Old but nice hotel. Not very good service. Private bath costs extra and was closed. Rooms were a bit shabby. They could show a bit more hostility to make us feel more comfortable.

The equipment inside is perfect and intimate, and all the maintenance products are very kind. The disadvantage is that it is remote and can't help to call a taxi. The space is big enough to be much worse than the hotel in the city.

Good access to the station. The hotel itself may be a bit old, but the interior is clean and clean. Also, I think it is good that the check-out time is 12 o'clock in noon unlike other surrounding hotels.

Really awesome hotel right next to the train station. The staff was wonderful and attentive — very professional and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served and the room was clean and spotless. I look forward to staying there again.

It was a clean, convenient room near the station. I think you can relax in the room without stress. However, since it was Golden Week, I feel that 13,000 yen per night including breakfast is a bit expensive.

這家飯店的表現比我原先預期的好，雖然地點有點偏遠但整體不錯，飯店很乾淨，停車場免費，房間大小適宜，甚至有一個小沙發跟桌子可以用餐，早餐簡單大方，還有大眾池可以泡，還有免費咖啡可以外帶，如果要去輕井澤，這是一個不錯的中繼站，非常推薦！
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Although the location is a bit remote, the overall experience was quite good. The hotel is very clean, parking is free, and the room is a good size — it even has a small sofa and table for dining. The breakfast is simple yet generous, and there’s a public bath for soaking. Plus, they offer free coffee to-go. If you’re heading to Karuizawa, this is a great stopover. Highly recommended!

It was a bit of a problem that there were no hangers in the lockers in the changing room. But there are several hot springs, so I'm looking forward to soaking in them all, and I'm very satisfied.
The room was comfortable, and I'd like to stay here again. The hot springs are great.
