Trave_PaulTrave_PaulThe room was clean, well-maintained, and the layout was just right—spacious enough to stay comfortable without feeling cramped. Another major highlight was the daily breakfast spread, which was fresh, tasty, and offered a great variety to start the morning right.
Above all, the staff made the experience memorable. Everyone was consistently warm, attentive, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for travelers looking for convenience and comfort. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I was quite impressed with the swimming pool, and I really appreciated getting the pool-view room and connecting room as requested. The breakfast was also good.
There are just a few areas that could be improved:
1. Bell service: There was no bellboy available, so I had to ask the security guard for assistance with the luggage trolley. I understand that the security team has their own responsibilities, but having a bell service available would make the arrival and departure experience more convenient for guests.
2. Accessibility: The parking was generally okay, but for OKU or wheelchair users, the distance from the drop-off point to Room 701 may be quite far and could be challenging.
3. Ironing facilities: The iron board was not in very good condition and could be replaced or maintained.
4. Curtains: I noticed some mould on the curtains. It would be good if they could be cleaned or replaced to maintain a more comfortable and hygienic room environment.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I hope these small improvements can make the experience even better for future guests.Guest UserGuest UserI love the location near to IOI mall and many shops nearby within 5 to 10mins drive. Room is comfortable except for the sound of door opening and closing of the neighbours which can hear inside the room. So it was always my pass by everytime I drive from puchong to bukit jalil. My first stay yesterday was price very reasonable after few discounts given by trip. I didn’t expect 5 star but I did expected basic cleanliness when it’s come boiling kettle.
I found it was very oily that I drank the water and even had coffee. After realising got me little annoyed. Other than that all was good.EatMaggieEatMaggieFirst of all…really appreciate the low rate from all Sun Inns Hotel. This is truly amazing.
But I would like to say there’s still room for improvement.
For example, I rmb there’s some room in Sun Inns comes with a smart TV, not all. I recommend adding smart TV to all rooms.
Good thing is there’s water dispenser which is much needed.
The air cond is super cold 👍 we actually turned it off because it’s just too much
But the light in the room is broken…so the whole room is quite gloomy.
The bedsheet is separated, I don’t like it tho, why is it separated into 3 pieces ya? Some hotels also like this 🤔
And one important thing…the bed shouldn’t be facing directly towards the door, this is very bad in fengshui… there’s plenty of space to place the bed, I wonder why it is placed like this.
