I went with low expectations after reading mixed reviews. But to my surprise stay was very comfortable. It is a budget hotel. Room size was okay given the location. They had provided us with heater and hot air blower. This made room very cozy. I had booked with the meals included. They provided very good food. Variety was less but quality of food was superb. Manager shakier was very helpful. They provided us with all the support required. Location is very close to gondola. You can walk from hotel. Close to the market as well. Location was a big plus.

Great location and service - very attentive, responsive and supportive staff. The food was just about acceptable (ok-ish/so-so). But the overall experience wasn't that great as the hotel looks and feels very tired and run down. The furniture and ambiance were very shabby. Bed and bedding need to be replaced pronto (probably all over 20 years old, and it shows/smells!). The whole place needs a refurb and a facelift to meet Radisson standards. Until then, it's a 2 or 3-star hotel at best. Nothing even close to 4-star and 5-star is out to the question.

Happy and yudhvir are awesome chauffeurs and make you feel like home. 2. Chef ankit and staff ganesh and tamanna are great in the cafe. Also happy to help and serve hot and tasty food. 3 the manager gaurav and front desk staff komal and kavya really helped us throughout the stay. I requested a late checkout as my transportation back home was delayed, they were happy to accommodate 4 sujeet in the spa worked wonders which this technique. Highly recommend for a family stay.

The food was above average, timely delivery and quality was also decent. One opportunity area is, 50% items of menu were unavailable like tandur and chinese. The staff was polite and branded appliances are installed; though tv cable operator issue may interrupt the services.

when I booked 33 hotel after reading the services at make my trip aap ,it was written that two ways pick and drop to jammu airport is Available but when I enquired hotel 33 they said that people's fault as hotel people dint give any such services details to make my trip and hotel manager told me to find out from make my trip app people. only this was upset rest stay at hotel was Good. request this false services details not to be shown coz it gives us wrong hope.

They have spoiled our experience and staff is not so professional as property claims four star. Room amenities is ok. Overall I have spended 4500 Rs for this room but it's not worth it. I might get the same priced room in good 4 star chain hotels.
