We had a wonderful stay at Discovery Suites Manila with our family. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for kids—our children absolutely loved it. The pool was another highlight and became a favorite spot for the whole family. We also celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel made it truly special. We deeply appreciate the thoughtful effort in providing a cake and wine, along with the beautiful greeting banner. These small but meaningful touches made our celebration unforgettable. Thank you to the Discovery Suites Manila team for the excellent service, attention to detail, and for helping us create such memorable moments. We highly recommend this hotel for families and special occasions.

We enjoyed the complimentary cake and the free room upgrade we got plus the complete amenities. The breakfast buffet food could be improved a little in terms of flavor, but we did love their pastries (especially the Danish)! The pool was alright but a bit too chaotic for our liking considering there were lots of kids playing around. The staff was very kind and we got to check in faster than we expected (only 7 minutes past the check-in time). Above all, we loved the view from our room — will come back again!

Stayed at Red Planet Ortigas and had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a no-frills stay. Staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Ortigas business district, malls, and public transportation. Great value for money for both business trips and short city stays.

Stay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying ”leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.” which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd. Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC.

Honestly, the rooms were recently renovated and the facilities are decent. Plus, it's one of the few Holiday Inn hotels with an executive lounge. However, the service was quite disappointing. I stayed for seven or eight nights, and the staff never proactively refilled the toiletries, so on my last morning, I actually ran out of toothpaste. The front desk and doormen also seemed to lack attentiveness. I even experienced a hot water outage, which meant I couldn't shower after my workout. On the positive side, the location is great, with a mall right downstairs. Overall, I'd say it just barely passed.

I recently stayed at Hop Inn Hotel Ortigas and I’d say it was worth it! The location is super convenient — walking distance to malls like SM Megamall and lots of food places, so I never had a hard time looking for where to eat or buy essentials. The room itself was simple but clean. The bed was comfy, the aircon worked great, and the bathroom was neat with strong water pressure (big plus!). It doesn’t have fancy amenities like a gym or pool, but for the price, I wasn’t expecting that. The Wi-Fi was stable too, which helped me get some work done. What I liked most was the staff — friendly, approachable, and very efficient during check-in and check-out. The guards at the entrance also made me feel secure. Overall, if you just need a clean, safe, and affordable place to stay in Ortigas, Hop Inn is a solid choice. Not luxurious, but definitely practical and budget-friendly.

Very clean the room and beds smells good. Staffs are accommodating. Parking is perfect no hassle. everything is around the corner . near Robinsons mall and near Starbucks cafe.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be mixed. The room itself was decent, and the staff were accommodating and polite whenever I interacted with them. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. First, the shower area does not have a glass door or divider, which causes water to flood into the bathroom and reach the sink area every time you shower. It’s inconvenient and makes the bathroom messy and slippery. Second, while the room has a cabinet, there were no hangers provided at all, which was surprising. The location is greta though, few meters walk to starbucks and some good restaurants. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping service. I had to ask the front desk twice around 1:00 PM to have my room cleaned. When I returned an hour later, the room was still not done. Overall, while the staff are friendly and the room is okay for a short stay, the lack of attention to detail and the slow service are things the hotel definitely needs to improve.

Exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean and relaxing. I requested a quiet room (away from the stairs or elevator) upon booking, but it seemed my request had been overlooked and we were given a room near the elevator. However, the staff were apologetic and helpful. We were transfered to another room while waiting at the lobby. I didn't have any concerns with the room we occupied. We had the good rest that we came here for. It was helpful that it was walking distance to SM East Ortigas, just that traffic on the way is of course an issue as the road is a very busy raod. Anyway, if a quiet and confortable place is what you're after, this is a place to be. Working TV and Netflix is a very big plus too! I will definitely check in again if I come past this area.
