A cozy small hotel. There are relatively few employees, and sometimes they can't keep up with the service and hygiene of public areas. There are few types of breakfast. But it has a local environment and landscape.

Excellent! The hotel is housed in a grand old building that has been meticulously renovated. The front desk and parking attendants provided great service. When I was having a beer at the restaurant, I asked a staff member about Bouillabaisse, and a short while later, they brought me a note with three nearby restaurant recommendations. As soon as you drive up to the lobby, staff members are there to take care of parking and other services. The location is fantastic, directly facing the Old Port and just across the square.

Huge thanks to the incredibly friendly staff at the InterContinental Marseille! They kindly upgraded us to a suite for free, and the bellhop who brought our luggage up mentioned it was their largest room. Every time we stepped out into the hallway, we felt like we were staying in a grand manor. The hotel's location is perfect, and the building itself is stunning. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing rest. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The hotel is well positioned in Marseille with amazing views over the city, especially from the rooftop bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel room well equipped and a very comfortable bed. Parking the car securely was simple with the expert help of the concierge.

Outstanding!! The restaurant is simply divine and exquisite, much like the hotel's decor. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking! A moment of pure bliss. Make sure to try the cocktails; they are truly enchanting.

Disappointing stay for a 4-star hotel. On my first night, the air conditioning didn’t work for the whole hotel and the room was around 25°C, making it very uncomfortable. The front desk was not helpful and no solution to be provided when I reported the issue. The pool and cleanliness is ok. Overall, not up to the expected standard.

The pros: Top-floor apartment with a small terrace. Brand new and very functional: fully equipped kitchen, tasteful decor, attic bedroom, very comfortable bed, and complete darkness. Ideally located between the Old Port and the Canebière/Noailles district. Very well soundproofed. Attentive housekeeper for mid-stay cleaning and check-out.
Minor remarks: No real separation from the neighbors' terrace. You can see each other if you're using it at the same time. Reversible air conditioning: we couldn't get it to raise the temperature even slightly in November.

We stayed for just one night as a family of four.
This is a very beautiful and comfortable apartment near the Old Port.
We were amazed at how so many amenities could be packed into such a relatively small space—among other things, it had a small oven and a dishwasher!
Beautiful design, a wonderful terrace, and a charming dormer window on the second floor.
Super-clean bathroom with fragrant toiletries.
Our children said this was the best accommodation we had on our trip to the Côte d'Azur.

A small and VERY SLITED hotel! The location is perfect, close to everything! The hotel has a small balcony on which you can sit and eat breakfast etc. Bar. Very sad breakfast: choose a sweet option (e.g. sugar bagette, butter, marmelade, croissant, if/saft, unsmade yoghurt, some plates of apple, some cliffs of citrus fruit, and a plate of sugar cake); or option 2 (as above but no yogurt and sugar cake without scrambling eggs and some skin skies). Please staff but not excessive service minded. The toilet near the reception was not in the freshest team. The cleaners didn't watch filling in the bathroom with toilet paper etc. Last morning we had a stick on the bathroom floor. Very nice bed in any case, nice coats and cover.

Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value
