4 no get break. Good location 40 min taxi ride from the airport due to traffic. 2 min walk to the Ayala mall which was great with lots of shops and restaurants as well as a couple of great pubs. We were in a garden balcony room-worth the extra charge.Pool level. Great pool. Comfortable room. Large dining area. Unfortunately at breakfast the tables were set in long rows. Staff ok-polite enough but not amazing.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The location next to Ayala Center is excellent, but the hotel facilities were disappointing for a four-star property. The room phone was not working, so I had to go down to the front desk just to request drinking water. The refrigerator barely cooled anything, making it impossible to keep water or food cold in Cebu’s heat. If bottled water is only available on request, at least provide water dispensers on each floor. The amenities were also very limited. Only one toothbrush and one set of cotton buds were provided, despite multiple guests staying in the room. Constantly requesting basic necessities is inconvenient. The location is great, but the facilities and guest convenience need significant improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at Seda. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beds are especially large and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day of business meetings. One of the best features of the hotel is its convenient connection to neighboring Ayala Mall.

Very nice resort, the people very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very chill and have a private beach, 2 swimming pools very clean and one is just for th guests in the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, and the room service also is very nice. With a tricycle is just 5 minutes to the center of Santa Fe so is very good because is very nice and not so crowded. Just 5 minutes walking have the ruins and in front of the ruins have a very delicious restaurant so I think this place is perfect for be relax and not with so many people, the resort I think for the price and all they offer is perfect! And the restaurant for breakfast also is delicious and have many options. So I highly recommended.

The grounds are beautiful, the pools are gorgeous, but you can't swim in the sea. We stayed in sea-view villas, but because of the low tide at the end of November, swimming was impossible. The villa is small, and sleeping was difficult because of the noisy air conditioner. The villas are gorgeous on the outside, but inside, there's minimal space. There are no dental jokes or slippers. All the essentials are provided. The room isn't cleaned (we had a two-day reservation); water, soap, and towels were left for us at the entrance. The safe is a lockbox, but there's no key. Overall, the hotel is beautiful. Downtown Santa Fe, with its restaurants, is a 20-minute walk away.

Have a pleasant stay at la playa Estella. The staffs are so accommodating and friendly, very neat and tidy room. We got a sumptuous food and a so wide fine white sand near the resort.

The room we got was not really that nice for the price I paid. I guess it's because they have a beautiful beach resort, I guess that's what I mainly paid for.

An otherwise pleasant stay ruined by somewhat incompetent communication surrounding a private transfer booked through the hotel. For those booking a private transfer through the hotel it’s worth knowing the following: 1) this is a third party arrangement and as such whether it is “private” or not is at the discretion of the third party 2) In the event that a transfer is not private, the hotel does not appear to need or feel it necessary to inform you. This situation happened to me when leaving the island, having checked out early and being informed by reception which was my boat, I departed the island on said boat only to be made to turn around 90% into the journey as there was supposed to be another passenger. The hotel simply said this was the third party decision and whilst they were aware of it on the day, had not informed me (resulting in me traversing the stretch of water multiple times). All in all this was the cherry on an otherwise miscommunication-strewed cake (they never mentioned the private transfer had to be paid in cash, and they miscommunicated breakfast would start at 6:30 when in reality it is 7:30). On the plus side, the location is good for dive shops and the food was nice. However, I wouldn’t personally recommend this place to family or friends.

We have been up in this hotel for four nights I have to say that there is no other place on the island where you eat best, in general our experience has been positive perhaps I would suggest that we extend breakfast because a little reduced and to add to the rooms more services, there was also a problem with the room booking but Trip.com resolved the great thanks

We had a very good time at Hoyohoy. The staff were friendly, the room was kept clean, the pool was beautiful and well-kept. Food was delicious at the resort, but somewhat expensive. The bar was not well-stocked, either. In the 9 days we stayed, there were only 2 other villas who were occupied for one night each which was nice but also made it very quiet. The town area is within walking distance, but tricycles and motorbikes are available for rent. Easy to walk to town and back. 😊A lovely place to stay. ❤️

Stayed at Zerenity Hotel Cebu and had a really pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you plan to explore Cebu City or go around IT Park and nearby areas. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable for resting after a long day. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff—they were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel provides basic amenities that are useful for travelers, and the overall atmosphere felt quiet and relaxing. For the price, it’s a good value and a practical choice for both short stays and business or leisure trips in Cebu. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was perfect during my stay. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely well taken care of. The staff were attentive, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, and I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet.

The price-quality ratio is not right. A room without breakfast is not worth its 600 yuan. The prices on the website and in general are inflated. It’s better to book through the hotel’s own website: ************************* the cost will be lower. On the plus side, the grounds are well-maintained, it’s 5 minutes from the port, and there’s a swimming pool. There’s also a beach, but you’ll feel great on any public beach in Bantayan, as the water is clear, the sand is white, only there’s some trash from the sea in places, but that’s an environmental problem and due to the selfish attitude towards nature when people don’t clean up after themselves. The restaurant on the premises is much more expensive. Of the dishes, I liked the pasta and pork, the pizza was okay, but the fish was dry. On the downside, since the rooms are made from containers, there’s no soundproofing, and neighbors who are just talking very loudly will be disruptive. The air conditioner, which hums like a Ducati engine due to incorrect installation, can’t be used at night because the noise makes it impossible to sleep, but without it, it’s stuffy. There are problems with hot water and a lack of internet in the rooms, only in the common areas. This could be seen as a plus or a minus. Also, it’s a bit unclear why security and staff at the pool are asking every day which room you’re in, even though I was the only foreigner with a child in the hotel. The inability to use a UnionPay bank card from time to time due to problems with the terminal in the hotel is also an issue. Withdrawing cash on the island is a problem as the ATMs don’t work. No toothbrush or toothpaste is given, and soap and shampoo are only given at the start.
