Although I didn't actually use the gym this trip, the staff proactively and kindly provided information about it. Similarly, even though I didn't dine at the hotel restaurant, the overall environment and ambiance still left a very good impression. In terms of service quality, every staff member I encountered was very friendly, which made me feel quite relaxed. Back in the room, the only minor drawback was that the water pressure for showering was a bit low. However, fortunately, the hot water temperature was perfectly adequate, so it didn't really affect the overall showering experience. In summary, my three-day stay was satisfying, with both the service and facilities performing excellently.

There was a nail sticking out inside the closet, possibly due to poor finishing, and I cut my hand a little. This was quite unusual for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast wasn't anything special. When I visited, there were hardly any Indian guests, yet Indian food was served every day. There was no Korean or Japanese food.

I requested a quiet room on a high floor when I booked, but I didn't get it. My room faced the pool on the third floor and it was very noisy, which disturbed my sleep. From the morning, there was noise from the pool area outside the window, and people talking loudly in the hallway. Also, the air conditioning airflow couldn't be adjusted; it defaulted to automatic temperature control. The worst part was that the vent blew directly onto my head, making my head ache. It was such an anti-human design (as shown in the picture), so I had to sleep with my feet towards the headboard, essentially sleeping upside down. Everything else was great though. The staff were polite, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated.

The room is good, but during our first night we noticed that our sheets and pillowcases smelled a little weird because it had not dried fully so we had to request for new ones. The place is clean and the bed is comfy.

It was nice. They took a while for us to provide us our room. Their water tastes off and their halo-halo as well. I just had 3 spoons of it but wasn’t able to finish it. Their other foods are okay.

The summary is not bad, it is not so convenient to go out, you need to take a taxi anywhere. There is no convenience store nearby. It will close early in the evening. There is no hotel lobby.

I had a great stay at Punta Clark. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants just outside the hotel, making it easy to grab a meal without having to travel far. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, especially for the price. It offers great value for money and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend Punta Clark to my friends. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Clark.
