My birthday stay at Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay was an absolutely amazing experience, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Cecilia! I mentioned it was my birthday in advance, and Cecilia thoughtfully arranged a beautiful flower setup in the room, creating the perfect atmosphere. She also kindly helped us set up the TV for screen mirroring so we could play photos and birthday videos, which was incredibly thoughtful. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, and any requests were handled quickly. At checkout, she even prepared a lovely little gift as a souvenir – such a heartwarming surprise. The hotel itself boasts a serene and beautiful environment with fantastic sea views. While the guest rooms could use some improvement, the overall service was gentle and discreet, never feeling intrusive. It was a very rejuvenating birthday getaway, and I highly recommend the 'Smile Play Travel Photography' experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhuhai!

The overall design of the hotel is quite good, making for great photos. After booking, they contacted us in advance to remind us to purchase ferry tickets and inform us about hotel activities, which could be booked ahead of time. Once we disembarked, there were clear signs guiding us to the shuttle bus, making the whole process very convenient. [dancing emoji] Cassie from Guest Relations was very responsive. When I was checking out and nearly missed my ferry, she specially arranged a vehicle for us. I'm really grateful to these enthusiastic staff members, especially Cassie, Brian, and Colin. This stay was really great, and I have to commend the front desk staff, Angie, Vera, and Zayas, as well as Owen from concierge. All of them were kind, friendly, and provided meticulous service. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and smooth, and any requests were handled quickly, making communication a pleasure. The hotel environment is elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. Throughout our stay, we felt the staff's genuine care, and the thoughtful tips made us feel very welcome. Both the service and facilities were top-notch, significantly enhancing our travel accommodation experience. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The photography service was also very professional, and the photos turned out beautifully. All the staff were very polite and even guided us on how to pose, making the photo shoot process very smooth!

When we first arrived on the island, I actually complained about the hotel's car being too small. Later, the front desk guy explained that theirs was the only car on the island with air conditioning, haha. If you're a couple traveling without kids, this place is highly recommended! Haha, it's so photogenic, you'll get amazing pictures. The two-story space is nearly 200 square meters, and the cleanliness is truly meticulous. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it the moment you step inside. Yes, I'm a bit of a clean freak, haha. I couldn't find a single fault with the tables, sofas, bathtub, or sinks. They even provided both thin and thick bathrobes. The hotel offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, but we felt a bit awkward, so we took our own photos and were very happy with them. The hotel service deserves full marks. The most practical thing was the 500 RMB cash voucher they gave us. It could truly be used at the restaurant without any minimum spend. For example, if your dinner that night was 500 RMB, you wouldn't have to spend a single penny. There were absolutely no tricks involved! And the restaurant's food was actually quite good. The ingredients were fresh, and it tasted much better than the food at the pier, without all sorts of strange seasonings. However, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're traveling with young children, as there are really no facilities or beaches. Also, I have to say, the wind was incredibly strong! So strong! From evening till morning, I had ringing in my ears and it was so noisy. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Upon learning it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room for free and even surprised me with a delicate birthday cake. It was full of pleasant surprises. The service throughout was impeccable, with attention to every detail, making it a truly unforgettable birthday. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic.
