We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my two daughters. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, and it’s very convenient for taking the ferry to Isla Mujeres. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to find food and everything we needed. The hotel was very clean, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The only thing future guests should be aware of is that the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water. You will need to purchase bottled water or bring your own reusable bottle or cup to refill. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cancún.

This hotel is super convenient, close to the beach, and there's a supermarket right in front. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended if you want to avoid the surrounding luxury hotels. Guests also get complimentary access to the bar counter on the first floor, and the bartender is very friendly.

This hotel is in a safe area and doesn't offer all-inclusive. I was out on tours all day, so I really only used it for sleeping. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The hairdryer had great power, which was a huge plus. They provide two bottles of water daily; additional bottles cost extra, so I'd recommend heading to the supermarket for more. If you're in a hurry, you can get free water at the gym on the 4th floor. Toothbrushes and other similar items aren't provided. The pool is quite shallow, though I didn't actually use it. There's a large supermarket nearby, so I'd advise using that. There's no kitchen, so self-catering isn't an option.

Aloft is really great hotel! It’s very close to the beach- Playa Caracol (aloft north, the best) and the beach- playa forum (Aloft East, can watch sunrise). At the roof of swimming pool, you can also watch sunset! Our room can see both of the beach from east and north, can even watch sunrise in the room. Breakfast is included and yummy, drink is included also unlimited from 11am to 9pm. Hotel Services are awesome! It’s location quite close to supermarkets and all different style of restaurants, night clubs! I love aloft and will recommend it to all my friends and co-workers!

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is now our go to Cancun hotel every time we visit. From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest welcome. The location was perfect for us, just two minutes from the water. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and we loved having fresh water, towels and daily cleaning, plus fresh beach towels every day. It is so worth the money. Alejandro who welcomed us in the lobby was an absolute sweetheart, as were all of the staff. Truly a wonderful stay.

It’s not a bad hotel, probably the one of the best I tried in Cancun. But I really didn’t like the service. Staff barely speak English and not really helpful. I could definitely see they hate their job. And they also did some mistakes with my booking, so it was a bit annoying. But location is good, everything is close

Had to wait a long time to check in. The room cleanliness was decent, and the hotel's location is good with free parking available. However, my deposit hasn't been refunded after more than two weeks, and I'm not sure why it's taking so long.
