Had a fantastic stay! The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful, just like those classic British hotels you see in movies. The room was lovely too. The location is super convenient; you can walk to Hyde Park and Bond Street. The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the French toast. And the Chinese restaurant, China Tang, was also excellent. I'll definitely be back to this hotel on my next trip to London, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with fresh flowers adorning the first floor, filling the air with a lovely fragrance. The decor is very cozy and boasts a classic English style. The bed and duvet are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is à la carte, and some items require an additional charge.

A magnificent stay at the Ritz! The staff were so pleasant and attentive. The breakfast room was incredibly beautiful. The food was fantastic! I especially want to commend Jude. She's a true professional. Thank you for the complimentary glass of champagne every day. Next time, it's only the Ritz for me!

The house facilities are old, the shower is inconvenient, and the service is average

It was my first time staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London. Every corner of the hotel is very exquisite. The decoration style of the room is fashionable, and every corner is full of flowers and green plants. Very exquisite and beautiful! Close to Hyde Park, you can feed the pigeons by the way

It is definitely worth the money. Although it is expensive, it is well worth it. Whether it is the hotel room, service, facilities, or location, it is first-class. It is an absolute luxury hotel. The service staff is of high quality, does not judge people by appearance, and does not aim for tips.

DO NOT PAY FOR BREAKFAST ITS RUBBISH. frozen hash browns and Tesco super saver bread🤣🤷♂️🤦♂️ Aftwr paying over £1000 a night to include breakfast I would expect something ALOT better. The hotel is ok but not a very warm vibe, quite pretentious with the staff beckoning to the service of those who appear to have money! I would not stay again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it, most coastal bed and breakfasts serve better food and have much friendlier and more genuine service.

The room was a bit dated, but all the other services were great. The only issue was that I'd requested an early check-in around 12 PM, but still had to wait until 2 PM to get into the room.

Very elegant hotel, the room configuration is very good, there is a restaurant designed by a famous Japanese American furniture designer, but the room is small, but the location is very good

The hotel is a legend and a brand in the industry. The hotel has retained its previous style well. The afternoon tea in the lobby and several bars are very unique. The hotel service is good and the location is excellent.

Very comfy. Love the terrace with amazing view. Tho the Collins room is somewhat mediocre, the hotel itself is nice enough.

Real five-star hotel, super good location, and service. Every floor of the hotel uses different colors to give the guests a good experience. If you don't consider the price, you will definitely come again.
- Guest User
This hotel exudes a traditional British feel.
The location is great, right next to the subway station.
However, it was a shame that we weren't able to make full use of the butler and concierge.

I like the OWO Raffles Hotel in London very much. It is luxurious and comfortable. The hotel is in a first-class location. It is about 15 minutes walk from Big Ben, the London Eye, Chinatown, art galleries and other attractions. It is very convenient. In addition, several restaurants in the hotel are very standard, Chinese, Western, Japanese food, taste very good. Very worth living.

It is indeed a very good hotel, with perfect facilities, first-class service, perfect breakfast; it will also take you to visit the hotel. It is a pity that I forgot to bring cash to tip the day.

Facilities: Very complete, the swimming pool is excellent, and the decor is luxurious and exquisite. Very satisfied.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness is acceptable, meeting hotel standards.
Environment: Sometimes people selling crepes from outside come into the lobby, leaving crepe crumbs all over the floor. However, apart from that, the environment is really nice.
Service: Very polite. Knowing my flight was in the evening, they specially arranged for me to check out at 6 pm.

The service was very convenient, especially communicating with the hotel through the internal software, which was much easier and more efficient than other hotels, such as submitting and receiving laundry requests. Dining in the room was also very convenient, even better than the experience in the downstairs restaurant. We happened to catch the lion dance performance on the first day of the ***** New Year, which was very interesting.
