In the golf course, the decoration is very distinctive, the wood carving is full of art, and all aspects are good. The only downside is that when we went, because of the new decoration, the taste was quite big.

I really love this hotel with beautiful mountain view behind hotel as you see in the hotel image. It is not big but cozy and clean ,the staff is friendly. I love onsen on 2 nd floor just next to your room. It is the best decision to stay here in Furano , a lot of space for car park area. Before leaving we go to popular farm next to hotel and enjoy melon ice cream with very impressive mountain view . It is so enjoyable trip and convenient since we rent a car from Toyota Rent A car and drive from Takikawa to Biei and left the car at furano station.

This is a very, very good hotel, including the owner of the hotel, the environment, the room and service, absolutely first class. First of all, the hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. I will never forget the help he gave us. Secondly, the hotel's environment is very good. When we checked in at the end of July, the surrounding area was green rice fields. This is the first time in our lives that we have encountered such a beautiful hotel. And very quiet. Third, it is very convenient to live in this hotel. Not only can you enjoy the hotel's food, but also a 10-minute walk nearby. There is a large supermarket with all kinds of goods; in addition, there is a large hot spring place nearby. Fourth, the hotel room is large in size, the windows are large, and the room is very clean and bright. The bathtub in the bathroom is also European and American, at least 160 cm in length, which is unique in ordinary hotels in Japan. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the room and bathroom. Recommendations: First, the hotel seems to have 3 names, but on the promotional materials obtained by Furano Station in JR, the information seems to be incomplete. It is recommended to display the comprehensive hotel name and other information as much as possible in the local promotional materials. When we asked how to get to the hotel, the station staff helped to check some time. Second, please ask the hotel to provide the route from JR Nakafulano Station and JR Nishimichi Station to the hotel on travel platforms such as the Trip.com website. In fact, JR Nishimichi Station is close to the hotel and you can see the hotel, but the trains parked at Nishimichi Station are limited; JR Nakafurano Station has a lot of parking, but it is a little farther from the hotel than the West. If more detailed information can be provided, it is convenient for guests to arrange the time to go to the hotel and the number of trains. Third, non-Japanese tenants and people who do not speak Japanese or English, it is best to download Google Maps and translation software, so that when encountering problems, it is easy to communicate and solve in time. A Japanese couple owns the hostel and they are helpful. The Western-styled breakfast prepared by the owner is delicious. It is wonderful to enjoy the breakfast in the graceful cabin with beautiful blooming lavender scenery. The hostel is in a warm atmosphere. It is also convenient in Nakafurano chō. We can drive to the convenient stores and famous tourist spots in short distance. If you enjoy nature environment, it is a good choice for you because it is surrounded with wild insects🤭

At first I thought the whole room was relatively simple, but it turns out that the four-person room is divided into upper and lower floors, very comfortable, overall a good choice, the neighborhood is quieter

1. The staff all speak English and are incredibly friendly. They helped us book dinner, rented bikes for us to go to the supermarket for cantaloupes, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend! 2. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and tasted just like homemade food. You can tell a lot of care went into it. 3. I highly recommend going to Takumiya Yakiniku across the street. We stayed here for two nights, and on the night in between, we tried 'Jiu' Yakiniku, which was opened by ********* owners. I really don't recommend it, despite being run by *********. Takumiya Yakiniku, on the other hand, has excellent quality wagyu beef and vegetables. It's definitely our top choice for dinner. 4. Loved it! I'll definitely stay here again next time! ^_^

Had a pleasant stay here. It's about 10-15 min walk from the station. Shared bathrooms and toilets. Only 1 with a bathtub. Free washing machine and dryer (about 3-4hrs) but you pay ¥100 for the launch pod. Free coffee, tea, etc. Beds a bit noisy and squeaky. Whole place smells like pine cos most of the furniture is pine. Place is quite quiet but you can still hear other guests walking. Good thing we stayed with few guests. There's a gap between the bed and wall so depending on how you sleep, might drop your pillow in the gap. There's a Lawson right opposite and a good restaurant, a decent ramen place and some bakery further up.

There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather. Check-in ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process. Check-out Confusion Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English. Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.
