The room was spacious with a great view, and the service was excellent. The lobby is stunning, and the non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar are complimentary. They even left a small gift with turndown service every night. It truly lives up to the Aman standard. The only minor downsides were the breakfast, which wasn't very good and remained almost identical for all seven days of my stay, with no buffet and extra charges for additional items. Also, it seemed like they didn't empty the trash during room cleaning.

By far the most expensive hotel in Tokyo. Best swimming pool I've seen, great deco, very good breakfast. However I was expecting an absolutely spotless room but there were a few specs of dirt. Usually i wouldn't care about that, but I paid a tonne of money for this hotel so expected perfection. Super hotel but is it worth nearly double Bulgari hotel? Nah

Fantastic service! We had to adjust our reservations due to a sudden sickness. The hotel staff is quick to respond and easy to communicate. We appreciate their willingness to to accommodate our change and we truly enjoy our stay at this wonderful hotel! Five Star service all the way! Will definitely stay again for the next visit to Tokyo!

Bvlgari Hotel definitely nailed the DNA of Hospitality Management.

procedures. And Tokyo Bvlgari Staffs really did a great job!

Overall, it was a very good stay, except that there were no rooms available when I checked in, and I had to wait for a very long time. Everything else, from the facilities to the service, was excellent. The hotel has direct access to the shopping mall, and the spa is one of the largest in all of Tokyo. The gym also has a lot of equipment, including free weights and a Smith machine, which made for a great experience.

This hotel, located in Azabudai Hills, Tokyo, is a sister property to Aman. Its location is fantastic, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. From the lobby, you get a great view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel breakfast is à la carte and unlimited, with exquisite and delicious dishes. This is a highly recommended hotel.

The hotel's location was excellent, and the rooms were very spacious, exceeding my expectations. The hotel was immaculately clean, truly spotless. Each floor has six rooms that share a common lounge area. After each use, staff would come to clean it thoroughly, restoring it to its pristine condition, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member at the hotel was extremely kind and friendly. I particularly loved the rooftop hot spring; after a soak, they even provided ice-cold milk, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

This well-established onsen hotel, nestled in Tokyo's central business district, offers impeccable service and quality. It's also great value for money right now. The outdoor onsen on the top floor is fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

We booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing.
The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay.
Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name.
I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.

The service can be said to be the ceiling of the industry, meticulous and thoughtful without leaving any trace. I stayed in the hotel for a long time. I often drank tea and drank in the room and looked at the scenery, but I never saw the cleaning staff. However, they cleaned up twice a day. Very detailed. There are several staff in the restaurant who can speak Chinese, and communication is very convenient. Special praise to Sun Xiaoqi for helping to recover the jewelry. The club staff are also very gentle. As for the view from the room, you can see Mount Fuji and Tokyo at night, it’s unbeatable! Although the decoration is old, it has its own characteristics. Like the library very much.
However, there is often a strong smell of gasoline at the entrance on the second floor. There are many staff waiting there all the time. I feel sorry for them and it also reduces the sense of the hotel. I hope this issue will be improved during the renovation this year.

Very disappointing Spa facilities for ladies. Only a warm (38 °C) marble sauna. The male facilities have a proper dry sauna and jacuzzi.
Also, while visiting the Chinese restaurant, we ordered their 1/4 duck, but the rolls were only made with the Duck skin. We were told they dispose of the Duck meat. Crazy! After querying, they brought us another 1/4 duck with skin and meat, but we were charged for it. We didn't even ask for the second portion. Paid for both orders in the end.
I regret booking this hotel. Not worth the high rate.

The room came with a large balcony, perfect for getting some fresh air during the day. It overlooked the grassy square outside the palace, and the view was exactly as pictured. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very professional. The breakfast, with its Japanese-style set menu, made for a fantastic experience!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Ginza, and the room size is quite generous. Since the hotel is relatively new and in such a prime Ginza location where space is at a premium, it's understandable that there aren't many common areas.

This was my first time staying at The Peninsula Tokyo, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we began corresponding with the hotel before arrival, the team made it clear that this was going to be a special stay.
I had reached out in advance as this was an important trip for our family, and the team – especially Ms. Kim – went above and beyond to help organise everything smoothly. Every detail was handled with care, and it really set the tone for our visit.
Throughout our stay, every interaction made us feel genuinely welcome. The lobby team, the staff at Peter, and housekeeping were all consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Small gestures, friendly smiles, and a real willingness to help turned a simple hotel stay into a collection of memories we will cherish for a long time.
This trip has made The Peninsula Tokyo our new fav stay in the city. There is a wonderful sense of warmth and hospitality here, and you feel that everyone is truly invested in making your stay as special as possible. We are already looking forward to returning on our next visit to Tokyo.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise during my recent stay! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm and elegant atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a modern yet tasteful style. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. What truly stands out is the hotel's excellent location – within walking distance to several popular attractions and shopping centers, making transportation incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was swift and efficient, and they even thoughtfully provided us with a guide to local dining spots. Furthermore, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. The freshly made noodles and baked bread were particularly memorable. In summary, this stay was perfect. Whether for business or leisure, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit!

A very perfect check-in experience, the welcome gift was delicious, the Japanese suite was very unique, the front desk was also very welcoming when checking in, the hotel is in Roppongi, the location is very good, you can see Mount Fuji

Luxury and quite expensive hotel, large and comfortable room with a wonderful view of the city landscape; maybe you'd expect for that price a better breakfast buffet.
