I had a hard time locating the hotel because the address is N. Roosevelt, but the entrance to the hotel is after the road becomes S. Roosevelt. When I walked around my room barefoot, I got dirt on my feet that the carpet hid. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough to see my face closely enough to shave. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice. I was concerned when I saw earplugs on my nightstand with a card saying the neighbors could get a little noisy; thankfully I had a quiet night.

We had a wonderful stay at Havana Cabana in Key West! Parking was very easy and uncomplicated, which made everything super convenient. Our room was beautiful, with a lovely view of the ocean and the classic car in front of the hotel. The pool area was amazing very clean, with lots of fun floats, swim rings, and loungers to relax on. Just a small tip: be a bit careful with the bees around the pool area, but it wasn’t a big problem. At check-in, we were welcomed with a delicious cocktail and some small snacks. The shuttle service worked perfectly, and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

It is far from city center and no access to the beach directly, if you would like just walk out and explore, there is a free shuttle bus to the beach and to the city center every other hour (sometimes two hours), otherwise for a lazy weekend - just perfect.

Overall, the cost performance is not high, there is no way that the hotels on the island are expensive.

La concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating. Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over. Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues. Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!

Been to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away. The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool. When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter. The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks. Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.

There are fewer breakfast categories, the room is Unicom room, really need an extra bed, it will be a bit crowded; our big bed is not crowded. There are swimming pools and Jacuzzi, and there are very few people. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the square to see, drive about 20 minutes or so, and get off at regular intervals. There is free parking, you ask the front desk, the front desk said that there is a fee, but I did not check the account later.

The second time I went to the counter, the waiter could call out my last name. facility: The bed set was very clean and pleasant, the best bed I've slept in since travelling for a month. The bedside clock was so annoying that I had to unplug the battery and put it back on when I checked out. There is a front yard, but the room is very small, and there is no place to spread the 26-inch suitcase. Since it is the first floor of the bungalow, there are inevitably all kinds of insects in the room. Living in room #84 in the second district, next to the swimming pool is inevitably a bit lively at night. The occupants of room 85 next door are quite noisy watching TV all day. Soundproofing is not very good, although not entirely the hotel's problem. Food: Breakfast was better than average.

This time the departmental group went to Dujiangyan, and then chose this newly opened Hampton by Hilton hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. Chengdu has been driving for over an hour. The location is in Dujiangyan City. It is close to some must-see attractions, such as Nanqiao and Yulei Mountain Park. There are also a lot of food nearby, hot pot restaurants, barbecue. The room was unexpectedly comfortable and warm. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is also good, and there are three breakfast options to be delivered to the room during yq, which is very intimate. The price / performance ratio is also very high. I will still choose this place when I bring my family over next time ~

No one in the lobby to handle noise complaints at night, especially drunks using the pool after returning from a night out being obnoxious. Should've went with the other options that included the parking, but didn't include breakfast as that breakfast was not worth $34.99...

The location of the motel is very good, only two blocks from the southernmost point and only 10 minutes from the public baths. However, the lobby is too difficult to find, which one is, one bite and two bites. The lobby was found only after the reminder of the good bartender. There is no problem in the room, it is ventilation, the windows of the toilet can not be opened, moisture and taste can not go out. Because the terrain is relatively low, the store does not seem to care much, so the parking place is water. Fortunately, in the summer, I slipped out of the cab wearing slippers. The most extravagant thing is that there are three swimming pools, 8:00-22:00, just play.

I chose the hotel instead of one in Key West because it offers a shuttle service to the center and has a larger pool. However, it was fully booked on our evening. We had to wait 2 hours and let 3 buses go. The shuttle back was just as full. We walked the long way back to the meeting point and then it left right in front of us without us. So if you're only staying 1-2 days, you're out of luck. The room was ultra dark but large. You can hear the planes very clearly during the day, and directly. They're big planes and they fly every 20 minutes. Otherwise, it's OK. Don't expect much from the breakfast, coffee is available all day in the lobby

The balcony is just outside the swimming pool and the Pacific Ocean. Invincible, I feel like I lived in the best location of the whole island. The room number is 316. If I can go to live, I can call to book this room. I will see the sun-filled bed and balcony in the afternoon. This feeling is so good, I regret that the itinerary arranged on this island is short.

In the morning breakfast, there will be cruise ships of major cruise companies coming and parked, and will drive away in the afternoon! The hotel's people are all foreign friends and buddies come together for a holiday party, the pool is very lively, the pool view room will be noisy at night! Sea view room is ok! Great place to stay for escape room lovers… Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room. Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50. Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff. Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort. Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day. Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions.

After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room. Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50. Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff. Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort. Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day. Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions.

I was very pleased with the Heron House Court. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the Dry Tortugas Ferry Dock. We had a wonderful stay at Havana Cabana in Key West! Parking was very easy and uncomplicated, which made everything super convenient. Our room was beautiful, with a lovely view of the ocean and the classic car in front of the hotel. The pool area was amazing very clean, with lots of fun floats, swim rings, and loungers to relax on. Just a small tip: be a bit careful with the bees around the pool area, but it wasn’t a big problem. At check-in, we were welcomed with a delicious cocktail and some small snacks. The shuttle service worked perfectly, and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
