few more, we buy back every day to add vc. 3, free parking: you know, miami hotel is 40 knives 4, the service is relatively timely, the front desk is also enthusiastic, the paper towels, towels, etc. can be delivered in time. 5, one day our bedroom door is broken, two engineer uncles repaired for 1 hour Very satisfied with the hotel. The resort fee is also reasonable.

Unfortunately, this

everything is satisfactory. The room condition, room service, and concierge were all without any inconvenience, and it was as expected. If I go to Disney World in Orlando again, I will use it again.

Normally stay elsewhere when visiting but got a good deal on a 2 bedroom suite here. Hotel large and busy but had a really pleasant atmosphere. Food court useful and not over priced. Handy having a Starbucks for a quick coffee again not over priced. Suite was very clean and serviced every day. Microwave, large fridge and coffee maker a nice touch and seating area useful. Beds were super comfy however I would say a UK double size so not huge. 2 x TV one in the bedroom and 1 in the main 2 bed area. Lots of free movies if you need a night in. Buses to Universal and Volcano Bay ran regularly and when the rain came ran more frequent from Volcano Bay. Honestly could not fault anything and would definitely stay again and definitely recommend

The room is spacious and the overall decoration is modern and simple. The location is almost in Disney, less than 10 minutes by taxi. TV YouTube Netflix everything you can watch. It's a pity that I didn't have time to go to the swimming pool to have a look at the time.
