The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the hotel service staff is very enthusiastic, and the hygiene is also very good. The only drawback is that the hotel is close to the road. Some rooms close to the road have the sound of cars and motorcycles, which affects sleep. We later changed to a quieter room. However, there was a bar inside the hotel that held a birthday party on Friday. The sound of the speakers was very loud. It was almost 11 o'clock in the evening and there was no sign of it ending. Later, I called the front desk and asked them to ask the lobby manager to turn down the music.

Great place, especially if travelling as family or with friends. The 2 bedroom apartment are pretty sizable. Their electricity battery backup works seamlessly without noticeable interruption. The only thing is that the battery storage is connected to lighting and select wall sockets. But it's pretty good. The only other thing is that the access roads to the apartment are very bad, especially on a rainy day. I was advised that the works are under way and the access roads will be fixed soon.

We enjoyed our family stay here. It’s such a convenient location if you have stuff to do in Kampala town. We’ll situated around restaurants, very accessible and not as noisy as I thought it would be given it’s right in the center of town. We were able to catch beautiful sunsets and the stuff were very helpful. I think for the much we paid they could do more with the cleanliness. The table and most surfaces were covered in dust that even after cleaning you don’t feel the crispness that comes with it. I

The only annoying bit was ordering for food via intercom, Restuarant respondent wasn’t friendly and seemed to struggle with English. I asked to use the wine glasses from the bar but was asked to pay 10,000 for using the wine glasses. During the COVID curfew time (7pm), you will struggle to access an open supermarket coz it’s CBD area. I would surely check-in anytime. Price was amazingly low coz I booked online at trip.com

There is electric kettle in room but cord is too short and I had to use cup as stand while boiling water. Bathroom is average and saw better times, hot water 24/7. Premium rooms have AC but no fridge. No coffee table only narrow console along the wall you can use to store something. Wardrobe is just big box with one shelf and several thin clothes hangers. Stable wife connection. Pretty good price to quality ratio comparing with nearby places.

The hotel is novel and very clean. It is very worth staying in Uganda's African environment. If you want to take a motorcycle taxi to any city center, it is probably now that the oil price is 10 minutes drive, about 3,000 shillings, about 0.8 US dollars, and then the front desk clerk is also willing to assist a lot of things. For example, where to provide information on where to exchange money; and help to help negotiate with motorcycle taxis, it is a good hotel

The staff kept the room spotless; every morning, leaving and coming back to a clean room instantly lifted my mood. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and all the fixtures and fittings were imported from China, even the power outlets, so there was no need for an adapter. The location itself is excellent, very peaceful, and conveniently located for transportation. The front desk staff were very welcoming, always greeting me in Chinese whenever I passed by. It felt really comforting to stay at a hotel run by Chinese people.

I personally think the room was great. During my stay, if I needed the room cleaned earlier, I could just ask the front desk to arrange it. The front desk staff were also very kind and did their best to help guests. The owner was also very nice; I'd occasionally run into him at meals, and we'd chat and I'd learn about the area, which was very interesting. When I was ready to leave, I asked the owner to arrange a car transfer for me. This pick-up and drop-off service is really good, especially for first-time visitors like me – it's much needed!

Hotel is within walking distance of downtown. Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Not many dining options within the vicinity although hotel does have a restaurant. Breakfast was satisfactory and delivered to room. Internet was fast. There are matatus that pass the hotel that go all the way to Entebbe so it was very convenient for me
