"If you respect yourself and don't want to ruin your vacation, don't stay at this hotel. Everything in the hotel is awful – the building is unrenovated, the quality of the food is low, the staff's attitude and the room cleaning are terrible. We stayed in one of the best rooms on the 18th floor with access to the business lounge. I’ve lived in Israel for 35 years, travel a lot, and have never seen such misery anywhere. And the 'cherry on top' – a huge cockroach on the bed, a photo of which I’ve attached. We left the hotel earlier than planned."

"The hotel strongly emphasized being “adults only” / without children, yet the hotel was full of children. The room was extremely small and crowded. The “view” was simply a wall facing the hotel. The mattress was uncomfortable to the point that we could barely sleep. The shower was unbelievably narrow and uncomfortable. Only one elevator was available for all guests in the hotel. Food was ok, cleaning was ok"
