I was upgraded to the top-tier jacuzzi room with a garage because the Wi-Fi wasn't working, but the room condition was a bit poor. In particular, the bathroom floor was slightly sunken, causing drainage issues, and there was a broken manual bidet holder and a leaky shower hose. It seems like the facility maintenance needs improvement. Still, considering the price, I'd give it an 8. However, I wouldn't recommend the food as the tableware hygiene was poor and the taste wasn't great. Also, I requested to have the water on the bathroom floor cleaned up, but no one ever came.

The resort is relaxing and staffs are accomodating ☺ Tahimik at walang hassle ang resort mismo kaya makakapante din ang isip mo mag relax. Nkaka feel at home pa. We went here last Dec. 24 to 25, 2025 to celebrate christmas with my small family at nagustuhan nila ung kiddie pool since taoat lang din ng Nipa cottage namin 😍 Hindi ka ma sstress mag habol at magbantay kasi tapat mismo 😊 Complete amenities din kaya mas maganda siya para sa akin. Will definitely go back here for our next occasions 😍😍

Positives: friendly staff (maybe too friendly); quite clean both in and out of the hotel rooms; there were barely any guests there when I checked in, and with a window-less room, it actually made for great sleep hygiene; a positive for those tired travellers that need a good nap. There's not a lot in Bacoor and the roads leading to Cavite and in the Manila direction have the most appalling traffic that I've experienced; but it is a short ride to the Manila airport (min 20 minutes by cab) , making this a potential airport hotel. The safety deposit box didn't work at first, but to the staff's credit, they replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot water just wasn't present during shower time. Buffet breakfast was okay, but it was a smaller selection than what I've seen at other hotels. As a vegan, I barely managed to find enough options. Despite some positives, I do think the hotel was overpriced. For instance, I only paid about $20 extra for my stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel, in its prime location in Makati and superior facilities.

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Staffs are greet able and approachable. But 1st room we had don't have hot or warm water in the shower, they said they are going to fix it. But maybe 20mins later we call again but they said we need to transfer to another room for the warm water and it's OK. But more smaller room. Afterwards before we checked out they charged us 10pesos for warm water haha I thoughts thats included for every room.

I highly recommend this hotel to other travellers! this hotel has a great staff and friendly staff and the hotel are really clean and you can smell the cleanliness of this hotel ! thankyou so much dragonfly! we’ll see you again next time/

KHRedPillsPositives: friendly staff (maybe too friendly); quite clean both in and out of the hotel rooms; there were barely any guests there when I checked in, and with a window-less room, it actually made for great sleep hygiene; a positive for those tired travellers that need a good nap. There's not a lot in Bacoor and the roads leading to Cavite and in the Manila direction have the most appalling traffic that I've experienced; but it is a short ride to the Manila airport (min 20 minutes by cab) , making this a potential airport hotel. The safety deposit box didn't work at first, but to the staff's credit, they replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot water just wasn't present during shower time. I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

I was upgraded to the top-tier jacuzzi room with a garage because the Wi-Fi wasn't working, but the room condition was a bit poor. In particular, the bathroom floor was slightly sunken, causing drainage issues, and there was a broken manual bidet holder and a leaky shower hose. It seems like the facility maintenance needs improvement. Still, considering the price, I'd give it an 8. However, I wouldn't recommend the food as the tableware hygiene was poor and the taste wasn't great. Also, I requested to have the water on the bathroom floor cleaned up, but no one ever came.

The resort is relaxing and staffs are accomodating ☺ Tahimik at walang hassle ang resort mismo kaya makakapante din ang isip mo mag relax. Nkaka feel at home pa. We went here last Dec. 24 to 25, 2025 to celebrate christmas with my small family at nagustuhan nila ung kiddie pool since taoat lang din ng Nipa cottage namin 😍 Hindi ka ma sstress mag habol at magbantay kasi tapat mismo 😊 Complete amenities din kaya mas maganda siya para sa akin. Will definitely go back here for our next occasions 😍😍

There is no hot water in the shower, but the temperature is high, so it was quite good. Also, only two bottles of water were provided, but since I stayed for consecutive nights, I basically bought drinking water.

Staffs are greet able and approachable. But 1st room we had don't have hot or warm water in the shower, they said they are going to fix it. But maybe 20mins later we call again but they said we need to transfer to another room for the warm water and it's OK. But more smaller room. Afterwards before we checked out they charged us 10pesos for warm water haha I thoughts thats included for every room.
