The Hotel and Complex were pleasant, the grounds well kept with trees, fountains and hedges plenty of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety but on one occasion I noticed that the Chef tried the milk and then removed it!!! I had just eaten my cereal on which I had poured the milk, so was concerned that it might have caused an issue!! Although comfortable both our room and the Hotel could use a little freshening up, splash of paint. But as we just had the B&B option we were out most of the time Two pools both well kept and with plenty of room around for relaxing and a bar for food and drinks. All in all a good time.FromHK$262

The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. I was disappointed when I first entered the room. The room is not big. The single bed is about 1 meter wide. I was planning to bring my baby to sleep in a bed. Fortunately, there is a couch that can be converted into a small bed. The bathroom decoration is simple, without the feeling of a star hotel at all. But after moving in, I slowly changed my mind. Although the decoration of the room is old, it is clean and comfortable. The long bathtub can soak the whole person in. The small balcony can watch the scenery, drink tea and chat. The hotel garden is small and exquisite, the swimming pool is suitable for children to play in the water, and there are a lot of lounge chairs for sunbathing. The beach is very close, you have to cross the road and walk for 3 minutes. Breakfast is the highlight, with fresh juices and a variety of breads. The omelettes and noodles made to order are particularly delicious. Fruit, cheese, Moroccan tea, Moroccan soup are classics. After dinner, play table tennis or table football in the small garden, a great parent-child time. In short, this is an old hotel with insufficient luxury and more than comfort. Avoid! Booked this hotel for a mother/daughter holiday to celebrate my daughters 18th and my 51st. On arrival we were told we were being upgraded & thought this was wonderful (even though we thought this a bit odd as the French couple before us were told the hotel was fully booked & they couldn’t upgrade)…only to find the next day we had been placed above construction works! When I complained at reception, they told me there were no works…until I played them the recording from my room! They later admitted the kitchens were being upgraded. I asked to move hotels as this could be heard throughout. I was told to speak to the rep the next day who had 10 other hotels we could move to. The rep did not show…all day! The music around the pool was turned right up to hide the noise…not relaxing at all! The internet cuts in and out, again we were told this was temporary. It was not. I have complained to Love Holidays. The hotel has denied any construction work saying it was a two hour water leak fix. Another fairytale! I have recordings over the two days and a photo of the construction works. The reception staff are rude & deny any failures! The hotel is in need of maintenance. Carpets are filthy & paint peeling from walls. Food could be improved also. We could have overlooked this…but not the loud drilling & constant hammering noise on our walls! FromHK$1,011

The staff here don't know how to look after customers or complaints. Our first room had tiles falling off the wall, unfinished grout and a musky odor. Our second room was fine, however the design of the basic rooms leaves a lot to be desired. They haven't been updated since they first opened by the looks of it, sub par for a 5 star hotel. More verging on a rundown 3 star room. When I wasn't with my wife, she would be asked what her room number is, this happened on 3 occasions. The staff aren't proactive, you must always call them over or get up and walk to them to get attention for little things. They never replenished our water in the 4 nights we were there, each time having to talk to someone. Or calling concierge. We were told and checkin that our return transfer would be complimentary, it wasn't and I had to have that removed from my bill. We burned ourselves at breakfast due to the faulty bread toster, staff just watched as things happened, no one ever asked to help. You must be self sufficient in this hotel, unless your Arab or French. The hotel manager was informed of all of this at checkout. No remedy was taken, if anything condescending remarks on how I said it was ”okay” in the morning the single time she asked if everything was fine. I should've refused to pay the bill. I travelled here with my best friend in June, this hotel definitely exceeded expectations. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and there was lots of activities during the day to keep us entertained including aqua aerobics, water polo and darts! Agadir is not renowned for customer for English tourists it’s a shock that English isn’t spoken everywhere … that’s our problem. But things here can be frustrating This establishment had great staff, nice reception area and god facilities. Top class tennis courts. Nice pool. The staff are very reliable and trustworthy. The hotel has all the services very carefully and the rooms are very good, they are quite spacious.
The treatment of the staff is very attentive, they take care of you perfectly.
What we liked least is that the doors of the rooms are very heavy and when they were closed they hit a lot, so much so that the doors of the room neighbors woke you up.
Our room did not have a separate shower but rather an open shower in the middle of the bathroom and all the water was lost.
The breakfast was not bad, but little variety. For a few days very well, but if you have to be more than 2-3 it will be monotonous.SOLD OUT

I spend 2 or 3 days in Agadir every year, and always stay at `The New Farah. The staff is simply amazing, especially the manager and reception staff. They treat me with such respect, they are helpful and so friendly. My room is always ready even when I arrive at the crack of dawn. I always end up with a big room, with a beautiful bathroom. I've had a very pleasant stay at the Tagadirt, with a nice room that also has had a good WiFi connection, some rooms don't, but luckily we got one that does. The hotel itself has a very nice atmosphere with a beautiful style in which it is built, even though the ways to the reception can be quite long. The rooms are equipped according to their price. It's all a bit older but it's clean and it works. Staff is very nice and helpful, but they've clearly got friends who own a taxi business which is why they tell you not to get a bus to Marrakech but rather go by private transfer, which is very expensive. Don't listen to them in that instance. The pool is nice and clean, but in the high-season might be a bit small for my liking. I'm sure if they've got an investor for this place and they just renewed the rooms it'd be a very good hotel that could also easily bump up prices.FromHK$150

We came here at the beginning of April for some spring sunshine! We arrived around 8pm, hotel staff were great check was long ish only due to forms to complete. We were apprehensive about our rooms due to seeing comments …… however as you can see from my pictures the rooms were lovely. We are a family of 4 and we had two rooms that were interconnecting, We kept one room locked from the inside and the doors connecting open. It was great. Hotel was very clean staff very helpful. The only downside is the bar staff. They were very reluctant to give drinks out…… Food was okay the Buffet had something for everyone! I would highly recommend booking in on the restaurants there are three in total and you book at 4 pm for the following day. Kids love the pool and waterpark would definitely return.FromHK$604

I have stayed at this hotel previously and left great reviews. However this trip was very different and after 2 weeks I moved out to the hotel next door which is much better. The front of house staff here are delightful, particularly Karima. However staff on the pool bar/ cafe are inexperienced and need training. They also kept running out of wine. I had one pizza lunch here which was dreadful. Breakfast is good. I was allocated one of the refurbished rooms with a sea view. It looked great, although the bathroom was tiny - as I was staying solo, that didn't really matter. Some service issues with room which wasn't cleaned one day, Toiletries were not replaced and I ran out of toilet paper twice. The safety deposit box didnt work. The towels were grey and had many threads hanging off them. Sadly it is currently more of a building site that a hotel- they are working at different sites within the hotel and grounds, and it is impossible to avoid loud building work from 10am to 7pm. Rooms are being completely refurbished - doors and windows and flooring and bathrooms. Consequently lots of drilling and banging. They are also replacing the 2 lifts-- one was out of service and will be for quite some more time. The other is new but went out of service at least three times during my stay- but was quickly repaired. Waiting times for the lift were unacceptable. They were also building a large wooden structure in the gardens. Consequently, 6 days of heavy electric stapling going on ! I think they tried to drown out some of the building noise by playing loud music from 9.30 onwards. It didn't work and the music itself became very irritating ! After dark the noise from the pool bar / cafe is totally unacceptable, as they ramp up the music until 11pm or later. Twice a week they have karioke which really is horrendous- so so load. Terrible voices. Mainly French songs. It really was so bad but they refused my requests to turn the sound down- there only suggestion at 11pm was to move rooms- but that included packing and removing all my clothing , too - so hardly acceptable ! I thought they were just giving me a quiet room to sleep in , but no ! The Internet quality is very poor. It comes and goes even in reception! Do not expect to get connection in your room. Most guests form a huddle in reception to gain an Internet connection. Finally, the pricing. I paid about £40 per night for this hotel for a 2 week booking and a separate 1 week booking. I tried to book for the 4th week but was quoted over €150euros per night ! What ? No way is this even a €100 per night hotel!! Overall its a bit rough round the edges and definitely 4 star rather than 5. There were lots of bits around the resort and i the room that looked in need of a spruce up but overall we had fun on the holiday The good: The activities team were super nice, really lovely, and my child enjoyed the kids club. Some of the food (like the burgers) in main restaurants was really tasty Not that difficult to get sunbeds contrary to other reviews Big selection of pools that were nice and clean. Some of the staff were super nice and genuinely cared. Nice vibe in evening with light entertainment. The bad: I thought the level of staff politeness was very inconsistent. Some of them just looked blank and bored and were super unhelpful, particularly at reception. One of the waiters in the evening restaurant was just standing there picking his teeth which understandably put me off my food The breakfast/lunch restaurant has an ant problem. Tout était parfait ! Rien à redire sur le personnel, tout le monde est adorable ! Un grand merci et et grand bravo à l’équipe d’animation qui a été adorable avec notre fils pendant le séjour ! Un grand merci à Soukeina au restaurant pour son sourire chaque jour. Les chambres sont très bien entretenues, et la literie est incroyable (lit de 240 parfait avec un enfant) ! Le buffet est varié et très bon ! Soirée à thème chaque jour, et mention spéciale pour la soirée marocaine du repas au spectacle ! Le petit déjeuner était parfait, omelette sur demande et tout ce qu’il faut pour tout les goûts ! Arrived Friday 22nd April until 2nd May 2022 50th Anniversary present Even though it was Ramadan 22 most things shut down , no alcohol , did not spoil our time here , every day was beautiful & sunny 23/25 degrees .. They are very helpful at Residence Intouriste , just ask nothing is left undone. Great staff Imad Reception , Merimie all housekeepers great people . Stayed here on our honeymoon last week. This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help. The hotel is beautifully decorated with an amazing pool. Great food. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. A beautiful shower, TV with International TV stations.. It is a 10 minute walk to the wonderful beach. The hotel has a private area on the beach with sun-beds. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Agadir we will definitely try and stay at the Atlantic Hotel. Thanks to the staff for a brilliant holiday.FromHK$488

Hotel is huge and most of the staff were friendly, including the entertainment team who were fantastic, smiley and so informative. (Sam and Simo in particular were lovely!) Unfortunately the food and drink times were set which meant that after dinner finished, you cannot get cold drinks apart from water. During breakfast the cold drinks are unavailable, only water and coffee. There were no snack machines or snacks at all in the evening and a lot of the drink machines were not working. The evening singers were okay, a bit boring. The hotel entertainment boys kept us laughing and entertained though. There was nothing else in the evening to do other than watch the singer… a very small kids park with poor lighting. They also need more selection at dinner time, everything tasted the same and same things day in and day out. If they improved a few little quick wins, the hotel would greatly improve. After having been made redundant from a very stressful job I needed a place to recuperate and Yasmina Agadir has given me just that and so much more!!! My initial booking was just for 4 nights but as soon as I had set foot in my room (1101) which was overlooking the most exotic beautiful garden kept to an excellent standard, I extended my stay to 1 month and 23 days!!! I found the level of customer service to be excellent and one of its kind. Everyone has made me feel extremely welcome, and they were very helpful to address any issues that I have raised with them including maintenance in which they will deal with straight away even when there was no urgency attached to it. The rooms were very well kept and exceptionally made clean by the cleaning ladies who were very thorough, hard-workers and super efficient. My room was very spacious and homely, and it had everything I needed including well equipped kitchen that allowed me to prepare healthy food. The location of Yasmina Agadir was amazing as everything was within a walking distance from local shops to the beach, and the city center of course. The accommodation has two small pools which appeared to be very well used and liked by everyone including the children. My best friend who came over from Paris towards the end for 10 days also re-confirmed everything I have experienced in Yasmina Agadir. He also understood why I stayed for so long at YA and saw the true positive changes within me!!! The only thing that I had slight trouble with was the WiFi which was not reliable but for me the other positives were far more greater and enriching. I am in the believe that any business needs a great manager like Ayuob who in my eyes succeeded in creating a welcoming environment that has high customer care at its heart. I am also particularly grateful the help and support I received from him during my stay. Thank you Ayoub from the bottom of my heart. Though I won’t recall everyone's name, I want to thank Mehdi, Mustafa, Mariam, Hisham, Amin and all the other floor staff from maintenance to parking attendants. Their infectious smile and greetings is something that I will always cherish and stays with me:-) For the future customers, YA has endless positive reviews which is what drew to me in the first place so please do not waste your valuable time with more searches, just book it and you won’t regret it!!!FromHK$239

Location- 9/10 It's located near the beach, around a 10 minute walk. The city centre is around a 10 mins drive away. Taxis are always waiting outside the hotel. Do not pay more than 30 dirhams! Room - 8/10 We were upgraded to a suite with a sea view. We also had an amazing view of the pool area. The suite itself was simple but comfortable. The bed and pillows were to my liking. Air con was good. Cleanliness was never an issue and rooms were cleaned daily. The only issue for me was the design of the bathroom. The shower has no door for a start so the water goes everywhere. The toilet is in a separate small room next to the bathroom, but then there is a square hole at the bottom of the connecting wall? Their is no sink in the toilet room, so you have to go back to the actual bathroom to wash your hands etc. It just doesn't make sense how someone thought this was a good idea. The hotel is huge. It has its own rooftop restaurant, another restaurant on the ground floor and a spa. The reception area was pretty decent too. Service - 10/10 The female receptionists who worked daily in the mornings and afternoons were very friendly and accommodated all our needs. The housekeeping staff were lovely. Always said hello and smiled when you walked passed. And again the restaurant staff were very good too. I can't fault the service at all. I think the service from all staff was exceptional and stood out the most. Breakfast - 10/10 Eating a traditional moroccan breakfast in the outside seating area next to the pool was great. Value for money - 10/10 This hotel is priced quite fairly in my opinion. It is not a 5 star hotel with a modern look room. Decor isn't the greatest but not the worst. Stayed at this hotel for two nights whilst on business in Agadir, it’s a smaller hotel located across the road from the large hotels on the beach front. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much given the price of the hotel, and slightly outdated reception area, but was pleasantly suspired. The apartment was large with a comfortable bedroom, clean modern bathroom, small but well-equipped kitchen area, lounge seating area and balcony. The WIFI worked well as did the AC. The hotel has a small but pleasant pool area at the back, and was much quieter than some of the bigger hotels. No bar or entertainments team, but then that’s not necessarily a downside!! I didn’t eat at the hotel but I did use the small shop selling soft drinks and snacks which can save a trip down to one of the kiosks by the beach. Overall good value for money if you’re looking for an apart-hotel rather than an all-inclusive resort hotel. FromHK$447

Sorry that the employees are so unpleasant when they ask for information, especially those of the reception.
The night of 1 December we were present at the accueil pour l'enregistrement, l'accueil était si médiocre !!! Limit on les dérange de notre présence.. ( premier choc...).
We have paid all inclusive... arrived in the room, the freezer.. and above all no water in the room !!! (2 eme choc) On telephone a l'accueil , we answer that it was necessary to pay the option at no anything to be able to enjoy the drinks. We will still ask for water a l'accueil because I have to take medicines and the (3e shock) we just give a small bottle of 33 cl (equivalent to 1 glass d'eau) for two people. (always well on with a look ＜ punish you're fucking ＞).
As regards the household of the rooms :
The hotel is very clean and very clean and very clean.
The main bathroom and toilet, many screws on the walls and the floor should be aspired before being washed because a lot of dirt and hair on the edges.
Restaurant variété et dégustation moyenne.Il y a deux , trois serveurs du restaurant qui font des réflexions quand vous leur demandez de l'eau en plus.
Spa: very lazy staff but services are a means.
Conclusion: The hotel's architecture is top, the outdoor very well maintained, the halls, the grass etc...

Just returned from a week at this great little apartment hotel.Excellent value for money. Good quiet location yet easy walking distance from the superb beach and centre of bars and restaurants and shops.Very clean. Excellent service from all the efficient friendly staff especially Youssef and Abdul.Nothing is too much trouble. The buffet breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and I am very hard to please. The rooms are large and comfortable with facilities to cater for yourself if you wish to.Balconies are large and overlook the swimming pool and ocean.The swimming pool Is excellent and plenty of fresh towels available I hope in the future they will consider having a bar and restaurant for dinner and offer money exchange.Thank you for a very enjoyable week at your hotel in AgadirFromHK$314

Room condition is ok. Because it is an apartment, the refrigerator (refrigeration room + refrigerator) is large, induction, and there is a kitchen where you can dish.
The room was quite big and the terrace was good, but the bathroom shower booth was small and the sink was small, so it was a bit disappointing that the space for toiletries was small.
Breakfast is not available separately and you have to pay separately to use the spa and gym.
And there was no guidebook in the room, so I had to go to reception and ask for information to use the service.
It was a new building, so it was clean overall, but there were a few doctors to visit again.FromHK$288
