It is a small hotel, with 18 rooms, the front desk is very small, and there is always only one person. The price of 5 stars, the room is about 3-4 stars, and the service is about 3 stars. But we missed a mobile phone after we checked out. The hotel found out and contacted us by email. We replied to the email and asked them to arrange for DHL to send it back (fees at their own expense). They dealt with it in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

Amazing staff and the hotel is so beautiful.great location, central to everything. Funicular is just 2 mins away and the station is just next turn. Located just overlooking the beautiful lake como. A must visit to this place and hotel try and book the room facing the lake. Unfortunately when we tried it was completely full. Breakfast is really good and all staff were extremely courteous. Loved loved loved it

The next day I stayed, I changed the new room, this room is also very good, that is, there is no towel rod on the side of the sink, which is a bit inconvenient. In addition, although the breakfast is exquisite, it does not change the way. If you live for a lot of days, it will be boring.

Although the hotel is a little smaller, the proprietress is a bit cool. When we went there, we learned that there was no elevator and we were worried about how to mention it. The original staff would help us, and they are all very good! Good! On the other side of the hotel there is its own restaurant! Nice view

After leaving Paris for Italy 🇮🇹, we landed and were picked up and driven to Lake Como. I had pre-booked this lakeside hotel, which boasts an excellent location. We opted for a lake-view room, and indeed, you can enjoy the beautiful lake scenery right from the balcony. It would be lovely to sip coffee or a drink on the balcony in the summer while admiring the view. While the hotel room furnishings are a bit dated, they are immaculately clean. There's a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, and conveniently, a Carrefour, a food court, and a DM supermarket are just a short walk behind the hotel. We spent some time exploring the small town, had lunch by the lake, and enjoyed a cup of coffee. If you're with a group, you could even rent a small yacht and take a tour around Lake Como to soak in the lake views and surrounding scenery.

The hotel is on the mountain by Lake Como. The process of driving up is really a test of technology. The roads in Italy are so narrow, all with W and Z-shaped. . Two cars transfer cars need you to return my concession. But the location of the hotel is very good, the view is wide, the scenery is superb, overlooking Lake Como is really beautiful, there is a swimming pool, it is good to live with children. There is no air-conditioning, it's too hot in summer...

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The bed was great and comfortable. We had the room in the attic. I would say it’s slightly less than what I would have expected for the price given that we didn’t have any windows looking out. The location was fantastic. Super close to the lake and really nice restaurants. Furthermore, the train station was also a 5 minute walk away should you need it. Would’ve been nice if the breakfast was included and/or reasonably priced.

Very nice boutique hotel with incredible views of the Lake of Como The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The only bemol I would have liked when I booked on trip.com I was told that the parking was paying.
