We were dissappointed in the car parking situation. It wasn't exactly made clear that you need to drive into where it was marked exit and press for them to lift the barrier. Then unfortunately there was no room so had to call into reception to find out where we could park it was a bit stressful and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very secure as you need to press for access to the entrance. Once up to reception on the first floor we were welcomed and allocated a room. The room was very tired with marked and scratched walls and ceiling. The bathroom had all the ususl facilities but a great big crack was in the tiles on the floor about two and half feet long. The shower head was dirty and the bottom of the main door was peeling away. The bed was two single mattresses put together which were obviously well used and meant there was a bump in between which wasnt very comfy. The bar was expensive for drinks and the staff seemed to multitask serving and cleaning tables etc. Some of the same staff were at breakfast and it just felt a bit overall short staffed. The breakfast itself was adequate but basic. We did notify reception on checking out of our findings as we are not usually ones to complain but the issues do make a difference and some just general maintenance.

Nice hotel, friendly staff with clean rooms and restaurant. Didn’t have a great night sleep as there was a dog barking constantly, didn’t realise at the time of booking the hotel is pet friendly, I think maybe pet bookings should maybe be allocated a block/section rather than keeping everyone up through the night, finally managed to get quiet around 2am. Staff were helpful though so this was no fault of theirs. Hotel is located well, easy to walk to main attractions etc. Good food for breakfast, although our table got cleared whilst getting a drink.

The location of the hotel was perfect for pleasure beach and only a short walk to pubs and food places.
We got a warm welcome from the lovely young guy with the cool nail varnish and also a very friendly check out from the lovely italian guy.
The hotel and the room were very clean and the toiletries in the room were very lovely.
Reccommemd this hotel 100 percent and would stay here again on my next Blackpool visit.
I was also very impressed that i got my 100gbp deposit back on my account in less than four hours, Thank you.

If it is for the amusement park, this hotel is still very convenient, but a little distance from the center of Heichi Town will generate additional transportation costs. At the same time, I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's hygiene and service attitude, but I opened the newly cleaned room and saw such a scene. Although people were arranged to re-do the bathroom hygiene, no compensation was provided for this.

We had an amazing time this weekend. The kids loved the fact there were 3 TVs and 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. The facilities were great. So much space to chill out and to sit and eat. An amazing last minute find. Free parking and so close to the shops and beach.

A lovely time, excellent venue, lovely breakfast and meal in evening; gluten free, so nice to know they cater for me without having to have a debate!!
Only issue I have, we were on the top floor so, as back problems, was a bit difficult, but managed ok.
Booked for August , have asked for first floor on our return if possible.
But all in all, lovely breakaway and the weather was glorious couldn’t have asked for more

Reviews From Real Travelers
The hotel is in a convenient location near Blackpool Airport on the main road with easy access to most local destinations and the Blackpool tram. However, the hotel is quite dated now, with the flynet falling from the window. The bed is quite comfy, though the pillows could be better. In addition, there was no cleaning of the room between nights, which is disappointing.

The hotel room didn't have enough storage for the three of our clothes. The towels weren't replaced every day which I find very poor. Also there was a mark on one of the towels and my mum actually found it rolled up and put back into storage in bathroom. This was extremely poor. The staff were really nice and friendly. I found the hotel to be clean. However, due to heatwave and lack of clean towels I find this really poor service. The breakfast had a good variety and was nice. It was also close to south pier but really good location.

We stayed at the Hampton as it was convenient for the Lytham festival and we were very impressed with this hotel.
Stylish, well set out room with good facilities. The bar and breakfast were well presented. The friendly lady on reception deserves a special well done.
Would recommend.

Loved our stay at the imperial hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Room was cleaned before returning every night. Fresh towels and toiletries re stocked along with tea and biscuits. We stayed for 3 nights me the misses and our 2 children and loved every minute of it we will be back. If I had to be nit picky the hotel catering more for the older generation with not much for the kids to do. But we was out all day so didn't really matter. When we got back she still bopped aways to the 80s music dancing of the dance floor 🤣 oh and we could see the tower from our window

Excellent breakfast and evening meal in the Palm court restaurant. Staff very pleasant. Evening entertainment every night. Great location with tram station right outside. Very good value for money for seaview superior room. Cheaper standard rooms need attention in regards to facilities and cleanliness but still good for price. Interesting historic hotel.
