This is not a hotel, is this a leisure and entertainment complex? A log cabin on the hill where I lived, and I opened the window and saw the sea. There is a zoo on the mountain! There are lions and raptors! There are suspension bridges and landscapes! This hotel includes an independent sea-front hill, an independent beach, an independent swimming and play area, an independent football field? ! This is not a hotel, this is an amusement park!

girls in the reception are so beautiful.
no curtain,water easily splash out when you having a shower,which makes the floor slippery.

It was an uncomfortable trip. The booking software did not specify that the window was an internal window, which resulted in poor air circulation and was very noisy when sleeping at night.

Great hotel and amazing value close to the most tourist-y streets in Haiphong.
The Onsen was an unexpected gem as well! I knew they had it, but it's open-air and not busy (could be time of year) and quality is great.
The breakfasts are ridiculously good.
Staff lovely and helpful.
It's on a more quiet side-street, but use a Grab if you don't want to walk!

The room is starting to show its age, but it remains very well maintained, functional, and thoughtfully equipped. Everything worked as expected, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
In-room dining was on the expensive side, but the portions were surprisingly generous and good for sharing.
The only downside was the road construction right next to the hotel. The noise continued throughout the day and sometimes into the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the overall experience.
Other than that, everything was great and I would happily stay again.

The hotel feels quite new, and the facilities are comprehensive. The room is spacious with great natural light, and the bathtub was wonderfully relaxing!
The hygiene was excellent; I didn't find any spots that weren't cleaned thoroughly.
The service was truly exceptional, from the reception to the concierge, everyone was fantastic and most could communicate in English!
The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, especially the banana milkshake!
I'll definitely book here again on my next visit!
