I had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.
Even before my arrival, the Concierge team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They replied promptly to my emails, assisted me in arranging a professional hair and makeup team for a wedding, and helped with restaurant reservations and various requests throughout my stay. Their service was warm, thoughtful, and highly professional.
The room offered a beautiful river view, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was exceptional. One of the most impressive aspects was the landscaping. Lush greenery and beautiful plants are integrated throughout the property, creating a relaxing and peaceful environment that makes you forget you are in the middle of a busy city.
Walking along the Chao Phraya River with the gentle river breeze was one of the highlights of my trip. The hotel boat service was also excellent, providing convenient access to ICONSIAM and the BTS station.
The dining experience was outstanding. I dined at three different restaurants within the hotel, and every meal was excellent. The food quality, presentation, and service were consistently impressive.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
This was an unforgettable stay, and I would gladly return in the future. I give Four Seasons Bangkok my highest recommendation.

Four Seasons remains the gold standard for service. The hygiene is top-notch, and the turndown service always offers delightful surprises. Traveling with kids, the extra bed was incredibly convenient. We received a puzzle as a welcome gift, and the welcome treats were a lovely touch. They even replenished our welcome fruit after we finished it. My only slight personal observation, which I've noticed across all hotels in Thailand over my ten-plus years of visiting — whether city or resort — is that staff tend to be a bit friendlier to Western guests than to Chinese guests. The Four Seasons, though, is actually one of the better ones in that regard. Overall, it's excellent; you get a real resort feel even in the city. For this brand and price point, it's quite reasonable, especially considering how expensive Four Seasons resorts can be. Great value for money.

The essence of a high-end hotel, especially at its price point, often boils down to the emotional value and overall experience it delivers. Firstly, even with temperatures soaring above 30 degrees Celsius, the allure of Naile Garden, being open to the public, was undeniable for many ladies eager to snap photos. However, as a guest, I highly recommend booking the hotel's exclusive tour. This is the only way to gain access to the interior of the former residence. While the tour is conducted entirely in English, which might be a bit challenging for some, the guide's attitude was excellent. A pleasant surprise was receiving a complimentary fan and being invited for drinks next door. Secondly, the hotel's staffing was more than adequate. Whenever I left my room, they would promptly tidy it – a remarkable three times from afternoon to evening, showcasing incredible attention to detail. I only experienced the BMW airport transfer service to the terminal, where staff were ready to assist with check-in. Thirdly, as it was my birthday, I had requested special arrangements in advance. Upon arrival, I was greeted with champagne and cake. Another cake was presented during dinner at the 19th-floor teppanyaki restaurant. Finally, breakfast was à la carte, a standard for luxury hotels. I highly recommend the Thai noodles; the broth was incredibly flavorful, far from a street-food experience. The latte was also made with excellent beans – I ordered two! Before leaving, there was a charming little ritual of drawing a lucky charm. Even though you know it's designed to be a good omen, it certainly maximizes that emotional value. By the way, the laundry bag was of excellent quality, and with permission, I took it home to use for my running gear.

Everything was perfect, absolutely flawless! From check-in to check-out, they arranged all sorts of pleasant surprises, and the emotional value was off the charts! It's a shame I checked in midway through my trip, so I didn't get to experience the airport transfer or fast-track service, but they arranged a car to take me to my next hotel after check-out. Throughout my stay, every single staff member, including the General Manager, was attentive to guests' needs – a truly extraordinary experience! If the price is acceptable for you, I highly recommend checking it out!

I used to stay at the Four Seasons in Bangkok, but this time I stayed here because the Four Seasons was fully booked. In terms of value for money, this place is better than the Four Seasons. The breakfast is extensive with many à la carte options, and you can even get Thai iced tea to go. I recommend the crab noodles, they're quite unique. This whole area is new, and there's a newly opened mall downstairs that isn't crowded. If you're okay with it, there's no need to go to Paragon. There's even a Patek Philippe boutique, which is great – everything is new, and I love new things. The hotel rooms are also very new, probably renovated only 1-2 years ago, and the facilities are modern. If you're checking in, don't book a park view room. There's a road below the park view rooms, and it gets incredibly noisy with the constant roar of tuk-tuks and motorbikes all night. You can make a note requesting a quiet room. I requested a quiet room before booking, and they gave me 2303, which was very quiet. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

A huge thank you to the Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge team and the bar team (especially the three handsome gentlemen, BEAM, SEE, and one whose name I've forgotten). You truly mended my wounded heart and made my vacation wonderful. I spent every day at the hotel and never felt bored. Both the lounge and bar offered excellent food and drinks. I'm already looking forward to my next stay at the Ritz-Carlton in October! Your sincerity and friendliness have truly captured my heart. Thank you again! 🙏

I chose this hotel for my first trip to Thailand, hoping to spend some quality time with my family whom I hadn't seen in a while.
They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, and my mother was absolutely thrilled, which made me very happy. The view from the 38th floor was truly breathtaking and unforgettable. This has become my favorite hotel, arguably the best I've ever stayed in.
Not only were the hotel's interior and ambiance wonderful, but the staff's hospitality was also exceptional.
We also visited the hotel's infinity pool and the bar on the top floor, and both the views and the atmosphere were superb.
It's definitely a hotel I'd love to stay at again for a special occasion or as a gift.

This is truly the best hotel in Bangkok. From the moment I stepped into the lobby for check-in until the moment I left, all the staff were incredibly kind. The room was incredibly spacious and luxurious, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was also very satisfying, with sparkling wine and a wide variety of dishes that could be ordered. If it weren't for the price, I'd want to visit frequently.

Our stay at Rosewood Bangkok this time was absolutely perfect! The location is incredibly convenient, close to BTS and Central Embassy, making it easy to go shopping or visit the Erawan Shrine. The hotel design is stylish, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the view is open. The biggest surprise was Lennon's Bar on the 30th floor – both the ambiance and the cocktails were superb, perfect for couples to relax. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service; we felt their professionalism from check-in to the restaurant. Although we didn't try the hotel spa this time, the overall accommodation experience was very satisfying, and we will definitely choose Rosewood again next time!

More than perfect! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were incredibly well taken care of. All the staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious with excellent natural light. The bathroom was my favorite, offering a fantastic view. I also really appreciated the turn-down service, which made it feel very thoughtful.
Another great feature is that one of the hotel's floors connects directly to Phloen Chit BTS station, making it just one or two stops away from Siam, Chit Lom, and Asoke. Getting to the airport is also very convenient!

Nestled on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, Capella Bangkok is a tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle, boasting both stunning views and a prime location. The guest rooms, all facing the river, are elegantly designed, and the service is meticulously attentive, creating an overall atmosphere of understated luxury. The dining is consistently excellent, with a rich and varied breakfast spread, and the spa experience is wonderfully relaxing. The hotel offers a private shuttle boat daily for convenient transport, and the Living Room is accessible to guests at all times for a relaxing drink. With its diverse and thoughtfully arranged activities, it provides guests with an exclusive, high-end, and stylish space and ambiance.

Absolutely loved The Peninsula! My stay this time was fantastic, quiet yet luxurious, making my entire holiday feel incredibly serene and joyful.
**Facilities:** Extremely well-maintained, luxurious, and peaceful. I particularly loved the room design. The room had an excellent view, a separate walk-in closet, and a huge bathroom with a double vanity, which was very practical. The common areas were even more beautiful; though the hotel isn't massive, every corner exudes elegance. I especially enjoyed the pool, the riverside restaurant, and the private pier. Taking the hotel's boat to the nearby ICONSIAM was super convenient.
I want to specifically mention the bedroom; I really liked the firmness of the bed. Being on a high floor, the bedding was dry and fresh – I honestly didn't want to leave.
Also, the soundproofing in the room was excellent; I barely heard any noise from upstairs, downstairs, or next door.
**Cleanliness:** Spotless. The housekeeping service was thorough yet seemingly invisible. You don't see them, but you feel their presence.
**Service:** A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff who were incredibly responsive and enthusiastic. The staff at the pier were also very engaging.
**Other:** Just two small suggestions:
* **Breakfast:** The breakfast was comprehensive, but it lacked variety. By the second day, we were already a bit tired of it.
* **Bathroom:** The toilet paper in Thailand seems to be quite thin. As two women, we found we ran out daily and had to call housekeeping for more, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be great to have an extra roll or two readily available. Also, while not having a smart toilet isn't a big deal, the toilet lid didn't have a soft close, which startled us the first time we used it.
Overall, everything was wonderful. Thank you, The Peninsula, for a beautiful holiday. I will definitely be back!

This established luxury hotel on the Chao Phraya River far exceeded my expectations! ✨ Every room offers direct river views, and opening the window reveals stunning sunset panoramas – the vista is absolutely incredible. The rooms are decorated in a classic Thai vintage style, with teak furniture and silk soft furnishings, all impeccably maintained, spacious, and comfortable. The service is meticulous and graceful; the butler is very responsive, and the concierge can arrange the hotel's exclusive shuttle boat to and from the shopping district on the opposite bank, making getting around very convenient. The riverside pool is surrounded by lush greenery, quiet and uncrowded, and soaking while enjoying the river view is incredibly therapeutic. Breakfast offers a rich variety, combining both Thai and Western options, and dining by the river creates a wonderful ambiance. Overall, it exudes an understated old-money charm, quiet and peaceful – highly recommended for a Bangkok vacation.

I've always been a fan of Mandarin Oriental, but this was my first stay at their Bangkok property. I must say, this 150-year-old hotel still maintains an incredibly high standard of service. Time only adds to its charm, never becoming a burden.
The moment you step into the hotel lobby, you're greeted by a lavish and captivating Southeast Asian decor. Tropical greenery 🪴, vintage red and green sofas, and extravagant chandeliers create a distinct personality! It's undeniably luxurious, opulent, and flamboyant.
Upon entering the room, the colors become much more subdued, leaning towards a minimalist European style. My favorite parts were the bathroom and the floor-to-ceiling balcony windows! The gray, white, and deep blue tiles on the balcony are retro and sophisticated, setting the base tone. Silver vintage faucets add a touch of grandeur to the design, making the bathroom itself incredibly photogenic. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow sunlight to embrace every guest, offering panoramic views of the Chao Phraya River's every change.
From the moment you step out of your car at the lobby entrance, you're consistently attended to by the staff. The doorman immediately presents a Jasmin garland as a welcome and escorts you to the front desk before leaving. There's no unnecessary waiting; check-in begins promptly, and your requests are met one by one. When I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration, a cake 🍰 was arranged in the room immediately.
Upon entering the room, the floor manager thoughtfully brings a welcome drink and explains all the room amenities, providing 24-hour service on the floor. This level of attentiveness makes guests feel secure and at ease.
Taking the shuttle boat daily to and from the Spa, Gym, and shopping center is also a unique experience. I have to say, the gym facilities are top-notch, and the flow design is excellent. From the moment you enter until you leave, the staff greets you with a smile.
Although there was a minor issue with the lights in the room, slightly affecting the experience, the front desk manager immediately provided a solution and offered a gift. Their response time was within three minutes.
Who wouldn't love a hotel like this, with such service and such an experience? I will definitely be staying again!

Mandarin Oriental Hotel truly lived up to its reputation! ✨ Time seemed to slow down, and we were even ferried across the Chao Phraya River to the department store on the opposite bank by the hotel's boat. The night view was even more stunning! 💓 Although we didn't have a reservation, we were still able to enjoy afternoon tea. We definitely want to visit again. Next time, I'd love to stay longer and fully relax! ✨
