I booked this hotel in order to go to My Neighbor Totoro Forest, which was unexpectedly good. Breakfast is really worth the price. It costs more than 2,900 yen for a separate order. It is recommended that you choose the breakfast. The breakfast place overlooks Mount Fuji. It is a Japanese-style breakfast, one serving per person. There are many types, rich in nutrients and delicious, delicious! Also, the hotel has a public hot spring. We went there at night. There were not many people and it was very comfortable. In short, I felt very surprised. The room was large and there was a small table for drinking tea. There was floor heating under the small table, which was very good. The only thing that must be picky is that the decoration is a bit old, but the quilt is very clean. I don't think it will affect my praise of him. As for the geographical location may require self-driving, I don't know that public transportation is inconvenient.

The location is great, especially for accessing Shinsadong. Considering Shinsadong is generally a bit off the beaten path, this location is actually quite good. The welcome drink, however, was disappointing and its availability seemed inconsistent. As for the complimentary amenities offered at the entrance, I felt some staff members gave me judgmental looks, making me feel watched – as if I was taking too many. This was strange because I only took one per day, or sometimes none at all, yet I still had this odd feeling of being monitored. On a more positive note, housekeeping was incredibly quiet, which was perfect for relaxing even if I slept in late. I enjoyed the train view from my room (though I understand not all rooms have this). Overall, most of the staff were friendly. The bathtub was small, but the water quality was excellent.

Came to the nearby O park to participate in cross-country running, and found this hotel nearby through Ctrip. Since there was no non-smoking room option when booking, a ********* sister helped to change it to a non-smoking room after arriving at the site. Thank you. There is a seafood rice restaurant around the hotel that is delicious, and the hotel breakfast is also OK, and there is no problem eating full. It feels like this is a very small place, and there are not many taxis on the road.

This was my first time staying at Super Hotel Kawagoe. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly polite and helpful. The room was also very clean, allowing me to get a good rest after a tiring day of sightseeing. Plus, the hot spring bath was deep enough to soak my shoulders, which really helped relieve my fatigue. I was told breakfast was a 'healthy breakfast' and it was complimentary, but the variety of dishes was so extensive I honestly thought they should charge for it! There were even local specialties, so I had a hearty meal and felt re-energized for the day. My family has expressed interest in staying here too, so I'll definitely bring them next time. I used it for a live performance at Tamaari. There were many types of baths and saunas, and I didn't have much time not to use them, so I used them whenever I wanted! On Saturdays and Sundays, there were a lot of couples and they were flirting all over the place, so it was hard to see where to look, but maybe that's why it's so relaxing. I thought it would have been helpful if there was a refrigerator in the room, but there were plenty of original drinks and ice cream, so I might not have to worry about that too much.

Having stayed at three Dormy Inn hotels – Wakayama, Oita, and Omiya – this one, in Omiya, was the least impressive overall. However, it still surpasses most Japanese hotels in the 600 JPY price range. The main issue is that half the rooms face a wall and a large cemetery. Also, the Sky Onsen can't really be considered a true open-air bath. Perhaps because of the diverse clientele here, the onsen's cleanliness wasn't particularly great. One thing worth mentioning is that they accommodate guests with tattoos; as long as you cover them with two 10x10 cm tattoo stickers, you can use the onsen. This is quite welcoming, as judging people based on their appearance is outdated and impolite. Finally, there are many convenience stores downstairs, and a very clean and well-stocked drugstore (though prices are slightly higher). It's also very close to the station, so the value for money is still excellent. I would choose to stay here again when visiting Omiya.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel is quite close to Omiya Station and easy to find. The single room isn't huge, but the bed is a good size, perfect for one person. The hotel breakfast was decent, and the ground floor has a nice ambiance. The only drawback is that the hotel is long and narrow, with over 20 rooms on a single corridor. If you have one of the larger rooms, you'll have quite a walk down the hallway after getting off the elevator.

Love my stay at this hotel with my families. The staff were very friendly in assisting us with all of our needs, and made sure our rooms are all on the same floor. The rooms are very clean and spacious, more spacious than the typical hotels we stay in Japan. Location of the hotel is very near the train station too.
