Taj Cidade charged extra money for the food and beverage bills which are not used and ordered even by us. Even they forged bill with signature. Unnecessary the bill was raised for Rs 12000 instead of 4700. The amount was charged without bill and they forged signature , this is for consumption near swimming pool. Even the supporting was not provided by them, they created forged bill with forged signature of 6500 Rupess. This is complete cheating and not expected from Taj hotels

This is nice Taj property. This new property doesn’t have direct access to the beach. It is a hassle to take shuttle to go to the other Taj hotel to access beach. Of course no one with any health conscious can get into water. Ocean water completely polluted with local drain junk. Unfortunately, if you are planning on beach activities avoid goan beaches and try odissa beaches which are very clean ( for example gopalpur).

Got back from Planet Hollywood last week. Location - this is a quite beach with beautiful small grain sand and clean. Many locals in the sea and clean. There are a couple of shacks each side on the hotel beach with beds and drinks and tables. Sunset is beautiful from here. Hotel: On arrival we were greeted, luggage taken to our rooms. We had the luxury pool view room- good amount of space in the bedroom, lovely balcony over looking the pool, bathroom clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned well. If you want anything staff are more than happy to help. Staff are extremely helpful - we had a couple of issues with the room, but turned out to be user errors. We had a maintenance chap in our room within minutes. The food was absolutely divine - eastern and western palates catered for. Chef Veronus came to talk to us every day at breakfast, and also made us some dishes not on the menu - really delightful and exceedingly good! The pool was very quite, but suited us. April is wedding season and there were some weddings on during the day and evening, but this is in a separate part of the complex. We actually enjoyed watching elements from the side lines. The wedding decor was incredible. We could not fault this hotel, we were taken care of so well!

The hotel is situated in a truly beautiful location: right next to a wide, pristine beach with white sand that crunches underfoot like snow – it's an incredible sensation. The area itself is very peaceful, perfect for relaxation and recharging. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, everything is clean and tidy. The rooms also pleasantly surprised us – bright, clean, with daily housekeeping. A delightful little extra was finding a foot massager right in the room, which added a touch of comfort and luxury. The service is excellent: the staff are attentive, and everything runs smoothly without any fuss. Breakfasts are another big plus: a wide variety of delicious dishes, plus you can order freshly squeezed juices. Regarding minor details, the prices for massages and spa treatments are quite high (around 7–8 thousand for 60 minutes), so we opted not to use those services. There's also a gym with a trainer on site, which we used and were quite happy with. Overall, the hotel left a very pleasant impression. It's a great spot for a peaceful seaside getaway, and one we'd love to return to.
