I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

I have been a regular customer at the Sofitel Marrakech for over 12 years the experience has always been top class - It’s my favourite hotel in Marrakech.

Magnificent hotel on par with the Sofitel.
The garden is superb and very well maintained for a drink at sunset.
A unique experience at the So Lounge restaurant with its exceptional chef, a Vietnamese Moroccan who will take you on a journey between Asia and Moroccan cuisine, which I salute.
