I did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would return if I go back to DC. My complaints are minor: there are no outlets by the bed, there was some random repairs happening in the morning, and my room phone didn’t work until I put in a complaint. Other than these things, the hotel is in a great location and is very clean!

I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holiday, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent — very close to the White House, with plenty of restaurants nearby. What I really appreciated was the daily cleaning service, which was always done thoroughly. The restaurant on the first floor was also impressive, with food and service comparable to a fine-dining restaurant. Everything about this hotel was perfect the location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. If I visit Washington again, I will definitely stay here again.

This was my first trip to Washington, DC, and I booked this hotel in advance because the location looked great and I was able to get a really good discounted price. Although the room was listed as having a queen bed, it honestly felt more like a double or full-size bed. I was also disappointed that the room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator. However, the biggest issue was how dusty the room was. I think it was the first time in my life that I sneezed more than 50 times in a single day. It bothered me throughout the entire trip, and constantly dealing with a runny nose made me even more tired. I eventually had to go to CVS and buy allergy medicine. I chose this hotel mainly because of the price, but if I visit DC again, I would probably pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Most places are still easily connected by metro through Google Maps anyway, so getting around the city and visiting tourist attractions isn’t difficult at all. That said, the front desk staff were friendly, and the location was convenient, so I would still recommend it for solo travelers. However, if you’re traveling with two or more people, I would suggest booking a better room than the one I stayed in, even if it costs more.

The location is decent, not far from the Chinese Embassy. There's a subway station less than 300 meters from the hotel. There's also a large supermarket nearby where you can buy fresh produce and food. The room size is moderate, but the bathroom is very small and old. The toiletries provided are not of good quality. It was difficult to get a taxi near the hotel, so I ended up taking the subway to the airport.

The hotel's location is in a simple area, but it's well-equipped with basic facilities. The lobby on the ground floor has a small shop selling snacks, coffee, and milk, plus a microwave. However, the hotel's service needs improvement. I've stayed here twice. The first time, there was only one bottle of water in the room, and the front desk said they only provide one. The second time, there were two bottles. The service management definitely needs to be enhanced.

The hotel is super close to many popular attractions, all within walking distance. There's a shared parking lot, but you can't park your car yourself; you have to leave it at the building's entrance for a hotel attendant to valet park it. The hotel itself is on the second floor, and there isn't a very noticeable sign downstairs. It's also near a subway station, making public transport to many places incredibly convenient. However, I did feel a bit unsafe in the evenings due to the perceived lack of security.

This hotel was surprisingly good! I'd read reviews saying it was a bit dated, and while it definitely isn't brand new, the decor felt a bit more upscale than other Westins I've stayed at. They have their own paid parking, which I think was around $60 a night, but we didn't use it. Instead, we found street parking right outside using an app, and it cost us less than $10 for the whole night – super cheap! It felt very safe and clean, and it's only about a 15-minute walk to the White House, which is incredibly convenient. Definitely worth staying here again!

The location is fantastic, right next to the White House and just a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. I arrived early and they allowed me to check in right away. At check-out, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was 12 PM, which was a huge bonus as most other hotels in the US have an 11 AM check-out. I got to enjoy an extra hour of sleep! The room was also very spacious; the bathroom alone could rival the total square footage of some hotels in Japan, if you know what I mean? Highly recommend.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit the White House – the entrance queue is just across the street. Beyond the great location, there's not much else to rave about. 😂 The staff were incredibly cold; not a single smile, and even the room service operator had an icy tone. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality. The facilities are outdated; the hairdryer looked like it was from the last century, and the shower only had a fixed overhead head, which was really inconvenient for bathing a child. The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable, and the curtains didn't close properly, letting light in – overall, I didn't get a good night's sleep. Another baffling design flaw was how far the power outlets were from the countertops, making them extremely inconvenient to use.

The hardware of the hotel is great, from the lobby to the indoor facilities, it is in line with the grade of St. Regis. But the service is really disappointing. It took more than 30 minutes to ask for a pair of slippers, and I waited for an hour and a half for a toothbrush, but it still didn't come. I called to ask, and the reply was: I forgot! I checked out on the third day and told the person in charge about such bad service. This person said sorry, but he was actually very arrogant and didn't apologize sincerely. No one helped with the luggage when I left the hotel. The guy at the door didn't leave at all. Well, I saved the money for a cup of coffee. DC St. Regis, no chance next time!

Everyone we encountered met us with smiles and genuine care and concern; seems like a small thing but it truly goes a long way. Aside from the staff, our room was everything a more. A gorgeous view, extremely spacious, comfortable bed, and the shower 😍 cue the hallelujah chorus! The temperature and pressure were absolute perfection. The bedding and environment of this hotel are all very good. The most criticized thing is that some of the charges are not clear, and it is easy to overspend and overpay. For example, breakfast is provided, but in fact each room is controlled at 80 US dollars, and the excess is paid by yourself. Because it is a à la carte meal, the price on the menu does not include tax, and guests will not consider these things in advance. When calculating the amount, they usually exceed the amount because of not considering the tax. There is also a 30 US dollar mini bar and bar, which is simply mandatory consumption. Because of these two items, guests feel very bad, and feel that the hotel or the dealer is not authentic. I hope to explain this in detail in the reservation instructions.

Overall, my experience at this hotel in Washington, D.C., was quite good. I had actually stayed here before, and I specifically chose to stay here again, even intending to book the same room as before. A major reason I chose this hotel was its relatively quiet environment. If you, like me, prioritize quality rest, especially if you need to adjust to the time difference, I would recommend prioritizing the ”Gallery Room” (room facing the pool). These rooms are unaffected by street noise; although you won't see the street view, the overall quietness is much better for rest. The only slight disappointment this time was that because I arrived quite late (it was already past midnight), my original room type wasn't reserved, and the hotel ”upgraded” me to a king-size bed room with a street view. Objectively speaking, this room was indeed larger and more spacious, but the downside was also obvious—the street noise was quite noticeable. If you need to catch up on sleep during the day or adjust to the time difference, this room type isn't the ideal choice. Therefore, if you prioritize quiet, I suggest confirming the room type with the hotel in advance, or trying to avoid checking in too late. Aside from that, overall, this hotel offers good value for money and convenience in a city like Washington, D.C. The facilities were relatively new, the air conditioning was very quiet, the service was excellent, and there were even coffee capsules in the room. Overall, it was a comfortable experience. If I come to Washington again, I would probably choose this place again.

The hotel is quite new and features smart controls throughout, operated by an iPad, which is perfect for solo travelers. It's less than a ten-minute walk to both the Aerospace Museum and the National Gallery, and the subway station isn't far either. On my last day, I used their luggage storage service, which was really convenient. The only thing I found a bit unusual was that they don't provide bottled water; you have to go down to the bar on the first floor to get water yourself.

This is a great hotel! The location, service, ambiance, and cleanliness were all excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was above average. It's not too far to walk to major attractions like the White House, Capitol, Library of Congress, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, National Air and Space Museum, National Gallery of Art, and the Botanic Garden – definitely doable if you're good on your feet. Plus, it's only three blocks from Chinatown, which is super convenient for grabbing a bite. It seems we might have hit a FCCLA event or something similar, as there were tons of students and teachers (or maybe staff) everywhere – in the breakfast area, lobby, and elevators. We even ran into a lot of them walking around and eating nearby, making things a bit too lively. Since the 250th anniversary celebration just ended, there were still barriers and dividers everywhere, leading to a few detours. I imagine it would be much quieter on a normal visit.

This hotel is super cool and unique, with a strong nightclub vibe as soon as you walk in. It blends co-working, a bar, and a regular hotel seamlessly. The lobby is a great spot to work, play board games, watch sports while having a drink, or admire the art. Every corner screams personality. The room itself is really small; two people would find it a bit cramped. It's probably designed more for solo travelers. The hotel is conveniently located, about a ten-minute walk from Union Station. The only minor downside is the lack of a self-service laundry facility, and I couldn't find one nearby either.

The room was small, the bed was small too, my 1.84m tall son's feet were sticking out of the bed when he slept. The exhaust fan and light in the toilet are linked to a switch. When the light is turned on, the exhaust fan turns on, and the sound of the exhaust fan is as loud as a tractor. The toilet, washbasin and bathroom are all complete, but the design is very compact, only about two square meters. The air conditioner was quite noisy, so we didn't turn it on to have a quieter sleep. But strangely, we didn't feel cold. There was only a thin blanket on the bed. Overall it's cheap, just bear with it.
