My three-day stay at the Clark Hilton was excellent overall, with the facilities and service particularly standing out. Although I didn't actually use the gym this trip, the staff proactively and kindly provided information about it. Similarly, even though I didn't dine at the hotel restaurant, the overall environment and ambiance still left a very good impression. In terms of service quality, every staff member I encountered was very friendly, which made me feel quite relaxed. Back in the room, the only minor drawback was that the water pressure for showering was a bit low. However, fortunately, the hot water temperature was perfectly adequate, so it didn't really affect the overall showering experience. Clark Marriott Hotel surprisingly exceeded my expectations! The staffs were absolutely amazing and gave us 2 day free lounge access during our stay. The spa facilities were my favorite from the sauna, cold ice dispenser to cool down our face using a face cloth, jacuzzi and heated chairs! The outdoor pool is also nice and there's a bar for you to order drinks and food. The hotel is situated next to the casino and you can access it directly as its joined. There are also local Pampangan restaurants nearby which is only a walking distance away!

However, the shower wasn't the best and soap was only supplied for one pax. The TV was also just not it... All channels were static but watchable and Netflix was unavailable.
