There is on site management and security. Guests in this unit will find themselves on the amazing Siesta Key beach in just two hundred steps. And for those who choose a day of playing with tubes and noodles, Jamaica Royale has three conveniently located heated swimming pools. Rentals range from one week to an entire season in this recently updated, ADA compliant one story villa that offers two generously sized bedrooms (plus a living room sleeper/sofa) that allows for up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has new full size beds. An eat-in kitchen with a microwave, an oven and a Keurig coffee pot, an in-unit washer and dryer, tv's in both bedrooms and a fresh and lively living area with a brand new television all make this unit seem like your home away from home. View a photo slide or virtual tour of the unit and grounds by scrolling down.Our clean, comfortable, centrally heated and air-conditioned condominium is best suited to 2, but a pull out couch will serve an overnight guest. The master bedroom features a king size bed, work or makeup area, lots of storage and a walk-in closet. The unit features Mexican tile floors, loads of storage, a lovely and functional galley kitchen which is fully equipped for your culinary delight. The 3-piece bathroom has been beautifully renovated to include a walk-in shower. All linens are included: high quality sheets, towels, beach towels and chairs, even fishing poles! There are two smart televisions; one is a 65” for your favorite show, wireless internet access, I-dock. Including Washer and dryer inside your unit. At your home away from home, you also have the use of a large private patio, and a second walk out patio to the pool access, with a barbecue.The unit is located in Sandy Cove 3, a 16 unit condo situated on a stunning Gulf front property (shared with three other associations). Many residents live here year round so the pride of ownership is evident - this is no 'revolving door' hotel or motel. This is why short term rentals are not permitted. Take a leisurely two minute walk down an idyllic tree and flower lined private roadway and enjoy birds singing along the way. When you get to the end you will see our lovely original Old Florida 'Homestead' - legend has it that it was originally owned by the 'Buster Brown' shoe family. It is now used as a Clubhouse for social get-togethers, potlucks and parties or an escape from the sun while relaxing water side. This charming wood sided dwelling overlooks a huge lawn, the Gulf of Mexico, a private fishing pier, and the beach. It is breathtaking to say the least. Back at home, simply walk out of your door and plunge into the pool (exclusive to SandyCove 3) or lounge pool side (and most of the time you will have it all to yourself!). The sun concentrates between the 2 buildings and it is a lovely and warm place to read or snooze. Later on, you can go to the public beach for a long walk or bike ride and to enjoy the sunsets, the colours of which are beyond compare! Siesta Key is a spectacular island with something for everyone. Cross one of two bridges to the island and vive la différence! Lazy days and relaxation are the norm here! For those looking for some peace and quiet, you've got it; for those who love to fish and swim in the Gulf, you've come to the right place. It is on a very quiet private road that leads to a gated beach access way that only residents on this street have access too. The house is a three bedroom, two bath ground level bungalow backing onto the peaceful & quiet intercoastal canal waterway. The bungalow style rancher house has been beautifully renovated in a coastal style and is a five minute walk to Siesta Key Village and a ten minute walk to the beach. The house has its own private heated pool and hot tub - available all year long. Enjoy fishing or just relax watching the tide come in or out from our back deck. We offer available space to boat up to the house and secure your vessel (maximum 25 ft). We also have kayaks that can be launched off our dock allowing you to kayak down the various canals whenever you wish.There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed with a ensuite, and two spare bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Temper-Pedic adjustable mattress. The second bedroom also has a king size bed while the third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. All the bedrooms have brand new mattresses. We offer a full kitchen, an Electrolux washer/dryer and equipment required for a great beach day including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, coolers, frozen ice packs and a cart to tote everything down for a great day at the sea.!The house has a large back yard with plenty of room to swim, eat, suntan or just relax. It is a quiet, family oriented street. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings are allowed.
