Booked this hotel on a business trip, the environment is good, the location is good, the traffic is convenient, the service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, and very satisfied.

After a frustrating experience at the Sofitel in Lisbon, I was immediately put at ease by the warm and professional front desk staff upon arriving at the Four Seasons in Madrid. The bellhop who helped with my luggage to the room was also very enthusiastic, even offering to get me more water, to which I replied I would call if needed. The hotel's location, as expected, is right in the heart of the shopping district. The ambiance perfectly matches the hotel's standards. In contrast, the Oriental Mandarin in Barcelona had much smaller rooms. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay at the Four Seasons this time.
