The hotel is a good hotel for a few years, but it seems to have been renovated relatively not long ago. The only unexplainable thing is that in 2024 (almost) it will have to pay €10 per day for internet connection at a reasonable speed. I was thinking to stay a day more and telework from the room, but with 1 mgps I can't. I hope they will change the policy soon.

The hotel has good facilities. The lunch menu is quite limited; dinner and breakfast are better. At reception, they tricked us into buying a superior room, and when we complained because it wasn't as described, they just shrugged and offered no solution. The all-inclusive package doesn't include a single cocktail. The beach area is practically nonexistent; it's just a promontory, so you have to drive there. However, the pools are nice.

The space is very narrow. The bedside table is not suitable. Terrible breakfast, when things are lost, they put very few things, so it is very common, they allow a long time to replenish things. The service did not hang up because he did not pass through the restaurant very frequently, and it was when customers came to the staff to tell them to change things. We see other customers complaining about the same thing.

Stadthotel in the middle of the pedestrian zone. With the car first time a little difficult to reach but otherwise everything walking close. Sufficiently large rooms with pleasant bed-friendly staff

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Palos. There is just a watched parking front of the municipality and free of charge. It has 24-hour reception, the receptionists are very friendly. It has a very good coffee shop that resolves the breakfast issue.
