Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation itself. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were great. I wanted to offer some constructive feedback on one area that could be improved: the food. While tasty, the variety of choices was quite limited. More significantly, the portion sizes were noticeably small. It reached a point where I, and I noticed other guests too, felt we had to be considerate and take less, just to ensure there was enough for everyone to get a bite. That's a feeling one hopes not to have while on vacation. My simple recommendation would be to provide more reasonable portions. I believe this small change would make a world of difference and go a long way in making your guests feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Thank you for listening.

The location is really good, just walking distance to the malls like SM Megamall, Shangri-la Plaza and The Podium. Also very close to the MRT station, Greenfield District if you want to gop for a walk or run. 

Its always a delight to stay in Jin Jiang Ortigas. the location is great, the rooms are spacious enough and comfortable, the beds and beddings are nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The cabinets are big enough for luggages and suits, and the amenities are responsive to the usual needs of guests Ive been staying in this hotel when I have seminars or activities in Ortigas or just to have a relaxing stay cation.... keep it up guys!!

The kindest hotel in Pasig City based on my experience. The front desk staff were very kind, and the way they spoke was gentle and polite. We also had a problem with the bathtub, so we called the front desk. The engineer arrived within 5 minutes and fixed it in another 5 minutes, even though it was around 11 PM. Their response was incredibly fast. I especially remember the FAB restaurant (for breakfast). A staff member named Mr. Zac was very kind, well-mannered, and spoke so gently. Actually not only him, but most of the staff were very kind and polite, showing that they had received special training. Considering the size of the hotel and the quality of the accommodation, the service we received was exceptional. The location is also very convenient, near Robinsons Mall and even connected to the hotel on the 3rd floor. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again.

Stayed at Red Planet Ortigas and had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a no-frills stay. Staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Ortigas business district, malls, and public transportation. Great value for money for both business trips and short city stays.

Very clean the room and beds smells good. Staffs are accommodating. Parking is perfect no hassle. everything is around the corner . near Robinsons mall and near Starbucks cafe.

We typically booked a suite and this time, we want to try a studio stype here in Pasig. Overall we still had a great 1 night stay here in Privato, the check in and check out process is smooth and fast. There some features we did not have since it is a studio type. This is much suitable for Barkadas and who much want to just hangout. You might not gonna need a TV because you are chit chatting and scrolling your FB feeds. There still cable channels but its limited. You need to order on app or eat outside because the room is only suitable for good amount of cold drinks. Your kids gonna love the pool and adults might hate it 😉. But we have a good sleep as their bed soft and big for a queen.The RoofDeck is a good place for us to ease stress and to relax coz they have a couch and ash trays 😉 Thank you Privato 😉

Good location, the only problem we encountered this time is the small cockroaches in the bedroom and toilet.

Richmonde Hotel Ortigas is a well-aged hotel that has clearly stood the test of time. I originally booked a Standard Room via Trip.com and decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Junior Suite upon arrival. It was absolutely worth it. One of the experienced staff recommended a room with an excellent view, and the scenery did not disappoint. The bed is very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest. The pillows, however, are on the softer side; I personally stacked three pillows to achieve better neck support. The air-conditioning is very powerful—almost freezing at times. I wasn’t entirely sure how to adjust it, and it seems to be set in Fahrenheit, but it works extremely well for those who enjoy a cold room. All the room lighting works as intended. The lights are on the warm, dim (orange) side, which seems intentionally designed to match the hotel’s classic and cozy ambience. It gives the room a calm, relaxing feel, especially at night. One small suggestion would be to provide additional plastic trash bags in the room and bathroom. I use food delivery services quite frequently during my stay and prefer to clear waste daily for cleanliness. The Junior Suite comes with a larger Smart TV, which was a pleasant surprise. You can easily log in to your own Netflix account—watching shows in bed felt like having a mini private cinema in the room. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The gym is a big plus—open from 6am to 9pm and almost always empty. It honestly felt like I had the entire gym to myself, which made workouts very pleasant. The swimming pool is currently closed for renovation, which is understandable. While the room is generally clean and comfortable, it could benefit from renovation and deeper cleaning. The wooden doors, curtains, desks, and drawers are showing their age and would greatly improve the overall experience if refreshed. That said, for a hotel that is over 25 years old, it has aged remarkably well. The location is excellent—one of the best aspects of this hotel. There are plenty of food and convenience options nearby, including 7-Eleven, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Pancake House, and more. SM Megamall is just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and commuting extremely convenient. Most importantly, the service from the staff is outstanding. There are warm greetings everywhere you go, and the staff are consistently polite, professional, and helpful. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall stay and makes guests feel welcomed. I will be trying their breakfast buffet soon and will update my review afterward to share whether it exceeds expectations. Overall, Richmonde Hotel Ortigas offers great value, comfort, excellent service, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly recommend it to travelers who appreciate classic charm paired with genuine Filipino hospitality.

Exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean and relaxing. I requested a quiet room (away from the stairs or elevator) upon booking, but it seemed my request had been overlooked and we were given a room near the elevator. However, the staff were apologetic and helpful. We were transfered to another room while waiting at the lobby. I didn't have any concerns with the room we occupied. We had the good rest that we came here for. It was helpful that it was walking distance to SM East Ortigas, just that traffic on the way is of course an issue as the road is a very busy raod. Anyway, if a quiet and confortable place is what you're after, this is a place to be. Working TV and Netflix is a very big plus too! I will definitely check in again if I come past this area.
