The hotel's service was pretty good, and the breakfast selection was quite rich. The restaurant's decor had a unique charm. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to Notre Dame, and shopping in the surrounding area is very convenient. It's also very close to the subway station, making it a great choice for family trips.

The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury. + Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins. + Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily. + Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. - The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

What is the experience of a five-star hotel without heating on a day of 10 degrees to 8 degrees? It really happened to me, and it was a Sofitel. Anyway, I caught a cold directly on the second day after staying, and the windows were closed tightly. The equipment Everything else is nonsense. I complained to the front desk the next day. Anyway, the attitude was very sincere, but the problem had occurred and the facilities were very backward. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and communicated with me from the perspective of the guest. Anyway, it is a five-star hotel in Paris. It's really hard to describe

The Hotel is positioning as a 4 Star hotel. Unfortunately it needs a lot of renovation inside. As you can see at the pictures there is necessary to renovate the room doors and paint it again. Upon arriving at evening 20.10.24 I was told the hotel doesn’t see my reservation at all and they have no booked room for me. After 30 minutes negotiations, check the data, connection to provider I obtained the room only. As the receptionist told me there was a crackdown of the hotel booking system recently. Thank you for the reception officer to provide me 2 rooms apartment for the first night. The breakfasts were tasty with a good varieties of fresh fruits, quarks and good coffee. Location is perfect for the shoppers absolutely and it is not far away from the Metro stations.

The hotel location was fantastic, we didn’t have a view of the Eiffel Tower but did overlook the statue of liberty. Our party was mum & 2 adult daughters. The staff at reception were really friendly. Our trip was to celebrate a 21st birthday and a pre wedding trip for my daughters and the hotel had decorated the room as a surprise which was lovely. The double bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at any hotel, but the sofa bed could definitely use some upgrading. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there were restaurant options available, and a nice self service room which sold essentials (bottled water, toothbrushes, sandwiches, even microwave meals and the microwave to heat them up in). Everywhere was immaculately clean. It was a 15-20 minute wander to the Eiffel Tower and at no point did we feel unsafe, even when walking back at 11.30pm. We all loved it and I definitely hope to go back again. We would recommend to anyone with realistic expectations.

The room's location is superb, within walking distance to all the attractions. The room itself isn't huge but the heating worked well, making it very cozy. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating; we arrived in the morning and they let us check in straight away, which was a huge plus! The only downsides were that the bed creaked a lot, and the soundproofing wasn't great – I could hear the person next door snoring. However, given the excellent location and value for money, these weren't major issues. Overall, for the price, it was a good stay!

We chose this hotel for its excellent location in Paris, and it did not disappoint. It is within a 5-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and both RER C and Metro Line 6 are nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city. Most major attractions are also easily accessible. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were generally friendly. However, there was one disappointing experience. We had an early schedule during our stay and requested a breakfast box the evening before, as we needed to leave the hotel at around 6:15 AM. When we came down the next morning, nothing had been prepared. After asking at reception, they quickly put something together, but it felt rushed, and they didn’t even confirm our room number when handing it over. The breakfast box itself was also below expectations considering the standard of the hotel. The room was a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It included a small sofa and table, and there was enough space to comfortably fit two 20-inch suitcases. Overall, the staff were kind, and choosing accommodation near the Eiffel Tower was definitely a good decision. Despite the issue with the breakfast box, we had a pleasant stay.

First of all, the room is very small, so you must be prepared. Secondly, the breakfast is monotonous, and you will get tired of it after two or three days. However, I can still recommend it because it is convenient for travel. My friends and I like to take the bus. Bus 47 and 63 are very close, and the subway is also very close. The safety is also good. This hotel is located on the left bank, and there are basically no messy people. There are also many cafes and supermarkets around, so it is convenient to buy water. There is a small Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel, which mainly serves noodles, so you can change your taste.

I stayed here again. The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet flush was hard to press and the water flow wasn't strong enough, and the sink tap also had low water pressure. But these minor issues didn't detract from the overall experience. The handsome front desk staff member at check-out was equally warm and polite. He even helped me call to check about storing luggage at the Louvre, and ultimately advised me that it would be safer to store it at the hotel. Breakfast seemed to have slightly declined in quality compared to before, but it was still well worth having. After exploring, I returned to the hotel to pick up my stored luggage, and the bellboy was also very nice, bidding me farewell with a 'take care!' My overall impression is that all the hotel staff treat guests with a wonderful, hospitable attitude, making you feel right at home.

The 30-square-meter superior room, the handsome front desk upgraded to a 35-square-meter deluxe room, two single beds, and an oversized bathtub. This is also rare in a hotel in the early 1,000 yuan price of a place like Paris. The location is very superior. Going out and turning right is the Louvre and the subway station. The three-day stroll in the center of Paris has become comfortable and comfortable. The front desk brother is also very intimate and the attitude is very friendly:) (Snoring friends can go to the huge bathroom to close the door, it is a 2 room:) High cost performance! Next to Concorde Square, shopping is very convenient. We arrived in Paris in the early morning. The hotel is good, check in early for us. The downside is that the hotel is a bit old and the rooms are a bit small. Adding 2,500 yuan per night to upgrade to the suite is much more comfortable and the view is good. Capitalist countries really have a penny for a dollar. Breakfast choices are not too small and are suitable for Orientals.

The two major railway stations in the hotel are relatively close. From the airport to the North Railway Station, it takes less than 10 minutes to get there. It is closer to the East Railway Station. It takes 2 minutes to go out the next stairs. You can see the East Station outside the window. Rows of trains, but don't worry about noise, it's quiet. At the time of the reception, the grandfathers were received and the English communication was accessible. Of course, the environment outside the hotel is not flattering, the black brothers everywhere feel as if they are in Africa. Hotel facilities are also relatively simple, the entire room only found a socket, still far from the bed is very high, charging is very inconvenient, there is no cockroach on the table, you can not find a kettle when you want to eat instant noodles. . . For breakfast, there is bread and coffee juice, which is relatively simple. However, considering the location in general, the price/performance ratio is acceptable.

The room is a bit small, making it a tight squeeze with two suitcases. However, it's spotlessly clean and very warmly decorated. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station, and there's also a 24-hour Carrefour (if I recall correctly) about a 10-minute walk away. In the mornings, there's a local market nearby selling food. If you have some free time, it's worth checking out, and the prices are quite reasonable. The hotel also provides a complimentary canvas tote bag, which hangs in the room and you're welcome to take – it's quite stylish! The front desk staff are very friendly, and we even found a lovely welcome card in the room upon arrival.

Reception staff very welcoming and gave us an early check in! Hotel offers luggage storage, very convenient if unable to check in early or have any extra luggage. Room was clean and housekeeping came in daily, we enjoyed the funny touch added to the do not disturb booklet… Loved the quirky art decor in the hotel, comfortable bed and use of all their amenities! Complimentary mini fridge (for the first time). Opted for a quiet room (based off of reviews being noisy), could vaguely hear trains/metros but nothing major, but what to expect being so close to the train station. Ordered room service which was ready rapidly and very tasty, food was still piping hot once got to the room although you do need to collect the food from the restaurant. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, you could also order fresh omelettes and plenty of drink choice too! Smooth check out. Thank you! 🤩 Location very accessible with short walk from train station and metro station right outside the hotel. Lots of bars and restaurants a short walk away as well as in the hotel.

Montparnasse Paris|3.08km from city center
The hotel is conveniently located; the main entrance isn't far from Montparnasse station, just a short walk across the street. There's another metro station very close by on the back side, accessible through the shopping mall on the right. However, there are no restaurants nearby, only three small supermarkets (including the one in the mall) which aren't great – limited and poor quality selection. It's best to buy whatever you need at Marks & Spencer or McDonald's in Montparnasse station before dark. The hotel room facilities are new and decent, and it's quite spacious. The window is large but can't be opened. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and the quality is acceptable. At the restaurant, the hostess let the two foreigners ahead of me go straight in after checking in, but when it was my turn, she told me to wait on the left for someone to escort me. Then, the foreigners behind me were also allowed to enter freely after checking in. Annoyed, I confronted the hostess directly. The person who checked me in was a Chinese-speaking woman (though I didn't need or see any benefit from Chinese service). She assigned me a corner room (that's the first red flag). I paid the deposit in cash (second red flag: showing my money). The third red flag is that the room door didn't have a deadbolt. Around 10 PM, half-asleep, I was suddenly woken up by the door opening. Luckily, I had a door stopper with an alarm, which scared the person away. I immediately went downstairs to the front desk. After checking the surveillance footage, she made a phone call and then told me it was staff maintaining the carpet or something, and they didn't realize the room was occupied. The front desk immediately moved me to another room, but I couldn't sleep a wink. In the morning, I went to the front desk to check out early. The front desk called the manager, who repeatedly tried to persuade me to stay. The manager was very polite and clearly regretful about the incident, offering me a better room with assurances that there would be no more issues, but the damage was done. If it weren't for the alarm, I can't imagine what might have happened. I insisted on checking out. Throughout this awful experience, Trip.com's response was swift, proactive, and helpful in assisting and dealing with the situation. They did everything they could, which is why I feel confident choosing Trip.com. When traveling, safety is always the first and most important priority. When a hotel room door doesn't even have a deadbolt, that's already a warning sign.

The hotel was very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of its location, size, cleanliness, and classic interior. First of all, the location was quiet, even though it was close to Avenue Montaigne. Of course, it was clean. The interior was wonderful, and as an interior lover like me, I learned a lot about the use of fabrics. The bedding was so comfortable that I bought the same pillow and comforter at a department store in Paris before returning home. The staff were all cheerful and kind, and I never had a bad experience. When I was leaving, my bag with my bedding in it broke, so the staff worked hard to reinforce it with duct tape. I'm very grateful! I think that the impression of a trip is determined by the hotel, the food, and the people you meet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros 1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel 2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy! 3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast. 4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up. 5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay. 6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track. Cons 1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs. 2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some. 3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!

The hotel was exactly what you'd expect from a palace. This was my third time in Paris, and this time my main goal was to stay in a wonderful hotel. I was moved by the beauty of the 19th-century mansion, the view from the large terrace was stunning, and above all, the high level of hospitality made me feel comfortable. Upon leaving, I forgot one of my bags due to a lack of checking, but they called a taxi and delivered it to the airport. On the second night, objective and fair evaluation, standard four-star level: There was a friendly lady at the front desk, and she took the initiative to say that the room arranged last night was not good, and that she could change it back to the deluxe room I originally booked. She should have known that she deliberately downgraded me to a common room last night, damaging my interests, and of course she didn't. Any compensation, at least be respectful enough. Too lazy to care. The stay was more pleasant after that. Two major advantages of this hotel: 1. Good location, within ten minutes of Xiang Street; 2. Comfortable bedding Disadvantages: The color of the hotel is tacky, and the elevator is terrible and slow. The breakfast is terrible, you can just find a cafe nearby to eat.

My experience with The Peninsula Paris can be summed up in two words: a big, expensive place that bullies customers! While I didn't encounter any major issues during my five-night stay, some details didn't live up to the Peninsula brand's reputation and were far from my previous experience at The Peninsula in Tokyo. First, on my check-in day, I went to the front desk at 3:30 PM and was told my room was still being serviced and would take another 20 minutes. I understood, but the hotel didn't ask for any assistance, and I had to find a table at the bar and wait. The service took significantly longer than 20 minutes. Second, on the second day, after the room was serviced, the water wasn't replenished; we had to ask for it at the front desk. Third, starting on the third day, the restaurant was closed for an event. Not only did the hotel fail to notify guests, but the sign outside the restaurant didn't indicate where to find an alternative meal (my room included breakfast). We only learned this after we inquired at the front desk. Fourth, one evening, returning from a walk, I was stopped by the doorman, probably holding a beer I'd bought along the way, and asked if I was a guest. Furthermore, the staff's attention to personal belongings in the bathroom was not up to par with what you'd expect from a hotel of The Peninsula's caliber. When I checked out, the front desk asked about my stay as a matter of routine. I made it clear I wasn't satisfied, but they completely ignored me. A hotel as big as the Peninsula naturally wouldn't care about my opinion. All I can do is to say I definitely won't stay at the Peninsula Paris again next time I'm in Paris. (I only found one photo, of the cocktails I had at the bar while waiting for my room to be made up. It was quite good.)

Let's start with the positives: The overall facilities are top-notch for most hotels in Paris, with an elegant French style and excellent soundproofing. The common areas, though not expansive, are charming and tastefully designed. Cleanliness, however, would only rate a 4 out of 5. Some details were overlooked, such as hair left on the sofa, and the welcome champagne glasses from the first day were left uncollected for four days. The bedding was high-quality, bath products were Guerlain (though I personally found them too fragrant), slippers were soft, and the mini-bar was complimentary. Now for the downsides: The Junior Suite we booked differed from the images on the booking platform. There was no three-seater sofa, only an ottoman at the foot of the bed, nor was there a window in the bathroom. The 'suite' aspect merely consisted of a soundproof door separating the bathroom from the main room. Our particular room faced the street, and Parisian mornings are quite noisy with garbage collection. Upon check-in, we had specifically requested a quiet, courtyard-facing room. After some discussion, they offered to move us on our last day, but as packing would be a hassle and we had plans for that day, we decided not to bother with the move. Those initial champagne flutes remained on the desk for three days without being collected – seriously, is that a question of basic hotel service or just a complete lack of attention? The placement of the bathroom magnifying mirror was incredibly tricky; it would topple over onto the tap with just a slight touch, and there was nowhere else to put it. When it fell, it shattered into two pieces. We left a specific note asking for it to be cleared away and also informed the front desk directly. The result? The mirror was removed, but two shards of broken glass were left behind, which was absolutely appalling. Imagine if we had a child with us... is this incompetence again? The hotel hosts a significant number of Chinese and Asian guests, and an elderly Asian gentleman was part of the restaurant service staff. While numerous 4-star hotels in the vicinity average between €200-€300, this establishment, a 5-star property, offers relatively good value, operating more like a high-end boutique hotel. Naturally, illustrious neighbors like The Ritz and Rosewood are far more imposing and luxurious, but their prices are commensurately higher.

The service of the hotel is also very good, very warm, very fond of the staff of the bar, will give you a lot of advice. The only fly in the ointment is that bathing is a disaster!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was clean, the staff were very friendly, and we absolutely loved the pool. The beds were also very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside to be aware of is the soundproofing. If you’re a light sleeper, you might notice noise from neighbouring rooms and outside, likely because it’s an older building with some echo. That said, we were so tired from our days out that we slept really well and it didn’t affect us at all. The location is perfect, with the metro, restaurants, and coffee shops just around the corner. And being so close to the Arc de Triomphe was amazing! Overall, we had a lovely time and would happily stay again. ✨

This hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. That was A wonderful experience at a hotel that is very close to the airport. The location is great. The room was quiet. It was quiet and I slept well l Which is about the most important thing to me. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The shuttle service to and from the airport was extremely efficient. Great helpful stuff . Breakfast is wonderful. For those who cant use the shuttle tram T7 is very close to the hotel less than 2 min. So I recommend on both. Great stay. × pictures from breakfast buffet were uploaded as they are not updated anywhere

Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. The hotel is also located very nearby to public transit - light rail, metro and such. The hotel itself, while under renovations, was very good and I did not feel any disturbances from the renovations. Room was spacious and clean with a nice desk to work from. The bathroom was a little challenging as the bathtub in the room was VERY high and required effort to get in and out. So ask for a room with a shower instead of bathtub if available because this can be an accessibility issue if that is important to you. Breakfast at the hotel is nice and varied. Also - the Wi-Fi at the hotel while perfectly serviceable for basic use cases, was a little bit slow for my business use case which required transferring some heavy files and so that took longer than I expected. But for basic emails, facetime calls, social media and such it was fine (around 10mbps up and down). The Bar and Lounge was also very good - with a nice selection of drinks and food to help you wind down after a long day at the conference. Service at the hotel was amazing - any time I had a question or needed help, staff was always happy to assist and always resolved all issues to my satisfaction. So all in all I highly recommend this hotel - especially if you have an event to attend at the nearby Palais de congress venue.

The location is convenient, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's very close to the subway. The room isn't very big, and the neighbors are quite close, so you can hear sounds from next door. But it's cheap and convenient, which makes up for it.

The airline lost my luggage. When I retrieved my luggage, I filled in the hotel's address. I continued to trouble the front desk to help me communicate with the airport. There were several changes at the front desk, but everyone patiently helped me solve the problem and carefully wrote down my needs. Thank them~

My stay was reasonable for the price. My first room, on the 1st floor, was older and had broken curtains. I was moved to another room, which was a bit cold, and I struggled with the temperature. However, the staff were friendly and provided me with extra blankets. If you ask well in advance, you can organize a late check-out. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, bus routes, and the airport. An Uber to the city centre costs around €30 one way. The area is very safe and clean, with several other hotels nearby. Breakfast can be paid for on a day-to-day basis, which is a plus 👍.
