The only thing that is worth noting is the location, and the beautiful structure, but in a decadent phase, should be renewed. Experience at the negative restaurant, raised the cost of €110,00 for two people per first meal and dessert, only water no wine. Cold and anonymous dishes.
The staff at the service breakfast is very available and friendly, unlike their colleagues at the restaurant.
Insufficient cleaning in the rooms.
The hotel has a small room in a higher room, and there is no case to put the clothes.
Remember all this at the unique reception what they knew to answer will be warned to the Directorate and ... if I had taken something from the fridge bar!!
The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable.

Struttura molto particolare che la differenzia positivamente dal classico albergo, ma che ovviamente condiziona anche gli spazi senza però pregiudicare il confort
Posizionata in modo strategico sul mare rende il soggiorno estivo estremamente piacevole.
Bel posto dove se capita l'occasione ritornerei volentieri

Posto da favola, ma abbastanza distante da Portonovo e Mezzavalle se come me ci si muove solo a piedi e con uno saono da trekking. I mezzi pubblici passano di rado e bisogna calcolare bene i tempi. In alta stagione l’hotel dispone di un servizio navetta per il Conero.
Il giardino dell’hotel è bellissimo e curatissimo e la vista sulle spiagge del Conero è mozzafiato. Addetti alla reception gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Camera con vista sul mare da favola. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Cena nel ristorante interno: di qualità ma quantità minime. Prezzi sproporzionati. Ho aspettato moltissimo per ordinare, molto tra una portata e l’altra. Non mi sono osato a dire nulla, ma devono essersene resi conto da soli in quanto al check-out mi hanno fatto uno sconto rispetto ai prezzi visti sul menù.

Hotel stupendo , vista spettacolare !personale qualificato e gentilissimo ! Il mare e nella zona più bassa ed è raggiungibile in automobile ma se non volte spostarvi potete usufruire della piscina ! Colazione di qualità fresca .

I feel a bit conflicted about this hotel because, considering the price, the experience did not fully meet expectations.
Our room, number 32, was located directly above the reception area and was extremely noisy. We could hear noise from the reception, the breakfast room, the swimming pool, and the garden. It gave us the impression that better rooms may be reserved for returning guests, while first-time guests are given less desirable ones.
The room looked clean at first glance, but it was only partially serviced: the bed was made, but we did not receive fresh towels and had to ask for them ourselves. Also, dust was all over the place and sand from the beach too.
Breakfast was good, but the seating system was confusing. Seats are not assigned, yet guests are not allowed to sit at tables with numbers and can only sit at tables without numbers. It was never clearly explained and felt unnecessarily complicated.
The swimming pool is very nice, but gardening work was carried out while people were sunbathing, which was quite annoying and not very relaxing.
The shuttle to the beach is a nice service, and the beach itself is lovely. However, the restaurant there is extremely expensive so we recommend you eat elsewhere like we did.
Overall, it is not a bad hotel, but for the price paid, I expected a better experience. It is not somewhere I would choose to return to.

Excellent value for money stay. The only bad thing about the hotel is that it takes a while to walk. But the facilities are comparable to five stars. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel room was more than twice as big as the average European hotel room.

The tent was sweet, and it was a beautiful and elegant structure, a beautiful room, even though some parts of the wall were a little ruined. A comfortable bed, which, however, gave me a little trouble and that there was a door that divided the neighboring room.

Everyone in the staff always had a ready smile and was always helpful! Excellent views of the beach from the restaurant and the room! We took our meals at the restaurant and food as well as the service were great! For starters, we were served sparkling white wine and some bruschetta! We ordered pasta and vegetable gratin each and were surprised by the large portions! But everything was delicious so we were more than satisfied.
About the location, you need to walk up a bit but we did not mind the exercise at all. Also, if you find yourself in Portonovo, you will be a bit far from the city center. So if you need to shop for necessities, you need to drive 20-30 minutes to Numana. The hotel gave excellent suggestions and arranged also for a hired taxi. All-around great service and would definitely visit again in the future if given the chance.
