Excellent property in a fantastic location, from the terrace you can see a good part of Rome, beautiful... The property is a little dated, but clean... good breakfast... the only flaw in our room was a bad sewer smell that went away by turning on the air conditioning.

Very clean, breakfast very delicious. Very successful stay. Respectable. The only minus is difficult to get from the airport in late hours.

It is a very cute guesthouse located on the lake. We were there during winter so unfortunately the restaurant was closed. The room itself is cute and clean. The owner of the place is great , helped us with the parking and recommended a great place for dinner.
