The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the hotel staff is very warm, and the health is also very good. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is on the road. Some of the rooms have the sound of cars and motorcycles, which affects sleep. We later changed a room to be quieter. But there is a bar inside the hotel for a birthday party on Friday. Great place, especially if travelling as family or with friends. The 2 bedroom apartment are pretty sizable.
Their electricity battery backup works seamlessly without noticeable interruption. The only thing is that the battery storage is connected to lighting and select wall sockets. But it's pretty good.
The only other thing is that the access roads to the apartment are very bad, especially on a rainy day. I was advised that the works are under way and the access roads will be fixed soon.FromPLN 84

We enjoyed our family stay here. It’s such a convenient location if you have stuff to do in Kampala town. We’ll situated around restaurants, very accessible and not as noisy as I thought it would be given it’s right in the center of town. We were able to catch beautiful sunsets and the stuff were very helpful.
I think for the much we paid they could do more with the cleanliness. The table and most surfaces were covered in dust that even after cleaning you don’t feel the crispness that comes with it. ISOLD OUT

The hotel is in a strategic location, be sure to ask for the golf course side to avoid noise from traffic. Interior of the rooms is perfect, nice bathtub, warm water, hair dryer and carpet.
The only annoying bit was ordering for food via intercom, Restuarant respondent wasn’t friendly and seemed to struggle with English. I asked to use the wine glasses from the bar but was asked to pay 10,000 for using the wine glasses.
During the COVID curfew time (7pm), you will struggle to access an open supermarket coz it’s CBD area.

The place is well located away from the traffic and smog. I'm a quiet area by the golf course. The manager was attentive and efficient to resolve a couple of issues that arised. I recommend to stay here to anybody in Kampala.
