I highly appreciate how accommodating their staffs were. From front desk to restaurant and hotel staff, everyone was willing to assist. They have partners for transport and spa services. They were also not that strict, and allowed us to bring in food and drinks, or have outside food delivered, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Rooms are clean. Comfy beds. AC was perfectly working. Spacious bathrooms, with water heater. These are the things that are really important for me, and they met my expectations. I will definitely consider staying with them again the next time we visit puerto prinsesa.

We booked aziza when in still in korea.so when i reach pinas no more hassle.Its a grauation gift for my 3 children since i just 2 weeks to stay in pinas its our family bonding.the moment i step in airport 2 kuya's are very polite they have pick up and drop off which is very convenient.Receptionist is very friendly and amazing always wear a smile in their faces.Instead of booking a tour we decided not to since the hotel having a very good amenities.Breakfast is fantastic pancakes are verry cute.What trully Aziza unique from the people whos working from their hearts Keep it up Aziza.Highly Recomended God Bless

We had an amazing stay at Blue Lagoon Inn & Suites. The hotel is located in the heart of Puerto Princesa. The place is beautiful and calm, the staff is nice and friendly. Also, the location is great, less than 5 minutes away from the main road with all the restaurants and shops. The best highlight was the swimming pool. We really enjoyed it! Highly recommended!

We only stayed here for 2 nights on arrival to PP, then headed to El Nido by van after a visit to the underground river. Staff organised our tour and transport. facilities were brilliant, staff were freindly and efficient. Food was scrumptious. Pool area is beautiful at night. room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Hands down the best and most value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in the Philippines! Even without considering the price, the hotel itself easily deserves a perfect score. The front desk staff were super friendly and gave us a free room upgrade. The whole hotel just made my eyes light up – stepping from a regular street into this villa-like world was amazing. The room was comfortable, and the shower was great (heaven knows how rare that is in El Nido!). All the staff were incredibly friendly. The restaurant food was consistently delicious. And the best part? Free airport shuttle during working hours! It was so good, I just had to give this hotel a thumbs up.

Daluyon is without doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I’ve travelled to more than 30 countries. The room was excellent, the location was perfect, but it was the hospitality that truly took my breath away. The team made me feel genuinely cared for, especially in the restaurant where the service was on a whole different level. Three members of staff stood out in particular — Anton, Rose and Stephanie — each of them exceptional in every way. We even asked the chef to adjust dishes and create meals that weren’t on the menu, and he not only did it with joy, but the results were outstanding. He would come out to the table, smiling proudly, asking if everything was okay, and we affectionately called him our “Happy Chef.” In truth, every single dish we tried was superb. I left feeling deeply grateful for such an unforgettable experience.

The location I would say for me was perfect. It's away from the crazy busy streets and rather peaceful. The gardens and surroundings are inside the resort at spectacular and you feel like just staying there and relaxing next to the pool. Service was very good with extremely friendly staff. I really would recommend this place. Excellent value for money and the food in the restaurant on site is also extremely tasty. The only negative thing I unfortunately must mention and this annoyed me a bit is the fact that the equipment in the gym room was out of order and when I asked about it twice was told it is broken and can not be fixed... and it was one of the reasons I chose this place because it had a place where I could do some excersizes in the morning. But apart from that it really is an amazing place and just about a 1km walk from one of the main streets with a lot of restaurants and bars.

Citadel (the name of one of the owners) is probably the ”best for the money” mini-resort in Puerto Princesa! My room had a king bed, was comfortable and included satellite TV, a fridge and sink area. The grounds a pool are clean, neat and look great. The pool is amazing for a property size. Even though the Citadel is located 1.5km away from one of the main roads and the Robinson's Mall there are small food stores nearby for basic needs. It's easy to get a tricycle from the road near the property to just about anywhere in the Puerto area. Do ask one of the locals what the fare should be to the placey you want to go. Francois and Citadel, the owners are very nice and helpful. You will enjoy your at the Citadel! BONUS TIP: Just up the road (north) to the left is a food store and cafe on the right side of the road. Inside is a dental office run by Dr Joy Zapanta. She offers a full range of dental services. I got my teeth cleaned for about US$20. I could see dental tourism as a future business for Dr Joy. Enjoy your stay at the Citaldel and get all your dental work done!

Peaceful place to stay in. I love that there’s a pool access. Make sure to request a room on the ground floor if you are with someone that has difficulty in walking because there’s no lift lol. We were initially assigned a room on the third floor but fortunately we were able to request a new room on the ground floor after the first night. Downside is the room we moved in to was not well lit—some lights don’t work and the others give out a yellowish light. Also, the mirror located on the kitchen sink is very small and the water that comes out the shower head is not strong enough which is fine because there’s pail and water dipper to use lol. Overall, 4/5. Service is great. Complimentary breakfast is great. Good for family staycation.

There are a total of 6 beds, which can accommodate eight people. It is very convenient for one family to live here. After getting off the airport, you can arrive quickly by taxi. The room is very similar to the photo, very real. The room is very clean, it can be seen that it is cleaned every day, and some corners are very clean. The fly in the ointment is the sound insulation here, the effect is not very satisfactory, but the impact is not big, I hope the landlord can make more corrections to do better. This is our first trip in Palawan with family. We stayed here for three days and two nights. The location is too far from the city we always rent a tricycle which cost 100 pesos one way and maximum of 4 passengers but we had a beautiful stay here. The rooms are affordable and very clean. We had a free breakfast and this was well presented and plenty of choice. The people are very kind and friendly.

We paid for an upgraded room on the first floor, but they checked us into a room on the second floor. It turned out the door lock didn't work. They immediately moved us to another room on the same floor, but this room was half the size (our suitcases barely fit). The room was very worn out, with outlets falling out of the walls. There was no carpet on the floor, and no toothbrushes (which should have been included in our paid room). The room door opened directly onto the main road, and the windows faced the parking lot. The staff acted as if nothing had happened. When checking out, they asked us to sign some kind of receipt. We asked what it was for (since everything was already paid), and they said it was just for their records. We didn't want to ruin our mood or cause a scene, as we were only there for two nights and had little time. The pool is available, and breakfast is tasty. I do not recommend this hotel; it's not worth the money or your peace of mind.

My husband and I stayed in one of the little huts with our own deck. It was so nice to relax in the hammock. Everything was clean and the staff were very quick to help if you needed something. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The food was delicious and they were able to make vegan for me. We walked down to the beach and back which I enjoyed because it was good exercise. The walk to the beach can be steep at times so wouldn't be good for someone with mobility issues. We loved it here and would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.

The hotel is nice, the room was big, we did switch room on second day for better view. The hotel was literally at 100% occupancy. The housekeeping was very efficient and so is the repair team. The location is very remote with not much around, so if you want to just relax, swim, and read a book, this is the perfect location. The hotel has a restaurant, a pool bar, a spa, a 24 hours gym, a pickle ball court, a large outdoor pool, and direct access to beach. On the positive side, the staff are so nice, very friendly, attend to your needs very efficiently. Honestly, I am super impressed that my room is always clean on time, there are always clean towels at the pool, this is extremely challenging for a fully booked hotel, which also was hosting a wedding and a conference during Valentine’s Day weekend and Chinese new years at the same time. On the negatives side, the carpet was dirty in both rooms, the AC was leaking and the toilet seat was broken, both were fixed right away. Because it is remote, we ate most of our meals in the hotel. The F&B program was not very well designed, options were limited for both breakfast and dinner buffet; after 3 days it feels a little like eating canteen food. Both my son and husband had salad on first day, while I only ate cooked food, so they were both pretty sick for the rest of the stay. Meanwhile, the operation team at the restaurant was clearly not ready for full occupancy, any order could easily take ＞45 mins and many local dishes were not available for days because lacking of LOCAL ingredients. They even ran out of ice cream at dinner, something that could have been stocked well in advance, unlike fresh vegetables. So any meal could take 1.5 - 2.0 hours. Again, the ataff was wonderful, they were doing everything they can to help. However, the management team really need to plan better for high season.

The place itself was good and the room was nice and clean but the bed was a little small and my husband is quite tall. There was a decent little swimming pool downstairs. We were only there for one night so didn’t really explore the local area but booked the firefly tour through the hotel which was a lovely little excursion. The breakfast was good and there were some decent veggie options on the standard menu!

It was our return from El Nido and stay for 1 night then got the flight back to our country, the only thing is there is no ATM around so we will need to go to the shopping mall for cash out, other then that the wifi is good and the receptionist is really helpful. Can’t beat the location, and rooftop pool wasn’t too shabby either. The restaurant was definitely a highlight- many choices, great space and service. Unfortunately, the room we had was in rough shape. Also, the bathroom sink area was in the main bedroom which I didn’t care for. In addition, I appreciate having choices, but it feels like there are too many light switches and they just complicate things trying to figure out which one to use. Regardless, we attempted to extend our stay, but were turned away because they were full. Glad we found a way better room elsewhere at half the cost and booked 5 more nights.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before heading to El Nido. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from the pool, overlooking Honda Bay, is simply breathtaking. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers and shuttle service to/from Robinson's Mall. You can also conveniently book a minivan to El Nido directly through them. In my opinion, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Options included scrambled eggs/omelets, cereal, bread, jams, and butter. There was very little fruit and only one salad. The rice, soups, and other dishes weren't particularly appealing to a European palate (the meat and fish were too overcooked). However, the à la carte menu for dinner and lunch (which is paid) was, on the contrary, very delicious. The hotel itself is quite old. The furniture in the rooms shows its age. There was also a slight musty smell, although the cleanliness was maintained. The staff were incredibly pleasant and responsive. Overall, the hotel is suitable for 1-2 nights, but don't rely too heavily on the photos.

I had the best stay here. Staff members are so kind andaccommodating. Wifi is so reliable, perfect for those staying in PPS for a business trip. The breakfast buffet’s a chef’s kiss and there are a lot of options to keep you full for the morning. Room is clean. I was also able to use the gym and had a massage at the spa. There’s a pharmacy and convenience store near the hotel (just a minute away). It’s 7 minutes away from the airport and the hotel offers free airport transfers for the guests. It’s my third time staying here for business and I have never booked any other hotel in PPS ever since. 1000/10!

We stayed for one night after flying into Puerto Princesa before heading on to El Nido. The hotel is located close to the airport. There's nowhere to walk around nearby. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff were polite and friendly. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. The family villa consists of two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, shower, and toilet. It also has its own small private pool, and there's a large main pool as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

We spent a wonderful 3 days at Denika's suits. Manager Francisco and his team kindly met us at the airport at 9 pm and took us safely to the hotel for free. We got 2 magnificent bungalows. They are exactly as described on the website and even better. Large, clean, cozy. The next day, the same manager took us to a crocodile farm and shopping for a small fee. We ordered a delicious dinner at the hotel. On the day of departure, Francisco drove us to our meeting point with the carrier to El Nido. The unpunctual bus driver arrived an hour late. The manager kindly provided us with his car to wait. Many thanks to him and his entire team for their service and help. The hotel is located far from the center, but this did not affect our stay in any way. Very large and well-kept area. Recommend for booking.

We also really enjoyed the food at Hunt Restaurant — definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and taste made it worth it. We originally wanted to dine at C75 as well, but it was fully booked, so I highly recommend making reservations in advance. The buffet breakfast was also very good, although the spread was a little limited. The pool was very well maintained, and we appreciated that water activities like kayaking were included free of charge. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to visit the resort sandbar due to unexpected boat issues. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely little touches like fresh fruit juice and daily snacks that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, it was such a warm, relaxing, and enjoyable family getaway. Thank you, Funny Lion, for the amazing hospitality — we can’t wait to come back!

This is an excellent hotel. Both the service and the room's facilities, hardware and software, are outstanding. They offer welcome coconuts, a minibar with healthy drinks, and even turn-down service at night. The TV has all major platforms and free movies. The room feels spacious and the bed is large and comfortable. All staff members, from the front desk to the restaurant and even the lifeguards, are friendly and polite. I really appreciate their conversations and service. However, I must mention that the hotel is currently in a 'soft-run' phase. During the day, there's a lot of ongoing renovation and occasional construction noise in various areas, and the spa is not yet complete. The dining options are limited (though every dish I had was delicious). Also, the rooms have a smart power detection system that automatically shuts off power, including the mini-fridge, when no one is in the room. This means drinks can't stay cold all the time, and charging your phone while you're out of the room isn't reliable. Despite these points, I still highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is relaxing, perfect for unwinding and taking peaceful walks by the sea – it's truly wonderful.

I really enjoyed the pools and my balcony during my stay. The included breakfast was beyond my expectations for this price range. Would book again if in the area.

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Funny Lion! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and completely stress-free throughout our visit. The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made this a memorable experience for all of us. A very special thank you to the General Manager for leading such an outstanding team, and to Janine for being extra patient, kind, and incredibly helpful during our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my questions and requests were attended to. Huge thanks as well to all the rest of the staff members who were consistently friendly abd attentive in every way. We also really enjoyed the food at Hunt Restaurant — definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and taste made it worth it. We originally wanted to dine at C75 as well, but it was fully booked, so I highly recommend making reservations in advance. The buffet breakfast was also very good, although the spread was a little limited. The pool was very well maintained, and we appreciated that water activities like kayaking were included free of charge. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to visit the resort sandbar due to unexpected boat issues. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely little touches like fresh fruit juice and daily snacks that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, it was such a warm, relaxing, and enjoyable family getaway. Thank you, Funny Lion, for the amazing hospitality — we can’t wait to come back!

We booked aziza when in still in korea.so when i reach pinas no more hassle.Its a grauation gift for my 3 children since i just 2 weeks to stay in pinas its our family bonding.the moment i step in airport 2 kuya's are very polite they have pick up and drop off which is very convenient.Receptionist is very friendly and amazing always wear a smile in their faces.Instead of booking a tour we decided not to since the hotel having a very good amenities.Breakfast is fantastic pancakes are verry cute.What trully Aziza unique from the people whos working from their hearts Keep it up Aziza.Highly Recomended God Bless

Can’t beat the location, and rooftop pool wasn’t too shabby either. The restaurant was definitely a highlight- many choices, great space and service. Unfortunately, the room we had was in rough shape. Also, the bathroom sink area was in the main bedroom which I didn’t care for. In addition, I appreciate having choices, but it feels like there are too many light switches and they just complicate things trying to figure out which one to use. Regardless, we attempted to extend our stay, but were turned away because they were full. Glad we found a way better room elsewhere at half the cost and booked 5 more nights.

I had the best stay here. Staff members are so kind andaccommodating. Wifi is so reliable, perfect for those staying in PPS for a business trip. The breakfast buffet’s a chef’s kiss and there are a lot of options to keep you full for the morning. Room is clean. I was also able to use the gym and had a massage at the spa. There’s a pharmacy and convenience store near the hotel (just a minute away). It’s 7 minutes away from the airport and the hotel offers free airport transfers for the guests. It’s my third time staying here for business and I have never booked any other hotel in PPS ever since. 1000/10!

While hotel horror stories of rude staff and poor hygiene are all too common, my experience here was the exact opposite—a masterclass in integrity. I stayed for two days before heading to El Nido. While en route to my next destination, I received a call from the receptionist informing me that I’d left an envelope of cash in the room vault. She assured me it would be sealed and kept safe until my return. Upon my arrival back, the envelope was returned to me exactly as left. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessa Olam, whose honesty and professionalism truly saved my trip. To top it off, the hotel kindly provided a complimentary airport transfer as a final gesture of hospitality. As for the stay, the rooms were spotlessly clean with excellent water pressure in the showers. There was a lovely pool area perfect for a quick dip and relaxing with drinks from the on-site restaurant. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient—just 2 minutes from the airport and 4 minutes from the local dining and nightlife hub. I will definitely be staying here again!

I was incredibly lucky with this hotel room booking. I stumbled upon it on Trip.com while zooming in on the map showing different hotels and their prices. Originally, the room was around 1600 rubles, but with my discount and bonus points, the final booking price came down to 614 rubles. Meanwhile, other hotels were charging around 1500 rubles for rooms that were only 8 square meters. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the airport and a 22-minute walk from the promenade (pier), though there's no beach here. There are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, markets, and a McDonald's nearby. I specifically chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and a large shopping center (a 10-minute walk from the hotel) to exchange pesos for dollars. Unfortunately, you can only exchange for dollars at the airport; shopping centers and currency exchange booths only convert dollars to pesos. I couldn't find any exchange offices in El Nido and didn't have time to visit banks. On Coron Island (where the exchange rates were very favorable, and I exchanged a lot) and Cebu Island, they're everywhere. The room was clean and spacious, with fresh linen. It came with toiletries (shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, body conditioner, liquid soap, toothpaste and brush, cotton swabs, comb), a kettle, water, and hangers. The water pressure in the shower was decent (not strong), and the drainage was good. No insects running around in the room. The towel was good; it absorbed all the water from my hair effectively (I once had a bad experience in another hotel where the towel didn't absorb water from my hair at all and barely dried my body). The air conditioning was quiet, cooled well, and had many settings. There were two mirrors, which was very convenient as I didn't have to rush to the bathroom mirror. The staff was friendly. I arrived at 11 AM, and check-in was supposed to be after 2 PM. They told me the room wasn't ready yet but that they would check me in before 2 PM once it was. While I waited in the hotel lobby, cooling off, they had me checked into this lovely room within an hour. There was a beautiful sunset by the promenade, but I left early because it started raining, and then a rainbow appeared.

Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are.
