To walk to Terrigal beach and shops: exit the driveway, turn left and walk approx 80 metres until you see a public pathway on your right- take it and turn right at the end and follow your nose to the beach!

Set in a peaceful, tropical garden (we do not have ocean views) Tiarri on Terrigal is a split-level building. There are apartments on both levels. You are welcome to sit and relax in the garden or lie on a sun lounge.

- Private entrance leads down the side of the main house.
- Note that there are quite a few steps and stairs so please make sure you are comfortable with these.
- We love our neighbours and hence no parties/no loud music allowed.
- No smoking inside or outside the house.
- Free off-street parking available.

And the Villa is only a 5 minute walk to Terrigal beach. It's mostly a flat walk but it has a little hill on the corner of our street.

Two blocks away to the restaurants, cafes and shops.

Feel the sand on your feet after a short stroll, or jump in the car to neighbouring beaches such as Avoca, or a 6 minute drive away to Erina Fair.

Erina has a shopping centre with Cinema's, Ice Rink and plenty of the big stores.
