Big mistake booking in that Condos and the app would help me either resolving the inconvenience. When I arrived at the hotel, they asked me for a QR code that I did not know, they made me waste about an hour and a half trying to solve the problem, no one could solve the problem for me. I had to make a reservation at another hotel.I am now requesting a refund and I can't get through to the app, I don't know who can help me at this time.

The worst hotel in the hotel zone of Cancun, dirty with cockroaches in the room, the bathroom was like a roadside. I DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL and they do not want to refund me.

The staff are arrogant ******, a fat ass reluctantly charging you for breakfast, the layout of the rooms almost means that they have to give you a map so you don't get lost, in the room they only give you a towel, the bathroom is one of the most screwed up I've ever seen. seen and the nastiest and most disrespectful people you can imagine staying in this hotel. horrible I won't return.
