The location is good.The service is nice. Cleanliness is great. I just don't like the bed. I think it's old. The head board is making a weird sound,( loosen). I don't have a good sleep bcoz of it.
And the bad part is, they don't have a hair blower.😓
Also, pls include a comb in your toiletries. 🤞

And about the bathrobe is not ready inside the room, u have to ask for it. Anyone, if u knew that there someone that will use that room for that day, u all should prepare everything inside the room before u let us in.
About the breakfast, it's not that special. Just a normal one. It's not worth it to spend a 980 per head.

It's our home away from home. We've spent most of our days here, and during our stay, it has been a wonderful experience! They provided us with the things we needed, as well as better accommodation options, which was great. The staff are also one of the friendliest people we've seen—including Lyndon, the stuffed bear that greets you as you enter the hotel. Its always a delight to stay in Jin Jiang Ortigas. the location is great, the rooms are spacious enough and comfortable, the beds and beddings are nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have a great stay at this property. You can request for a room facing BGC so you can have an awesome view of the BGC skyline.
Check in is super fast and efficient. Room is nice and the property is a short walk to Estancia Mall. My only gripe is the slowish wifi.

Had an extended stay, transferred to a twin bed this time. Surprisingly, the room was more spacious than that of the superior king. Enjoyed my stay and had a good night’s rest.
Would recommend staying here, whether you’re on a budget or not.
Suggestion: for a better experience, you might want to choose a room that’s near the elevator just for convenience and easier access to the water dispenser as well. 😉

The Standard Double Room was just that - Standard.
Despite my request when booking, the room assigned was still close to the elevator. The rooms are not soundproof enough so you will definitely hear noise from the hallway outside.
The amenities inside the room were lacking. No slippers provided despite the tile floors being cold. No phone inside your room, you can only call using the hallway phone. No mini fridge, only 2 drinking glasses provided and you could get water from the dispenser at the hallway. The bathroom only had towels and liquid body soap, there were no free toothbrushes you could use.
The hotel staff were nice and were able to accommodate my request for a late check-out. Although it would be better if they can apply it already during check-in and not wait until the check-out date to check for the availability.
There were only 2 elevators that could be used and they are very very very slow. Average waiting time from the lobby was almost 5 minutes and above.
The hotel itself does not have any facilities but they offer a 5% discount for the Seoul Eats restaurant at the back.
Overall, if you just need an affordable room for the night then this is the place to go but don't expect too much from it.FromSEK 243

Good location but not very sound proof. We were on the 15th floor so it wasn't that bad but the neighbours were noisy. The aircon also kept creaking throughout the night. The room is spacious with a fridge, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The beds were comfortable with 3 pillows each of varying softness. The staff were very friendly, polite, professional. There are 4 elevators so you don't have to wait too long. It's right across The Podium, which is very convenient. I wanted to offer some constructive feedback on one area that could be improved: the food. While tasty, the variety of choices was quite limited. More significantly, the portion sizes were noticeably small. It reached a point where I, and I noticed other guests too, felt we had to be considerate and take less, just to ensure there was enough for everyone to get a bite. That's a feeling one hopes not to have while on vacation.

Everything was great, especially at Kalesa Cafe. There were plenty of options at the buffet, and the overall dining experience felt classy. It’s a good place for business, family gatherings, or couples like us who love to travel and book stays often. I really appreciated the service, the staff were all smiles, very attentive, and made us feel welcome. The only downside was the bathroom amenities. We were only given one shower gel, one shampoo, and one bar soap even though there were two of us. In other hotels, even if we’re just a couple, we usually get two of each. We didn’t bother to ask for more since we were only staying for one night after my husband’s conference nearby, and honestly, I’m a bit shy when it comes to asking if something’s missing or kulang in the room.

Good location. 5-7 minute walk to SM Megamall which is also a bonus. And a 24hour restaurant + convenience store outside lobby entrance in case you want to grab some food.
Only downside had to wait for the lift long time, seemed to be only 1 lift works out of the 3.
Their breakfast buffet could have more options, but
staff were super friendly and room is nice and cosy. The terrace is amazing as you are looking right across the shopping mall.

The location is really good because it's close to Kapitolyo and PIA building, the cleanliness is also outstanding!
But the service is okay only because the receptionist at that time seemed to be too exhausted and did not care to give a smile. There were also no toiletries in the bathroom, mug/ cup, plate / spoon and fork, you need to request, but they're free.
The faucet in the sink was broken, there was no bidet, the head shower is also broken it's functioning but the water spills everywhere.
The TV was malfunctioning, I didn't get to watch any TV show. I felt like sadako would come out of the screen because of the screen! FromSEK 231

This is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.FromSEK 295
