The hotel is well located near the ponds where you can walk and enjoy the singing fountains in the evenings .
Hotel welcome staff, spacious rooms, air conditioning, good accommodation: coats, slippers, water, tea-coffee, fan, bathing facilities.
The hotel itself looks chic inside, but morally obsolete. Furniture, room doors and plumbing are old, at night the sounds of some working installations are blocked.
Breakfast is a kind of diverse but not delicious.

Останавливаюсь здесь второй раз. И остановлюсь еще раз, когда приеду! Самый центр. От вокзала 10 минут пешком. Очень тихо. Засели раньше на три часа, доплату не взяли. Кровати удобные, постель чистая. Есть все туалетные принадлежности. Единственный минус, в этот раз были громкие соседи. Хлопали дверьми, слышимость все таки приличная.

Шикарный, чистый, оснащённый отель. Расположен над входом в метро, это очень удобно. В холле отеля есть аппараты для пополнения карт любой валютой, это очень удобно. Комфортный бассейн и есть прачечная самообслуживания, которой можно пользоваться круглосуточно. Косметика для тела и волос с номере нам тоже очень понравилась!

A great hotel, friendly staff. We arrived earlier to leave the suitcase at the registry and go for a walk around the city, but our room was free and we were settled in the room. The room is clean, not to get nervous. Breakfast is delicious, a lot of dishes are offered. Coffee and baking in the range. I recommend.

Was at the hotel one night. Of the downsides: from the balcony door is heavily through, the batteries are heating weak. The most terrible thing that spoils the impression of the hotel is the smell of sewage in the bathroom and toilet room, respectively, and in other rooms, the smell.
From pleasant: Breakfast is diverse, delicious, straight everything that tried was done with the soul, cooking a young man.

The hotel is right by the river, the location is very good, the best hotel in Haba, it is convenient to go anywhere, 5 star hotel service is no problem, there is an English front desk, if the cost of Trip.com can be less, it is better.

10 лет назад был классный отель. Сейчас конечно впечатления уже не те. Однозначно требует обновлений. Брала проживание с завтраками. Еда приличная, но выбор небольшой.
Обслуживание хорошее , было раннее заселение , сразу предложили номер, не пришлось ждать до 14.00. Спасибо девочкам-администраторам. Заказывала еду в номер из ресторана , принесли быстро.
В целом, впечатления не плохие , еще бы обновить интерьер.

был все время пьяный повар, которого потом вроде как уволили. Не давал завтрак с утра, т.к. была спортивная команда и другим посетителям гостиницы негде было позавтракать. Надеюсь это как то в перспективе исправят. Можно подклеить обои, решить вопрос с полотенцами.
Одна из администраторов оказалась очень недружелюбной. Месторасположение гостиницы хорошее.

I liked the hotel's location. It's in the historic center, with a park nearby for a stroll, and museums and theaters within walking distance.
The reception staff was friendly. Check-in was quick. Overall, the hotel is cozy.
The room itself is small but comfortable. It was warm in November. The only disappointment was the dirty cutlery left in the closet by previous guests and the open tea bags. It felt like the room was hastily cleaned. We didn't include breakfast.

The hotel liked its modern design and service! Forgot in the earring room, so I got them to the waiting station. The bed is clean, painted and very pleasant, quite soft mattresses.

The only positive thing is the location.
When we checked in, we were given a room on the second floor, despite the fact that the elevator did not work. We had to carry heavy bags on foot to our room. The room was cold.

The staff is very polite. I am very satisfied with my own parking lot, which is under the constant supervision of the porter. The rooms are in good condition. Very clean. Breakfast is not the same type, but a la carte. You can choose each flavor. I like this stay very much. Highly recommend.
