I have a pleasant and comfy stay for a night. Room was ready when I went to the counter for check in. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly.  The room was spacious enough for two people.. bed also clean and comfy. I think just the cons is that there was no small fridge (?) inside my room. Not sure whether they have them installed in another rooms.  Check out also very easy and fast.  Parking around hotel were a bit limited but they provide extra parking just at the other side of the road so you have to walk a bit (dataran). Shops also pretty nearby.

The room was very clean and beautiful, and it came fully equipped with cooking utensils if you wanted to prepare meals. There were also enough plates and dishes if you ordered takeout and wanted to eat in the room. Wi-Fi was provided too. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. However, the main problem was the frequently broken elevator, which made it difficult for guests to use. Guests had to use the stairs to get to their rooms and to go out for meals. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel due to the serious elevator issues. My room was on the 7th floor, and I had to walk down the stairs to go out for food and then climb all the way back up to the 7th floor after eating. I was absolutely exhausted. My purpose for staying at a hotel is to relax, not to wear myself out climbing stairs to the 7th floor. I even asked a staff member there and complained about the frequently broken elevator. The staff told me that Metra Square management doesn't want to spend money to replace the old, constantly malfunctioning elevator, even though many complaints have been made. Metra Square management is self-centered and only cares about profit, completely disregarding guest complaints.
