Truly Home to Hilton. Shoney, Semja, Conchas, Barbara, Letitia - helpful, kind welcoming staff. The rooms were, well, roomy. The breakfasts had something for everyone - eggs, cereals, granola, bagels, breakfast sandwiches on fancy French pastries. Good strong coffee whether caffienated or decaf. Teas, water out all day. The rooms and the common areas were clean and bright. My one suggestion is that the hotel needs more than one elliptical in the exercise/weight room. There was a bit of a problem at check in, but Shoney worked on it and got it straightened out in short order. I am very grateful to her for her help.

I have stayed here before so I knew it would be a nice experience. Was I blown away by Chenoa Morton!!! She was the most pleasant and professional I have come across in such a long time! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was 5 star. We will definitely be back the very next time I am in Addison! Chenoa Morton keep up the great work!! Marriott, keep this one she is a game changer!!!

We got stranded at Dallas airport as did many other people. We tried to get a hotel room close to the airport with shuttle service, nothing available. This hotel was the first one that had a room, even tho it was a $100 RT uber ride it was well worth it. It was beautifully decorated, clean and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating to those of us who were stranded in Dallas on our way somewhere else. The staff went above and beyond. It is located in a nice area, only downside is that it is so far from the airport which, for us is the only place in Dallas we ever go to. However, in the future if we ever get stranded again or are just passing through this will be our first hotel of choice.

We had a choice of Marriott vs. Hilton. We were drawn here because of the Director of Sales and his stellar reputation with the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce. We were not let down. The staff was superb, the grounds were immaculate, and the pillows were comfy. We could not have asked for a better refuge from our home(in repair/renovation/new-AC & Heat) repair woes. ***Thank you Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Addison!

We stayed three nights April 16-19 on our first trip to Dallas. I chose the hotel based on location and previous good reviews. Maybe my expectations were too high but several issues arose during our trip. After a several hours flight, we arrived about 1030pm. It took over thirty minutes to get checked in and to our room. First the outside doors are locked and I have never encountered this at a hotel. I stood there for several minutes until the employee walked over to trip the auto door. I then stood for over 20 minutes while Eddie tried to get a guests credit card to work. He mentioned they had trouble with them but the wait was very long. The phone rang several times and the calls were put on hold. It was the first of several times that it appeared they did not have enough staff. Once we finally made it to our room, the smell of **** was very strong in the hallway. Not the hotels issue, but the continued for two days. In our room, we found it nice and clean but very cold. The heat would not work and only blew cold air. After about an hour, I called the desk and a very nice maintenance staff member brought me an electric heater. That saved the day but was our only source of warmth throughout our stay. Even though reported again the next day, no one came to address the issue or offer any options. We enjoyed the size of the room, the large size TV and modern features but heat would have been nice with unseasonably cold weather.

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms were incredibly nice and clean. The service was also excellent. We were helped by Eddie and he was incredibly patient and kind. Overall a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of coming down to Dallas!!

I've stayed at this hotel the last 3 years. It has always been a great and welcoming experience. This last visit, changed my mind about ever coming back. Our room had burned out light bulbs, missing smoke detector (violation), and an unusable plug in the vanity area. My wife had to stand in the bedroom and blow dry her hair. There were no toiletries to use at the sink-for basic hand washing! The HOT breakfast is a joke--3-4 warming shelves with sugar-laden waffles (with baked in syrup), not any fruit, Tang looking liquid for orange juice and not any toast, bagels, or other normal breakfast staples. Certainly not my definition of HOT breakfast. You can no longer make your own breakfast here. Really--Covid is no longer an excuse for this! During our stay, there apparently was a motorcycle rally at another nearby Marriott and some of the overflow was at this hotel. So well after 11 PM, we heard loud Harleys, music, and screaming from the parking lot below us. Nothing from management was visible to stop it for the well being of other guests. The $10 parking fee really bothers me as their parking lot is mostly vacant at any hour/any day. I said goodbye to this sad replica of a once great place to stay. Going Hilton from now on!

Our stay was due to a soccer tournament in the area and our team advanced to the semifinals. Our games got pushed back due to a rain delay and Clayton, at the front desk, so kindly helped us to extend our check out. He was so helpful with everything and had such a refreshingly positive attitude. I will definitely stay here again for next year’s tournament!

The hotel is located in ADDISON, there is an area 30 meters walk from the next door. There are many restaurants, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, etc. It is very convenient to eat. It is a 10-minute drive from WALMART, TARGET supermarket. Go to the airport and drive for 30 minutes. Hotel facilities are general, the room has a musty smell, and the bathroom sees one. Parking is convenient and free. The breakfast was rude and the same every day. A few photos of the lobby and breakfast area, the room forgot to take pictures.

It should be a chain hotel, there are many rooms, the elevator is hard to find ... and there is only one elevator, which is far from the room.
The younger brother at the front desk didn't know if he was new or how. It took more than half an hour to check in, although he said it was Ctrip's problem.
Breakfast is average and many people ... place is small.
Will not stay at this hotel next time.

My future granddaughter is attending college in Arlington and was cast in a Musical. My daughter in law, granddaughter and I got tickets to go see her perform at the theater in Farmers Branch. Not being familiar with the area I relied on reviews and found this place on line. It was a great find! It was very close to the theater and in a quiet area but close to everything at the same time. Being a Best Western member we got an excellent rate. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time. Had a great variety and everything was hot and fresh. Internet worked great as well. Quiet room with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here when in the area again.

The hotel was nice overall, with some minor let downs. First thing, the person at the front desk was new, so it took us about 10 minutes to get to our room, but I definitely would not blame her because she really was trying and she was super polite about it. Next, the hotel's beds were a little uncomfortable and there was no remote for the TV. This was kind of a let down but since we were staying for just a night it wasn't that big of an issue. The pool was so pretty and very big, so there's room for lots of people. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
