Gosh, I'm too lazy to even rate it. I requested a room with a view of the city, which isn't too much to ask for, right? Well, I didn't get one. The door key got stuck, we called the front desk who informed maintenance; more than half an hour passed and nothing. (I'm traveling for medical treatment); I sat on the floor for more than half an hour. Until they provided another room. No hot water. The toilet area flooded every time we used the shower (correctly); it was difficult, you know. I had stayed there before and had a completely different experience.

Facilities are a bit old Once I found out that the door of the hotel was almost broken, haha. After I reacted, someone came to tighten the screw that was about to fall out with a screwdriver, haha Breakfast is OK, the breakfast at the Ibis hotel next door is also responsible for this hotel. But the Ibis price is much cheaper than this hotel. The rooms below the third floor are very humid and need to be open to dehumidification mode all the time

Located very close to the Amazon theatre, Taj Mahal is a very old hotel, the room despite spacious and with good air conditioning, has problems in facilities such as cutting gardens, shelling floor, old and rough towels, Doubtful board ... but all this has already been expected because the value they collect is very low. it does not give to expect much more than that for this price.

Overall it is a good evaluation. I was trying to clean it. It's an old building, so it's a little dirty. Location is also good. You can walk to Centro. There is Uber so you can easily go to the suburbs. It is difficult for unfamiliar elderly people to walk because the front of the hotel is a slope. The receptionist was good. I always smiled. It was a little disappointing that the breakfast was simple and the same every day. Facilities include a pool and gym. But the facilities are generally old. Foreign showers have weak water pressure and poor drainage. The elevators also get stuck.

Hotel point It is located in Adrianopolis, which is relatively safe in Manaus. It's a bit far from the center, but the bus stop is nearby and there is space to get on Uber, so it wasn't that inconvenient to move around. Also, there are people who can speak a little Japanese, and the hotel also has a Japanese flag, so I think it is a hotel that is easy for Japanese people to stay. Location of the hotel Right next door is a convenience store and coin laundry at 24H. I was able to walk to Manauara Shopping, a large shopping center in Manauus, within 10 minutes, and I was able to walk normally because there were a lot of people and cars. ・ Shi Shesuojie The view from the pool on the roof of the hotel was the best and it was very beautiful with a panoramic view of the city of Manaus! There were billiards, gyms, sofas, etc. on the rooftop. There was also a free water drinking place on the first floor of the hotel. O critério de limpeza surpreendeu pelo bom padrão apresentado. Café da manhã muito bom. Meu quarto foi Duplo de Luxo, nesse sentido parece-me que o ”de luxo” é devido ao tamanho de 33m2, pois no geral é um quarto simples, com ”arara” para pendurar as roupas. A parede onde fica instalado o ar condicionado estava com partes descascadas, demandando manutenção, bem como na parte inferior da janela também havia parte da pintura danificada. Sou muito criterioso no padrão limpeza, assim que nesse item o grau de limpeza do apto estava muito bom, porém requer fazer serviço de emassamento e pintura nas áreas das paredes que mencionei acima. Um aspecto que causou surpresa foi o fato de ao chegar no check in, às 13h do dia 13 FEV 24, não haver o serviço de levar as malas para o quarto. Chegamos, eu e esposa, com 5 malas, solicitei apoio para colocá-las no carrinho, mas não tinha esse serviço disponível, sendo-me disponibilizado o ”carrinho” para que eu mesmo carrega-se as malas até o quarto. Achei estranho isso por que é habitual nos hotéis rede Atlântica ter o serviço de maleiro. Solicitei check in antecipado e me foi concedido. No geral a hospedagem no Sleep Inn Manaus foi uma boa surpresa, em especial pelo critério de limpeza e Café da manhã e também pelo bom atendimento prestado pelos colaboradores com quem tive contato desde a recepção até a cozinha. Peço ao gestor do Hotel Sleep Inn Manaus observar os detalhes mencionados na parede do ar condicionado e abaixo da janela (quarto 709). Muito obrigado!

Very nice room, overall clean and comfortable. I don’t understand why there is a kitchen if there is no utensils. I didn’t need it, but fix this for other guests. The water from the pool is not clear, so I didn’t swim. Breakfast is great, WiFi works well, water pressure great, AC perfect. Check-in takes too long, but in Brazil it is like this. I would come back.

Travelling with my son. We absolutely love this place. It has the feel of a boutique gallery hotel. We are so happy with our room. Nr 5. It's spacious and has so much character. It's quiet. The service and attention to our needs is impeccable. The breakfast room is absolutely wonderful. The buffet is small but has enough variety. If you want something that's not there like freshly made scrambled eggs..not a problem just ask for it. The rooftop terrace is a sanctuary on it's own. Overlooking the Plaza and to the right the Manus theatre. Great location! Diverse food opportunities around.

The owner is really nice! Even though there was a problem with the trip.com platform which showed the wrong availability on the website. The moment I booked there was actually no availability anymore. But the owner was very responsible even though this was not his fault and he help me find a close by hotel for the night! But much more frightening was that there was suddenly a crash and a big ray during the shower; when I tried to make it clear to the owners who just shaken their head after the motto can not be at all and “perigoroso” (hazardous) whoever stays here and wants to shower, should prefer to do this with cold water and not use the allegedly safe electrical shower!

The room had desks and chairs, safes, hanger racks, refrigerators, showers, toilets, dryers, etc. Breakfast There are many kinds of bread, and there are various kinds of bread, and other spaghetti, scrambled eggs, boiled *, and fried eggs are baked on the spot. (there were several other menus that cooked on the spot.) Accommodation impression The price was reasonable and the staff was kind and very good! The view from the rooftop was the best. Also, it is safe in terms of security, the location is good, and the staff can speak a little Japanese, so I thought it was a hotel that was easy to stay especially for Japanese people.

Travelling with my son. We absolutely love this place. It has the feel of a boutique gallery hotel. We are so happy with our room. Nr 5. It's spacious and has so much character. It's quiet. The service and attention to our needs is impeccable. The breakfast room is absolutely wonderful. The buffet is small but has enough variety. If you want something that's not there like freshly made scrambled eggs..not a problem just ask for it. The rooftop terrace is a sanctuary on it's own. Overlooking the Plaza and to the right the Manus theatre. Great location! Diverse food opportunities around.

Overall it is a good evaluation. I was trying to clean it. It's an old building, so it's a little dirty. Location is also good. You can walk to Centro. There is Uber so you can easily go to the suburbs. It is difficult for unfamiliar elderly people to walk because the front of the hotel is a slope. The receptionist was good. I always smiled. It was a little disappointing that the breakfast was simple and the same every day. Facilities include a pool and gym. But the facilities are generally old. Foreign showers have weak water pressure and poor drainage. The elevators also get stuck.

The hotel experience of this trip is really full! Just stepping into the hotel, you can feel the warm and thoughtful service of the staff, from the efficient process of check-in at the front desk to the initiative to help carry luggage, every detail is very intimate. Gosh, I'm too lazy to even rate it. I requested a room with a view of the city, which isn't too much to ask for, right? Well, I didn't get one. The door key got stuck, we called the front desk who informed maintenance; more than half an hour passed and nothing. (I'm traveling for medical treatment); I sat on the floor for more than half an hour. Until they provided another room. No hot water. The toilet area flooded every time we used the shower (correctly); it was difficult, you know. I had stayed there before and had a completely different experience.

The location is excellent, 200 meters away from the big hotel next door Gao inn, the facade is a bit small, the equipment is just in the middle of the law, but it is rare that there is no washing powder smell of the Brazilian hotel, it is relatively clean, the quilt is washed and sealed.
