We wanted to experience the beauty of nature and be close to the underground river tour so we booked this place. This place is absolutely beautiful and everything here is organic. The breakfast is served on time in your villa and everything is freshly harvested and cooked for you. If you want peace, tranquility and the sound of nature then this is the perfect place for you and your loved ones. This place is 1.5 hours away from the airport but 7 minutes away from the underground river tour. It was well worth our stay and we will be back. The staff was absolutely helpful and did everything they could to accommodate us as our check in time was 2am. Thank you Sheridan Organic Farm

The double bed was only 1.4m wide, extremely cramped. It seems like everything in the Philippines is small – cars, beds, even meal portions. The air conditioner only had a 'cold' setting with no temperature control, which was quite uncomfortable and could easily make you sick. They don't clean the room or change towels daily. After 4 days, it felt pretty dirty. The hotel is newly built, so it's clean and modern, but there's still a musty smell. The breakfast included with the booking was quite palatable.

I really liked the hotel and the beach itself. There are sun loungers, showers, toilets, and a small pool within the glamping area. Vendors aren't allowed on the property, so you won't be bothered. It can be a bit noisy in the room in the evenings/at night due to nature sounds – some might not like it, but we found it pleasant to fall asleep to. The mountain view from the room is beautiful, but if you look down, it's a bit of a swamp and a parking lot – not so great. Breakfasts are modest, machine coffee costs extra, and the fruits and vegetables are bland (except for the mango). Food and drink prices aren't cheap, but everything is good quality. Right outside the fence on the beach, there are several cafes, shops, and massage places. Upon check-in, we received some welcome gifts: 2 bottles of water, apples, nuts, instant noodles, and a shell necklace! And upon check-out, we got some small pastries. Transfers to/from El Nido airport or to the town center cost 1800 PHP for a minivan. Pros: Large, nice-looking rooms, plenty of towels, spotless white linens. Cons: Weak shower pressure, no handheld showerhead (only a rain shower), and no place to dry clothes.

I also stayed a night in another hotel Corona Westown Resort which is only 3 mins away from here. I would definitely choose here again on my next visit.

You can also book tours for the next day at the hotel front desk, and they even lent us towels and stored our luggage after check-out. They also offer airport transfers for 700 pesos per person one way. The breakfast waffles and pancakes are delicious. However, the hotel elevator was broken throughout our stay, which made going up and down the stairs inconvenient. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

This is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. It‘s very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you don‘t want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles won‘t go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. It‘s not too dangerous but there are stray dogs. The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didn‘t know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour. Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didn‘t mind that. The room was only made up on request though. The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldn‘t come back.

The hotel was in a super nice area of El Nido, and therefore I would highly recommend. But the hotel itself was too expensive for what you get, the room smelled like urine and when we told the staff they’d put in a air refresher that gave of a really strong sweet smell for a couple of hours and after that the urine smell was back again so they tried to cover it instead of fixing the problem. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. You should not eat or drink at the hotel as it is crazy expensive and you can get very nice food/coffee at a 2 minute walk.

Brilliant stay at the Royal Suites, the location was great - there is a short walk down a gravel/grass path but it is lit at night so no bother. The staff were friendly and attentive, close to all of port Barton’s amenities, port Barton is a hidden gem and beautiful! There is hot and cold water available all day and throughout the night, the staff started to top our hot water up every morning without us even having to ask. Swimming pool is lovely and the area surrounding is lovely. The room was clean and spacious. No problems, we would stay again and recommend.

This room was a nice treat, the room was massive! I love the Japanese inspired design and the smart toilet. The hotel is quiet and very close to the Lio beach front with cafes and restaurants (2min walk). It’s a nice beach too, to watch planes take off from the nearby El Nido airport. The hotel offers a free loan of electric bikes which was fun to explore the surroundings. I spotted monkeys outside the accommodation too! They offer a free shuttle every hour to El Nido town which is helpful if you have a tour, are going to the port, or just want to explore. Ron, the driver, is nice and helpful. The service really is the best part of the experience. Every single hotel worker and cleaning staff greeted us with smiles and welcomes, and went out of their way to look after their guests, particularly the reception staff Marv, Par, Rich, and Dan. Marv gave us local recommendations.

La Natura Resort It is a veritable natural manor, it is said that it was built by Italians, using the style of island dwellings, and full of tropical green plants with vitality everywhere. The conditions are also extremely simple and natural, not even air conditioning (the ceiling fan is indeed enough), but the local waiter has a very good attitude, suitable for people who like to explore and have low hardware requirements. It is about three or four kilometers from Coron Town, which has been completely deep into the village, but the traffic is still convenient. The front desk will help to call a car and go to the town for 150 pesos (about 20 RMB). Due to the poor overall development level on Cologne Island, popular hotels such as Zuri, Venus Royal, Funny Lion are not good, it is better to try this one

The entire staff including those working nonstop to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the entire resort deserve more than 5 stars. Any chance the staff had a moment, they cleaned our room at least twice a day. They knew when we were out and about so they surprised us nicely with a clean room each time. The 24/7 service via whatsapp is extremely amazing ! Even at 3am, I sent a message for milk and they got us milk right away !!! You ask anything and everything through the whatsapp and service is at your disposition. The welcoming and the farewell music was so special to us too. What beautiful people. I can keep going on and on about everything in this resort from the activities, to the tours, to the amenities, to the servicial kindness of everyone. It made our family Trip truly magical.

The hotel is beautiful and one of the few on the island with a stunning sunset view, which really makes the stay memorable. That said, the location can be quite limiting. The only nearby destination is the island directly across from the hotel; for most other attractions, you’ll need to travel via Coron town. In our case, getting to the town and the airport took about two hours each way, which was quite exhausting. There’s also no Grab or easy transport options on the island, so you have to rely on the hotel to arrange transfers. Unfortunately, this wasn’t always efficient, we noticed that different guests were sent to the airport at the same time in separate vans, instead of being grouped together, which could have helped reduce costs specially now that there will be fuel shortages in the Philippines. Overall, it’s a great place if you plan to stay within the resort or visit the nearest island, but less convenient if you want to explore more of Coron.

We had an amazing stay at Discovery Coron Resort during our couple’s trip. We stayed in a Garden View room which was peaceful, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff throughout the resort were excellent — always courteous, welcoming, and happy to help. Every interaction made us feel genuinely looked after. The food was also very good, with a nice mix of Western and Asian options. Breakfast in particular had a wide selection each morning with plenty to choose from. While the resort is located a bit further away from town, this actually became one of its biggest advantages as it made the environment peaceful and relaxing. The complimentary transfers to and from the island also helped make everything convenient. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private Coron Island tour arranged through the resort. It was absolutely worth it. The experience felt very exclusive and well organised, and they even prepared lunch for us which we enjoyed at another private location — a truly memorable experience. Overall, a fantastic resort experience and an easy 5 out of 5. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and premium stay in Coron.

I have picked resort for its location and for experience to stay at the beach hut. And it was truly amazing time chilling on your veranda’s comfy chair surrounded by palm trees and the sound of crashing waves. As for the overall experience, the resort is definitely not a 5* star resort. Amenities are pretty basic, over-washed beach towels, cheap cutlery, unexciting breakfast, the core infrastructure a bit rundown down, food is average and overpriced. Staff is friendly and ready to attend to every need of yours, but are the some time not there when you need them. Had stayed at lagoon hut #14 and had a constant traffic of passing stuff or guests. So not so much privacy as you would think. Caution. Only lagoon huts facing the beach (first row) get to use the beach sun loungers. The rest of the guests need ti use swimming pool lounges.

I really enjoyed my stay at Zuri Resort. The service and facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool also offered a lovely view, and the Jacuzzi was a great place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, but I would recommend going early. We arrived at around 7:00 a.m., and some of the food was already unavailable. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Funny Lion! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and completely stress-free throughout our visit. The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made this a memorable experience for all of us. A very special thank you to the General Manager for leading such an outstanding team, and to Janine for being extra patient, kind, and incredibly helpful during our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my questions and requests were attended to. I stayed only one night. But the staff was really friendly and helped me a lot. Really cozy and relaxing hotel. Wish I could stay more . The restaurant could be better ( found a hair in my food once, but they replaced it quickly, it can happen ~) The room was really comfy! Be aware of dogs on the street to the hotel, I advise to take an bike to avoid them.

I had the best stay here. Staff members are so kind andaccommodating. Wifi is so reliable, perfect for those staying in PPS for a business trip. The breakfast buffet’s a chef’s kiss and there are a lot of options to keep you full for the morning. Room is clean. I was also able to use the gym and had a massage at the spa. There’s a pharmacy and convenience store near the hotel (just a minute away). It’s 7 minutes away from the airport and the hotel offers free airport transfers for the guests. It’s my third time staying here for business and I have never booked any other hotel in PPS ever since. 1000/10!

We paid for an upgraded room on the first floor, but they checked us into a room on the second floor. It turned out the door lock didn't work. They immediately moved us to another room on the same floor, but this room was half the size (our suitcases barely fit). The room was very worn out, with outlets falling out of the walls. There was no carpet on the floor, and no toothbrushes (which should have been included in our paid room). The room door opened directly onto the main road, and the windows faced the parking lot. The staff acted as if nothing had happened. When checking out, they asked us to sign some kind of receipt. We asked what it was for (since everything was already paid), and they said it was just for their records. We didn't want to ruin our mood or cause a scene, as we were only there for two nights and had little time. The pool is available, and breakfast is tasty. I do not recommend this hotel; it's not worth the money or your peace of mind.

The road to the hotel was still under development and went through a forest, but the hotel itself – the floors, walls, and inside the room, including the bed and bathroom – was very clean! Toilet paper was provided! The shower pressure was very low compared to Japan, but I was able to wash my hair slowly. Nothing was stolen during room service, and they cleaned the room well! I'd love to stay here again.

We stayed for five nights, booking one double room and one family room. Both rooms were sufficiently furnished, and there were tables outside that we made good use of during the day. We were also offered the use of a fridge in the common area, which we really appreciated. From what I understand, only the family rooms come with water heating. The location is very good—tucked away in a safe, lively neighbourhood and within walking distance of both NCCC Mall and SM City Puerto Princesa Mall, where there are supermarkets and plenty of food options. We were also able to walk to several places of interest in the city, including the Boardwalk, Chinatown, the Heritage Centre, and the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. There’s a laundry just across the road that charges reasonable rates. The hosts were the best part of the stay. They were family-oriented, warm, hospitable, accommodating, and very communicative. They helped organise tours at prices better than those offered on online platforms. We had a whale of a time at Honda Bay and the Underground River—both are must-experience attractions when visiting Palawan. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a welcoming place, great hosts, and a convenient location.
