Wonderful stay at Henann Prime Beach Resort. Clean and modern rooms, friendly and attentive staff, great beachfront location, and a relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent, and everything felt comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a peaceful Boracay getaway.

They went beyond my expectations. I thought it was going to be like a family run inn but I was so wrong. Upon arrival, they will offer some refreshments and hand towel which is a nice touch. Room was really cute! Attic room but it didnt feel hot. Nice bed and pillows-had a good night’s sleep here. The soundproofing is non-existent however. You can hear the families on the other rooms if they are on the hallways. Also, if people are smoking in the general areas, the smoke smell can get it your room which pissed me off. Nonetheless, would come back for sure.

This hotel resort is in a prime location on Boracay beach and is the best hotel i have stayed in so far, i was lucky to secure a beach front room and was so happy when i entered the room, very plesent atmosphere streaight from the greeting at the Front Foyer to the room, I enjoyed the food the Pools within the resort and the restraunt was amazing. i will return on my next visit to Boracay

As a group of 11 travelers, our overall experience was very good, particularly because we availed of the hotel's airport transfer service. The transfer process was seamless, efficient, and exceptionally well-organized. From the hotel to the airport, the entire journey took less than 30 minutes. The transfer team deserves special recognition for their professionalism and strict adherence to schedules. They clearly prioritize ensuring that guests do not miss their flights, and their dedication was truly commendable. Check-in was also a pleasant surprise, as we were accommodated earlier than the usual check-in time. All of our requests were attended to and fulfilled, which we greatly appreciated. The buffet food was enjoyable, with a good variety of dishes that changed daily. It was nice to see different options each morning instead of the same menu being repeated. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. One concern was the breakfast area. There was no covered walkway connecting certain sections, which became problematic during heavy rain. Since we were traveling with a baby, it was inconvenient and unsafe to walk through the rain, especially as the pathways became slippery. Even providing umbrellas in the breakfast area would have been a thoughtful touch. These small details may seem minor, but they significantly impact the overall guest experience. The air conditioning in our Deluxe Room was also not as cold as expected. In addition, the balcony was practically unusable because the outdoor air-conditioning unit was located there, generating considerable heat and making the space uncomfortable. Another inconvenience was the replenishment of bathroom amenities. Rather than having them proactively restocked, guests needed to call housekeeping each time additional items were required. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and many aspects of the service were excellent. However, I believe the hotel would benefit from paying greater attention to the small details. Thoughtful and intentional touches are often what elevate a good stay into a truly exceptional one.

The staff are very accommodating. Front desk officers are polite and neat looking. Pool is kind of heated. Its not cold but maybe because of the hot weather. Medyo matapang lang yung chlorine kaya nag react yung skin ko but over all the place is relaxing, walk to the beach is ok. Nice staff even si kuya guard. Restaurant staff are friendly also, Chef looks serious but friendly. Thank you chef for cooking us bacon for breakfast since its not included on the buffet, hehehe! Kuddos to you Henann Lagoon. Will definitely recommend this to my family and friends. Good job everyone!

We had an overall wonderful experience at Henann Crystal Sands Resort. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always smiling. Everyone was genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The airport transfer was very smooth, and the team helped us with our luggage from start to finish. Early check-in was kindly permitted, which was extremely helpful as we were traveling with our 11-month-old baby. The baby cot provided was the cleanest we have ever seen, which gave us great peace of mind. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, and the seafood buffet dinner was absolutely amazing—we enjoyed it twice during our one-week stay. The pool bar had a great atmosphere, and the food there was also very good. The sky pool offered a beautiful view, especially at sunset, and was one of the highlights of the resort. The massage service was excellent. We tried both the poolside massage and the in-room massage, and both were very relaxing and professionally done. The beach in front of the hotel was the cleanest and whitest we saw on the island, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. We would definitely stay at Henann Crystal Sands again on our next trip to Boracay and highly recommend it, especially for families with young children.

This is our go to hotel in Boracay. In our last 5 trips to Boracay, we never changed our hotel only Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa. Great service, the staffs are polite and very generous to their guests and even gave us a room upgrade when they learned that it was a celebration of my daughter's graduation. We will definitely go back!

Decent for the price, but needs some adjustments Overall, you get what you paid for. It’s a fair choice for a budget-friendly stay, but there are a few things to note: *Air Conditioning: The AC wasn’t cold enough, and the airflow didn't quite reach the bed area. It was a bit uncomfortable, especially during the day. *Cleanliness: I noticed several moths (gamo-gamo) inside the room. I’m not sure where they were coming from, but it’s something housekeeping should look into. *Location: It is a bit far from the town center, but still manageable if you don't mind walking. On the plus side, the beach is very accessible—only about a 5-minute walk away. *Breakfast: I hope they can improve their breakfast service. There weren't many options to choose from, so it felt quite limited. It's an okay place if you're looking to save money and stay near the coast, but improving the AC and the breakfast variety would make it much better.

We choose boracay holiday resort for its prime location, and it didn't disappoint—it's just a 5-minutes walk to the beautiful beach The Location is fantastic, and the Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the common areas, like the lobby and pool, were well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of Filipino and Western dishes.. Highly recommended

Location of Eurotel Boracay is a 5-min walk to the pristine beach., and is situated in Station 2. Staff: accommodating and smart. Cleanliness: 5/5 Amenities: provides shampoo/ soap/ hair dryer / slippers/ towels for room only. You can rent a beach towel for 100 pesos . Aircon functions well as much as lights. Has elevator. Buffet breakfast from 6-10AM for free if included in the booking . Overall - happy and satisfied of our stay. Will recommend to friends and if ever I come back to Boracay, I will book again..
