The hotel facilities were nice and the staff members were very polite and helpful during my stay. However, i was disappointed when the front desk tried to charge me 20 Dirhams just to print out a boarding pass never paid before over my travel experience You can easily get this printed at the airport for 5 Dirhams, or simply go to the airline desk to get it for free

1. The showerhead was too small, and the water pressure felt too low during showers! 2. The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak. There seemed to be only one router for the entire hotel, making it very inconvenient for business travelers who had to rely on their own mobile data. 3. The balcony door handle was broken, preventing the door from closing properly. This meant we couldn't effectively block out the loud rock music coming from the hotel next door. 4. The daily menu only had text and no pictures, so ordering food was a guessing game. 5. The furnishings in the room were quite old-fashioned, probably not updated in over 20 years. Even the duvet covers were faded to grey, and I couldn't find any new ones.

This hotel is in a great location, but we didn't find our reservation at first, hoping to charge again for more and less services. After finding our reservation (it looked like it was hidden somewhere rather than on the computer), they gave us the 2 worst and worst rooms in the entire hotel. To get there, you have to borrow the maze, which took a while to find a solution. What I saw was the backyard, where the trees were not well maintained. The good news now is: the staff are very friendly and hospitable, whether it is Mr. Asemal is very friendly, or the cleaning lady is doing an excellent job with a smile. We learned at the end of our stay that part of the hotel was renovated, but when we booked, we saw pictures of the renovated rooms, but we got some rooms... This is the last time I booked this hotel.

Отель старый, в колониальном стиле. В номерах не ловит интернет. Только возле рецепшена. Есть 2 бассейна и лежаки. До океана пешком минут 10. Рядом есть кафе с местными блюдами по умеренной цене. Zephir Apart Hotel provided a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived. I felt warmly welcomed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. My apartment was spacious, featuring a good-sized balcony and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with a variety of utensils. There was also a large wardrobe, complete with a safe for added convenience. The king-size bed was very comfortable, accompanied by fluffy pillows that ensured a good night sleep. The apartment was kept clean every day, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself was immaculate and nicely decorated, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was served in a separate building adjacent to Zephir, where guests could enjoy a diverse selection of delicious options. There was the choice to sit indoors or on the veranda, which offered lovely views of the swimming pools that guests could access. Although I didn't partake in lunch or dinner there, I noticed that those services were also available. The location of the hotel is ideal, with all essential amenities close by and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the beach. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

The hotel is very good. Staff are very kind and attentive and always ready to serve you and answer to your requests with a smile on their face. Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated. The food was great in all restaurants. The only ”less positive” (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food. The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day. 24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality. Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying! Direct access to the beach

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing

Spacious and clean. Kettle and hob with pans, glasses and cutlery provided. All good and comfortable. However one major downside is that loud music from downstairs or nextdoor could be heard late into the night every night which made sleeping difficult. Also we found most of the nice cafés and restaurants are at the other end of the beach. We used taxis to get there. This area seemed to have more night clubs.

The hotel is so beautiful...(the location, decoration.. ) Sorry that the employees are so unpleasant when they ask for information, especially those of the reception. The night of 1 December we were present at the accueil pour l'enregistrement, l'accueil était si médiocre !!! Limit on les dérange de notre présence.. ( premier choc...). We have paid all inclusive... arrived in the room, the freezer.. and above all no water in the room !!! (2 eme choc) On telephone a l'accueil , we answer that it was necessary to pay the option at no anything to be able to enjoy the drinks. We will still ask for water a l'accueil because I have to take medicines and the (3e shock) we just give a small bottle of 33 cl (equivalent to 1 glass d'eau) for two people. (always well on with a look < punish you're fucking >). As regards the household of the rooms : The hotel is very clean and very clean and very clean. The main bathroom and toilet, many screws on the walls and the floor should be aspired before being washed because a lot of dirt and hair on the edges. Restaurant variété et dégustation moyenne.Il y a deux , trois serveurs du restaurant qui font des réflexions quand vous leur demandez de l'eau en plus. Spa: very lazy staff but services are a means. Conclusion: The hotel's architecture is top, the outdoor very well maintained, the halls, the grass etc... The main problem is (not all well on) the service of employees.

I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, the food offered was enjoyable, and there were several leisure activities available that added value to the stay. However, there were also some drawbacks. The air conditioning in my room was not working at all, and although I reported the issue, no action was taken to fix it. This made the stay less comfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room did not fully meet expectations, as the housekeeping could have been more thorough. Overall, the hotel has several strong points, but improvements in maintenance and cleaning would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco. For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor. Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience? The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon. The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread. NO FRUIT! But lots of salad???? 🤔🤔 Only One toaster for the guests to use. Omelette EVERY day, surely a change to pancakes/crepes wouldn't tax them too much? The poolside cafe is dire. Very poor selection. The staff are as slow as treacle in the north pole!! There is no gym or spa available at the time of my visit. Overall, I felt it was value for money. Most of the staff work very hard and are friendly and polite.

You are surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops, so you never feel isolated. If you want to be in the heart of the action, this is the place to stay. The check in process was long. Trying to get a towel after a long day in the sun was also a task. As for the hotel itself, I found it to be quite average. The rooms are a bit dated and could use some modernisation, and the service was hit-or-miss, sometimes friendly, sometimes a bit slow. The breakfast buffet was decent but lacked variety if you stay for more than a couple of days.
