What a lovely place! We booked ahead, but checked in after dinner and were able to get an upgrade to a lakeside room from which we enjoyed the most beautiful sunset! Super friendly staff were warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend and would stay again myself!

The room was in a great location and was fairly clean it had a old smell and the television worked off and on. The connector in the wall needs replaced and the cable going to the television needs replaced. A little pricey for the age of the building but since it's mostly used as a one nite stay for the fishing people it was as expected .

Every inch of our condo has been renovated for the 2025 season to give you a beautifully relaxing time at Lake Erie! It is light, bright, and spectacular! We renovated with comfort and serenity front and center!Our condo is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom third floor unit with a fully equipped kitchen and relaxing dining and family living space. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, along with each having a closet and a Roku tv and a private balcony with seating. The third bedroom also has a closet and has a twin bed, along with a full size futon couch that can be made into a bed if desired. There are two full bathrooms, each with enclosed glass showers. A full size washer and dryer is also present for your convenience. There is a third larger balcony off the living room with balcony chairs and partial lake views, that’s great for a glass of wine! The kitchen has everything needed to create a lovely meal if you so desire, along with plenty of seating for dinners. The dining area is also great for family board games. The living area has ample comfortable seating and is beautifully decorated and boasts a 65 inch Roku tv for personal streaming. The kitchen, dining, and living area are all open to allow for family and friends to gather and enjoy! The gated condo resort is right on the lake and has a beautiful heated pool, hot tub, and two beach swimming areas. There is also a lake front sunning deck and various outdoor gathering areas, in both soft grassy areas, and a beautiful area with pavers, a waterfall, and fire pits. There are grills, tables, and seating areas for shared enjoyment. The grounds are beautiful and kept in top condition for all to enjoy! They are beautiful during the day and lighted at night so the beauty continues. The sunset viewing is stunning!You will have access to two parking places, one of which is a covered space. The parking area is spacious, but trailer parking is prohibited by the resort HOA.There are many close attractions, activities, and restaurants. All sheets and pillows are in the tan wicker basket as well as a flat sheet for draping on the couch in case someone wanted to sleep there. The outdoor space of this boat is great! The large front deck has chairs to relax in. The upper deck has patio furniture, perfect to enjoy the evening views. (Furniture is subject to change as we have lost several pieces over the years due to weather) Inside you will find a king size bed, kitchen area with fridge/microwave and kcup coffee maker. The front living area has a futon that can double as additional sleeping area. While there is a bathroom on the boat, we ask this is used sparingly as the systems are sensitive. We have a BRAND NEW bathhouse that was built at our dock. There are three full bathrooms with regular size showers, toilets and sinks. Just steps away from the boat. (2023)You will love being able to walk to the beach and having Downtown Port Clinton activities within minutes. Restaurants, bars, live music, festivals, farmers markets, art shows and more! If you have a boat/jet skis/kayak this is the paradise for you. Please let us know if you would like to bring it, we have dock spaces available. There is access to Lake Erie and the Portage River directly from the marina. The Sandusky Bay is only a few minutes’ drive, as well as Cedar Point. The Jet Express is a couple minutes down the road, and you can be to Put N Bay or Kelley’s Island quickly! Reminder, this is a boat on the water, in a marina. There are other houseboats and personal boats in the marina. The boats do not move from the dock, but simply camping on the water! Depending on the weather, there can be movement. There can also be different kinds of wildlife and bugs. This is similar to camping, but on the water! Spiders, Flies, Mayflies, Nats, etc are all creatures of the water areas. We do spray and clean for these, but want to make you aware that you may see them. We do our best to keep you comfortable! I have been coming to The Shores since I was a kid, and I loved it so much that I now bought a condo with my family to enjoy as well as to share the love of beautiful Lake Erie with you.The condo includes 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a sleeper sofa, and sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well. Relax on one of 3 private balconies in your condo or venture down to the pool, hot tub and private beach. This spacious two story home is perfect for the whole family, fishing groups, wedding parties and more! Just a few blocks from the Jet Express, MORA (open container while downtown), city park and beach. Enjoy a morning stroll down the Jefferson Street Pier, while checking out the Port Clinton Lighthouse. Stop and grab lunch at the many restaurants and bars downtown. Only a 30 minute drive to Cedar Point! 15 minutes from the Put-in-Bay Miller Ferry, and 20 minutes from the Kelley's Island Ferry!The spaceNewly renovated home. Large fully stocked kitchen (no fish frying in kitchen) living room with electric fire place, fitness room, laundry room with access to washer and dryer. 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms up stairs with 1 queen bed, and 1 daybed with pull out trundle. 1 set of bunk beds-with full size bed on bottom and 1 twin on top and pull out trundle underneath. Downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed with private bathroom. WiFi and Roku TV's in every room, with access to streaming services. An Air mattress is available for extra paid guests. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets throughout the home. Relax on the covered outdoor patio, with gas fire pit, TV, and 7 person hot tub. Please follow hot tub rules-card will be charged if hot tub is damaged or needs drained. Spacious driveway with car port. Parking on street available. Small yard with privacy fence. Access to grill and corn hole boards. NO FISH CLEANING ON PREMISES. Privacy fence has recently been added, so yard may be uneven in spots. Please be careful when walking in this part of the yard, as we continue to smooth these spots out and grass continues to grow.Guest accessGuests have full access to the home except: an upstairs attic door, locked utilty cabinet, and garage.ACCESS TO THE DRIVEWAY IS ON SHORT STREET. Main door with keypad is located on North side of house, across from patio.Other things to notePlease note, we are in the city of Port Clinton, and we are in close proximity to water. You will see many varieties of wildlife, including: mosquitoes, bees, and Mayflies. The property is sprayed annually to help reduce these nuisance's. Every year, between the middle of May and lasting into July, Mayflies arrive. These insects are totally harmless. They are drawn to any light source, and will coat the sides of buildings and telephone poles.
