The hotel itself is located in a very good area. Unfortunately, the room assigned to me was directly next to the bar, where there was a party on the same night. Although I am a young traveler, I still needed a good night’s sleep, which was not possible due to the noise. The room was very basic, with limited amenities, and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the service was not up to standard. I had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes to check in, as the staff member handling the transition between shifts did not seem to notice or prioritize new arriving guests. Overall, the level of professionalism was disappointing.

The location is very convenient and this is a great place to stay if you travel onwards by train as it’s right in between Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. The price is also very good but be aware the rooms are really quite small. Personally I didn’t mind at all because the layout is very practical and it’s only for a night or two.

Overall, for a hotel in Paris, this one offers good value for money. Although it's located in the 12th arrondissement, which is a bit suburban, the proximity to the metro station makes it very convenient. It's only two stops to the famous Châtelet station. The room wasn't small either. It seems like many Accor brand hotels are in this area. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. However, finding a laundromat was really difficult and far – you'd probably need an electric scooter to get to a residential area about 2 kilometers away. What's highly recommended is their gym. It occupies the entire basement level and even offers free apples for an energy boost. There's a wide variety of equipment, and the dumbbells come in a full range of weights, including heavy ones. There are also different small rooms for individual workouts, along with separate restrooms and shower rooms. My biggest disappointment was their breakfast. Even though the ingredients seemed high-quality and possibly organic, paying nearly 200 RMB per person and not finding anything that suited a Chinese palate and was healthy was frustrating. There were no leafy green vegetables, just some very basic, raw cabbage hearts. Some of the cold cuts were surprisingly unappetizing. The staff also seemed very rushed. I only found out after leaving that you could ask a server for coffee. The only thing I'd recommend is the freshly made omelets – bring your own vegetables to get enough protein. Taste-wise, it was honestly not as good as Hampton by Hilton. Another overall impression is that hotels in France don't have the same warmth as those in Belgium, and the English proficiency was slightly inferior. Don't even expect any Chinese-speaking staff.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with all hotels and all stars that I stayed before. I believe the owners/management of this hotel intend to cheap all clients, if possible. We have prepaid all our 3 restaurants ima but to arrive at the check in counter at 1700 and 1830 on the check in day to be advised that our room type was fully booked, the family 2 connecting rooms my friends booked were only good for one room and they will add 2 extra beds. Over the 3 days during my stay, every time I passed by the reception area, I can see customer complaining while checking in and out for all sorts of reasons. Those customers booked their prepaid rooms via ***********, Trip.com and C-Trip. The staff at the reception have the worst behavior and extremely rude manner. I have to teach them how to behave at least like a human being.

I chose this hotel for a five-night stay about two weeks before my trip, mainly for its convenient location to Roland Garros. The front desk staff provided good service, and the overall facilities were decent. The bathroom was a bit small with some drainage issues, and there was no coffee in the room, but these were all acceptable. For breakfast, they had freshly made poached eggs and omelets, and the menu changed a few times over the five days, so the overall quality was quite good. The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. You can even walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Experience is what I would expect from a 2 star hotel, although the lack of air conditioning really did not help during the sudden heatwave that occured while we were there. The location of this place was its only saving grace. It is definitely one of the more affordable options in this area, with great connectivity to the metro and bus lines. Although, it is situated in a sketchy back alleyway and there is poor sound isolation from the outside. I found it hard to sleep at night and in the morning from people chatter and other noise. If I only stayed for 2 or 3 days in cooler weather, I probably wouldn't mind staying here again, just because of its excellent location. If not, there are many other hotels in this same area that I'm sure would offer a better experience, albeit at a higher price point.

Recommended by Doubao and booked via Trip.com. It's very convenient to get around; you can see the Eiffel Tower right outside, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Seine River. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk service was good, and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. If you don't mind walking, you can stroll along the Seine River for 4.8 km to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the old train station, and more.

Next to Concorde Square, shopping is very convenient. We arrived in Paris in the early morning. The hotel is good, check in early for us. The downside is that the hotel is a bit old and the rooms are a bit small. Adding 2,500 yuan per night to upgrade to the suite is much more comfortable and the view is good. Capitalist countries really have a penny for a dollar. Breakfast choices are not too small and are suitable for Orientals.

In room 003, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and small. In the bathroom, the shower was closed with a curtain, risking flooding! We used the spa, which has well-maintained facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed help because we were stuck in the elevator (the smaller one). Our friends in room 303, however, returned from a day out and found the shower door disassembled and leaning against the wall.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The room was super clean, and it had everything I needed: air conditioning, a kettle, and a hairdryer. The location is also really convenient and safe, as it's in a residential area. On our first day, I had ordered a cake to be delivered to the hotel as a surprise for my partner's birthday. They were incredibly helpful and carefully stored it for me. The front desk staff even waited until my partner went upstairs before bringing the cake up, just to make sure the surprise wasn't ruined 😉 And here's the best part: the French staff are so thoughtful! They noticed I only had the cake and thought it looked a bit plain, so they prepared a tray and candles for me. The staff member from the front desk even brought the cake with the lit candle to our room door. The surprise was a huge success, and I'm so grateful!

The hotel was exactly what you'd expect from a palace. This was my third time in Paris, and this time my main goal was to stay in a wonderful hotel. I was moved by the beauty of the 19th-century mansion, the view from the large terrace was stunning, and above all, the high level of hospitality made me feel comfortable. Upon leaving, I forgot one of my bags due to a lack of checking, but they called a taxi and delivered it to the airport. I stayed here again. The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet flush was hard to press and the water flow wasn't strong enough, and the sink tap also had low water pressure. But these minor issues didn't detract from the overall experience. The handsome front desk staff member at check-out was equally warm and polite. He even helped me call to check about storing luggage at the Louvre, and ultimately advised me that it would be safer to store it at the hotel. Breakfast seemed to have slightly declined in quality compared to before, but it was still well worth having. After exploring, I returned to the hotel to pick up my stored luggage, and the bellboy was also very nice, bidding me farewell with a 'take care!' My overall impression is that all the hotel staff treat guests with a wonderful, hospitable attitude, making you feel right at home.

It's Paris, so don't expect much in terms of friendliness, haha. When checking in, there was some kind of Turkish music playing constantly, and the staff kept chatting among themselves ㅠㅠ I wondered if it was ******, but it seems that's just how they are. Even if you request a high floor, they naturally won't grant it. Breakfast is just okay. Of course, don't expect them to greet you first; I always had to say 'Bonjour' to the staff first, haha. After moving to a Novotel later, the difference was truly, truly, truly stark. Definitely stay at a good 4-star hotel or higher! The Eiffel view isn't great from the lower floors!

My experience with The Peninsula Paris can be summed up in two words: a big, expensive place that bullies customers! While I didn't encounter any major issues during my five-night stay, some details didn't live up to the Peninsula brand's reputation and were far from my previous experience at The Peninsula in Tokyo. First, on my check-in day, I went to the front desk at 3:30 PM and was told my room was still being serviced and would take another 20 minutes. I understood, but the hotel didn't ask for any assistance, and I had to find a table at the bar and wait. The service took significantly longer than 20 minutes. Second, on the second day, after the room was serviced, the water wasn't replenished; we had to ask for it at the front desk. Third, starting on the third day, the restaurant was closed for an event. Not only did the hotel fail to notify guests, but the sign outside the restaurant didn't indicate where to find an alternative meal (my room included breakfast). We only learned this after we inquired at the front desk. Fourth, one evening, returning from a walk, I was stopped by the doorman, probably holding a beer I'd bought along the way, and asked if I was a guest. Furthermore, the staff's attention to personal belongings in the bathroom was not up to par with what you'd expect from a hotel of The Peninsula's caliber. When I checked out, the front desk asked about my stay as a matter of routine. I made it clear I wasn't satisfied, but they completely ignored me. A hotel as big as the Peninsula naturally wouldn't care about my opinion. All I can do is to say I definitely won't stay at the Peninsula Paris again next time I'm in Paris. (I only found one photo, of the cocktails I had at the bar while waiting for my room to be made up. It was quite good.)

Let's start with the positives: The overall facilities are top-notch for most hotels in Paris, with an elegant French style and excellent soundproofing. The common areas, though not expansive, are charming and tastefully designed. Cleanliness, however, would only rate a 4 out of 5. Some details were overlooked, such as hair left on the sofa, and the welcome champagne glasses from the first day were left uncollected for four days. The bedding was high-quality, bath products were Guerlain (though I personally found them too fragrant), slippers were soft, and the mini-bar was complimentary. Now for the downsides: The Junior Suite we booked differed from the images on the booking platform. There was no three-seater sofa, only an ottoman at the foot of the bed, nor was there a window in the bathroom. The 'suite' aspect merely consisted of a soundproof door separating the bathroom from the main room. Our particular room faced the street, and Parisian mornings are quite noisy with garbage collection. Upon check-in, we had specifically requested a quiet, courtyard-facing room. After some discussion, they offered to move us on our last day, but as packing would be a hassle and we had plans for that day, we decided not to bother with the move. Those initial champagne flutes remained on the desk for three days without being collected – seriously, is that a question of basic hotel service or just a complete lack of attention? The placement of the bathroom magnifying mirror was incredibly tricky; it would topple over onto the tap with just a slight touch, and there was nowhere else to put it. When it fell, it shattered into two pieces. We left a specific note asking for it to be cleared away and also informed the front desk directly. The result? The mirror was removed, but two shards of broken glass were left behind, which was absolutely appalling. Imagine if we had a child with us... is this incompetence again? The hotel hosts a significant number of Chinese and Asian guests, and an elderly Asian gentleman was part of the restaurant service staff. While numerous 4-star hotels in the vicinity average between €200-€300, this establishment, a 5-star property, offers relatively good value, operating more like a high-end boutique hotel. Naturally, illustrious neighbors like The Ritz and Rosewood are far more imposing and luxurious, but their prices are commensurately higher.

The hotel is within 5 minutes walk from the back door of the Louvre. It is in the center of the city. It is the subway station No. 1 line. There are supermarkets, restaurants and drug stores nearby. It is very convenient. Service attitude is also very good. The room was small but everything was good and the breakfast was very good. With a 5-year-old doll, when I booked the room, I thought I could sleep together. There are basically children in Europe who ask for an extra bed. I can't understand it at first, but I know that the bed is about 1.5, so the extra bed will be more comfortable. An absolutely fantastic hotel!! Facilities: We chose this hotel because we were traveling with elderly relatives and children and didn't want to stay in a very old hotel. The room facilities were excellent, very new and clean, and extremely comfortable. The suite terrace, in particular, had a beautiful view. Environment: Located in one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Paris, it's surrounded by top luxury hotels like the Bulgari and Four Seasons. It's within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and very close to popular attractions. Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! Every room received welcome candy and chocolate upon check-in, and children received small gifts. There was also a bedtime chocolate on the bedside table every night. All the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming! A tall, handsome white gentleman in particular was especially kind. He gave the children tons of candy and was incredibly accommodating to all guest needs. Even when we occasionally woke up late for breakfast, they would wait for us before clearing the table. Although the selection wasn't huge, we enjoyed the meals every day. This is a hotel I would definitely choose again! It added so many wonderful memories to my trip!

The hotel was generally good, and most of the staff were very nice. However, on the 23rd, a cleaning lady came to clean my room. I was in the room at the time, and after a brief conversation, I said she could clean it now. Once she entered the room, she became extremely temperamental, throwing things around until another hotel staff member entered the room, at which point her temper calmed down. This was a very poor experience. On the other hand, the breakfast staff were exceptionally warm, polite, and helpful.

Excellent hotel! I found it completely by chance, but it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. The value for money is perfect — everything is at a very high level. The room was clean, neat, and cozy, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. A special highlight was the beautiful balcony with a lovely view over the city. The staff were very friendly, and the room service was truly excellent — fast, polite, and efficient. The location is perfect: there are plenty of cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and shops nearby, the metro is just a couple of steps away, and you can even walk to the Eiffel Tower. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Hôtel Montcalm Paris for their outstanding service. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back again!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel de Paris Montparnasse. The location is excellent, in a lively neighborhood with great metro and train connections, ideal for visiting Paris and easily reaching the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, though a bit small. However, for a two-night stay, it was functional and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for money for the area. Recommended for anyone looking for practical, welcoming, and well-located accommodation in the heart of Montparnasse.

Hotel with a great location, just 15 minutes from Montparnasse and 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. The metro and bus stops are nearby. It's a lively neighborhood but quiet at night, with plenty of restaurants close by. The breakfast was decent. There's both a staircase and an elevator. My room on the first floor faced the street and was perfectly adequate; it was quiet at night, and I stayed during the week. There's a kettle for tea and coffee, and shower gel, shampoo, and towels were all provided and in good order.

Big surprise, one bedroom and one living room suite is very large, very clean and there is a kitchen, the price is not expensive, the price is super high, it is highly recommended, the breakfast is particularly delicious.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was away from the busy areas of Paris and we found the neighborhood relatively clean, but most importantly safe. The metro station was very close which was HUGE for saving time getting around to see everything, my wife came down with a bad cold and we had a pharmacy down the street with the nicest people to help us, laundry service was around the corner that we used twice to get our clothing freshened up, and the cafes and pubs were great and very close as well. My only suggestion would be is air conditioning in the hotel room as we were in Paris for a very hot 4 days. Other than that we had the best time seeing your beautiful city!

This is the most commendable accommodation in the itinerary, the location is excellent, on a quiet street. Unexpectedly, there are many beautiful small scenery around, almost walk to most of the left bank, the traffic is very convenient, all the front desk staff are very warm and thoughtful, the room is very clean, the hygiene is cleaned every day, the bathroom is big enough, the only downside is that the room is small, open the door and touch the bed, Can't open the door completely.

It's just a 500-meter walk to the Arc de Triomphe and 450 meters to the metro station, offering lines 1, 3, 6, and RER A with direct access to Disneyland. My three-night stay was very pleasant; the room had air conditioning and windows that could be opened wide. While the room was indeed compact, it had everything I needed. My room type comfortably accommodated two 28-inch suitcases. The bathroom provided toiletries, but there were no disposable slippers or dental kits. There was also no refrigerator. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which was a bit lacking – I could hear other guests opening and closing doors and the sound of water being used next door. However, these noises didn't significantly affect my sleep. Those who are light sleepers might want to consider this. Overall, it's still highly recommended.

The aircon broke down on the first night of our stay. The room temperature in the room was at 32 Celcius. Windows are all sealed. There was no one to pick up any phone calls from the front desk or helpline. We complained on the second day. Front desk promised to send the technician to repair the aircon BUT no technician turn up at all. No one bother to follow up until the afternoon. We really appreciate Nadeige on instantly changing our room and she really make sure that we obtained our new room keys. Nadeige has a really positive attitude and she make sure the guests are welcome at all times. The Sky Bar on top of Wyndham provides an excellent view of the whole of Paris. Worth the visit.

Good, clean hotel! Very pleasant service and reception! I arrived three hours before check-in, and they kindly let me check in early without any issues! The breakfast is quite limited, only an omelet and rolls, no vegetables, but there are fruits! Coffee, tea, and juice are available.
