I was advised to book Kempinski based on my friends recommendation due to location and amenities with this hotel. Service was 10/10, exceptional from the minute we walked in right up until the end. There were a few blips but it can be overlooked with how much care the staff had. The security guards behind public house restaurant on the beach were lovely cheerful guys who are a credit to Kempinski. The duty manager helped, also the reception staff helped throughout our stay. I have recommended my family and friends to come to Kempinski based off my experience. I will be coming back again!FromTRY 14,533

A beautiful hotel but falls short of 5 star service. The service received was pretty inconsistent as some members of staff and certain situations were dealt with to a top standard but the hotel fell short in other areas. The poolside was not staffed so on our 2 days that we spent there (would have spent more but it was boring), there was nothing provided to eat or drink. Spending time by the pool is a big part of my holiday so this was really disappointing. When I enquired with a staff member, I was told it is un-manned due to a lack of guests using the pool. This wasnt an acceptable reason. The other situation I had was when I asked if I could change money using my contactless card (we forgot our bank cards!) - 2 members of staff said it is possible then when I went to change the money, the manager(Nicole) came and advised that it actually isnt possible. Very unprofessional. Check-in was really nice and Kartik was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door was very, very helpful in all matters and 2 members of staff at Alnafourah were also very helpful and friendly. We watched football at Alnafourah and we were treated well and nicely accommodated.
Another incident occured when we came back to our room following a visit to the pool and having had our room made up, there were no towels! I had to call twice to housekeeping to advise them as they took so long to respond then when a member from housekeeping arrived, he told me the towels will take an hour to arrive! Never experienced something like this at a 5 star hotel. I had to go down to reception to resolve the situation and I will say that Nicole did sort it out immediately, the housekeeping manager visited our room to apologise and provided a complimentary fruit bowl. Nicole also offered a wonderful gesture by giving us complimentary entrance to a beautiful 'brunch by the pool' evening dinner. This was a lovely gesture as the food on offer was delightful. The gesture was very much appreciated.
The location of the hotel isnt the best as there isnt too much to do in the area but taxis are so easy to get, this isnt too much of an issue. Overall, a really nice hotel but in my opinion, falls short of 5 star standard but does provide good value for the price. Nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall service needs improvement.FromTRY 3,265

This hotel is fantastic, highly recommend it!
1. There's a security check at the entrance. We asked why, and it turns out it's a government-owned hotel, so they ensure 100% security.
2. It's just a one-minute walk to the metro station, right across a small street from the hotel.
3. Parking is free. If you're driving, you just hand your keys to the attendant at the entrance, and when you leave, you exchange a card for your keys, and they'll bring your car to the front.
4. There's free coffee in the lobby. Trying a date with coffee is highly recommended; it’s a very authentic Arabian experience.
5. It's only about 300 meters from Souq Waqif, making it incredibly convenient for dining and exploring.
6. It's also very close to the airport, about 20 minutes by metro with just one transfer.
7. Security is top-notch. We tested it, and if you lock the door from the inside, even a room key won't open it from the outside. The front desk staff were very friendly. When we were taking photos before leaving, they even offered to help us take a family picture. Although it might be a bit more expensive than chain hotels like Hampton by Hilton, after comparing everything, it feels incredibly worth it!FromTRY 3,869

I didn't eat here, so I can't comment on the food. It's a centrally located hotel that offers good value for its price. The staff were well-meaning and helpful. They gave us coupons for their affiliated beach, but we weren't allowed to bring snacks from our bag into the beach. It would have been better if we had known this beforehand.FromTRY 4,488

The location is excellent, within walking distance of MIA, the National Exhibition Center, Mina District, and the metro station. The breakfast is truly fantastic; a good, hearty meal will keep you going until dinner, saving you time for sightseeing. The bed is very comfortable, and there's ample desk space in the room. As for the downsides: the carpets and upholstered sofa chairs looked dirty and old. The room was cold, and coffee and sugar packets weren't replenished promptly enough.FromTRY 1,521

Overall, the hotel does not worth this price. The lobby and building are ok. If you travel alone, that room can be a little bit uncomfortable in vibe. Staff were nice.
Cleanliness: the room was clean. However, it smelled like old building, can emit their own odors over time. The scents in toilet is so bad, like sewage when I turned off ventilation during night time.
Location: it is closed to Souq Waqif with around 18 mins walk. The area was quiet and safe. It can take sometimes to the airport, so I took Uber to go there.
Service: people were friendly and even upgrade the big room for my family. They’re trying to make it easy for you. Amenities: the room and building were too old. Lighting is doomed. It’s bathtub, toilet were worn out and there’s defects. The hairdryer was historical and noisy. There was a lock door inside the master bedroom which is a bit creepy.FromTRY 1,188

It was cheap, but I can’t say it’s a hotel I’d like to stay, interior looks really dated and not in a good way, room smells weird, like some spices, in general it’s ok if you need to spend a night but I wouldn’t go there for holidays.FromTRY 1,973

I paid for a junior suite with a mini-bar for three guests. I specifically chose this room category for a beautiful city view and a larger space. The price was double that of a standard room.
However, I was checked into a small room, #3320, with no mini-bar, no extra space, no sofa, and no beautiful view. What exactly did I pay for? And this is supposed to be five-star service??? Shameful! I feel completely ripped off. Why?
This kind of treatment completely ruined my impression of the entire country.
I am very upset. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.FromTRY 4,495

I like it very much, it's perfect for vacation. It's just a little regretful that I went there alone.
I was reading in the yard, and suddenly I looked up and saw a big cruise ship.
It was the first time I lived on an island in my life. Perfect experience. The service was also great. WeChat reminded me that the [direct light] at the head of the bed has no on/off button.
It is pressed. Just press its [light] with your thumb, and the light will go out.FromTRY 17,791

We had a great experience at the W Doha. At check-in we received an upgrade room and had the pleasure of staying in a W Suite room. The room was impressive and large with separate bedroom and living room areas. We booked this room mostly to relax and stay in and it worked perfectly for us. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming throughout our stay and we would recommend this if you're looking for a special stay in Doha's West Bay area. The staff checked in on us in person and over the phone during our stay to see if we needed anything for our room.
The living room was nicely appointed with a large couch, dining table, hanging chair, desk, coffee/tea station with a Nespresso machine, large TV, Bose surround sound system, a small Bose smart speaker, and a few comfy chairs throughout. There was a bathroom in the main area near the entrance. The floor to ceiling windows in the corner suite offered views of the surrounding towers.
The bedroom was awesome with a large comfy bed, plenty of storage and closet space, a large TV and an amazing bathroom. The bathroom had a large bath tub and some premium bath products including lotion and facial cleanser. The highlight here is the shower which had side jets, a large overhead shower and a wand that could all be turned on simultaneously. The melon extract products from Momo and the Nuze hand soap smell very nice.
The facilities at the hotel are nice and there is a good pool area with comfy lounge chairs and a well equipped gym. There are changing areas near the pool area but we did not see locker rooms.
The location is good with many good hotels and a big shopping mall nearby. There are lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes in this area and it is ok to walk around in the cooler months. It is a short walk to the beach from here. On site they have many good restaurants and the breakfast at Market was excellent but we would recommend trying Coya or Spice Market as well. The business lunch meals are very good here. The DECC metro station is a 15 minute walk away from here but we would recommend using Uber or Karwa to get around Doha if you want to do sightseeing.
This is the kind of hotel my wife and I would not leave during our stay. All the amenities and restaurants on site mean you don't have to go far and you can order in everything else. We would consider staying here again and would recommend it for family and friends when visiting.FromTRY 8,072

Great value for its location, great customer service staff from doorman, bellboy, front desk, and especially the restaurant servers, fantastic breakfast spread, most comfortable bed.
Disappointed in amenities provided (no vanity kit, towels were old and worn), shower water pressure was low and not heating up properly, shower tiles looked aged and door wouldn't close properly causing wster spillage into the toilet floor.
Overall I would still stay here if I revisit as the price offsets the negatives somewhat, whilst its location and staff really made my stay very enjoyable.FromTRY 2,348

First off, the hotel staff provided excellent service! 👌🏻 The food was really good, and the hotel's ambiance was fantastic. I stayed in a city-view king room, which included breakfast for two and dinner, all for about 900. The value for money is incredible; for that alone, I'd definitely come back. Plus, the hotel is super close to the Museum of Islamic Art, just about a ten-minute walk away! Highly recommend. Picture 1 is the view from the room window.FromTRY 3,494

When checking out, I waited for more than an hour before someone came to help me with the luggage. When I reached the car, I discovered that some of my belongings were missing. I asked them to check, and they eventually brought them back. If I had been in a hurry and hadn’t noticed, I would have lost those items — especially since the missing bag contained mobile phones.
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms and restaurant are excellent. However, the luggage handling service is very poor. They tend to hide items during checkout, especially small bags, assuming you won’t notice. This is unacceptable.

I had the best time. We were even upgraded and wow, the room was amazing, super clean and spacious. The hotel itself was wonderful. Staff were amazing, the buffet was great and the service I just can’t get over how amazing it was. I only wish this was in a more central location but I would defo stay again especially as Ubers are so cheap!

All I can say was 10/10, We really enjoyed our family staycation with Sherao Hotel. The rooms, pool and overall from the hotel was really cleaned and wherever you go the scent was perfect 😍😍😍. The staffs were so friendly and whatever we requested they just responded so quick. Not crowded and well maintained. For sure will come back again soon with the whole fam. I hope they can extend the pool timing because its summer so we can only enjoy the pool specially in the evening. I hope not only from 8am to 5pm. But the rest was perfect 😍😍

I recently stayed at City Centre Rotana Jeddah and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay throughout.
The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a great blend of comfort and functionality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail — from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the well-stocked minibar and spacious bathroom with quality amenities.
One of the highlights was the dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The service at the restaurant was impeccable, with staff always on hand to assist and ensure guests were well taken care of.
The hotel’s location is also ideal — centrally located in Jeddah, it provides easy access to major shopping areas, business districts, and cultural attractions. Despite its prime location, the hotel maintains a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Facilities such as the fitness center and pool were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring or meetings.
Overall, I highly recommend City Centre Rotana Jeddah for both business and leisure travelers. The combination of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service truly made my stay memorable.

I had a very pleasant stay at Palm Inn Hotel Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay.
The only drawback for me was the location, which was slightly inconvenient for accessing some major spots in the city. However, aside from that, everything else was nearly perfect and I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel.
