By far the most expensive hotel in Tokyo. Best swimming pool I've seen, great deco, very good breakfast. However I was expecting an absolutely spotless room but there were a few specs of dirt. Usually i wouldn't care about that, but I paid a tonne of money for this hotel so expected perfection. Super hotel but is it worth nearly double Bulgari hotel? Nah

My experience here was excellent overall. The staff were friendly, the environment was clean, and everything felt well done. The food was high quality and enjoyable, and the service, was very good. The only downside is the price—it’s on the higher side—but you do get a premium experience in return.”

Fantastic service! We had to adjust our reservations due to a sudden sickness. The hotel staff is quick to respond and easy to communicate. We appreciate their willingness to to accommodate our change and we truly enjoy our stay at this wonderful hotel! Five Star service all the way! Will definitely stay again for the next visit to Tokyo!

Second choice for Four Seasons Otemachi Currently my top choice in Tokyo Service is meticulous yet respectful. Advantages: Quiet, high floor, unparalleled views This time: Upgraded to a deluxe suite (directly facing the Imperial Palace) on-site. It's on the top floor, larger, and offers better views day and night; the bathroom is separate and larger, and the bathtub is by the window with a night view. Room service: 24-hour. Breakfast delivery is the same price as dining in, but I still prefer the delivery service; the fruit portions are generous. Bar: VITRU, one of Asia's top 50 bars, is located on the lobby level. Walk-ins should be easy for guests. Drinks are reasonably priced, and the decor is very French (due to a collaboration/branding with a Parisian bar, or perhaps its inspiration). Location: Located above Chiyoda Otemachi, owned by Mitsui. It's a bit far from the subway platform, but getting to Tokyo Station by taxi is convenient, and getting to Ginza by taxi takes less than ten minutes, which is acceptable. Otemachi Station has excellent transportation connections, making it more suitable for me than Azabu. Facilities: Although it's been open for a few years, it still looks very new.

The room came with a large balcony, perfect for getting some fresh air during the day. It overlooked the grassy square outside the palace, and the view was exactly as pictured. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very professional. The breakfast, with its Japanese-style set menu, made for a fantastic experience!
- Guest User
Great location, just one street away from the heart of Japan. The Japanese service was impeccable, as expected. Every room came with a nice amenity kit. My only suggestion for improvement would be to integrate Alipay and WeChat Pay into the payment system to make it more convenient for Chinese tourists.

Janu Tokyo, Aman's vibrant new venture. Located in the trendy heart of Azabudai Hills, it offers stunning views of Tokyo Tower right from your window. The rooms are spacious and airy, the pool is enormous, and the fitness facilities are top-notch. The service is attentive yet unobtrusive. Both the Italian restaurant and the sushi Omakase left a lasting impression. It's not about escaping the world, but rather a perfect balance of dynamic social interaction and urban rejuvenation.

Overall, it was a very good stay, except that there were no rooms available when I checked in, and I had to wait for a very long time. Everything else, from the facilities to the service, was excellent. The hotel has direct access to the shopping mall, and the spa is one of the largest in all of Tokyo. The gym also has a lot of equipment, including free weights and a Smith machine, which made for a great experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Ginza, and the room size is quite generous. Since the hotel is relatively new and in such a prime Ginza location where space is at a premium, it's understandable that there aren't many common areas.

This was my first time staying at The Peninsula Tokyo, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we began corresponding with the hotel before arrival, the team made it clear that this was going to be a special stay. I had reached out in advance as this was an important trip for our family, and the team – especially Ms. Kim – went above and beyond to help organise everything smoothly. Every detail was handled with care, and it really set the tone for our visit. Throughout our stay, every interaction made us feel genuinely welcome. The lobby team, the staff at Peter, and housekeeping were all consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Small gestures, friendly smiles, and a real willingness to help turned a simple hotel stay into a collection of memories we will cherish for a long time. This trip has made The Peninsula Tokyo our new fav stay in the city. There is a wonderful sense of warmth and hospitality here, and you feel that everyone is truly invested in making your stay as special as possible. We are already looking forward to returning on our next visit to Tokyo.
- Utkarsh05
The hotel's location is top-notch, with direct access to the Hibiya Line right downstairs and the Imperial Palace East Garden next door. It's incredibly convenient for exploring Ginza. The room was also very spacious and luxurious, and the walk-in closet was a good size and very practical. The service was even more exceptional; from check-in to check-out, guests felt warmly welcomed. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Centrally located in Roppongi, with a high-end Midtown shopping mall right downstairs. This area sees fewer tourists compared to Ginza and is popular among local affluent residents, with a well-developed dining scene. The hotel itself features classic and traditional decor.

This well-established onsen hotel, nestled in Tokyo's central business district, offers impeccable service and quality. It's also great value for money right now. The outdoor onsen on the top floor is fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

The room is very spacious, easily accommodating three people, and the sofa could even sleep two more. Each floor has a common area with everything you need. Plus, their hot spring is really famous.

We booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing. The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay. Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name. I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.
- Lazgolf
The service can be said to be the ceiling of the industry, meticulous and thoughtful without leaving any trace. I stayed in the hotel for a long time. I often drank tea and drank in the room and looked at the scenery, but I never saw the cleaning staff. However, they cleaned up twice a day. Very detailed. There are several staff in the restaurant who can speak Chinese, and communication is very convenient. Special praise to Sun Xiaoqi for helping to recover the jewelry. The club staff are also very gentle. As for the view from the room, you can see Mount Fuji and Tokyo at night, it’s unbeatable! Although the decoration is old, it has its own characteristics. Like the library very much. However, there is often a strong smell of gasoline at the entrance on the second floor. There are many staff waiting there all the time. I feel sorry for them and it also reduces the sense of the hotel. I hope this issue will be improved during the renovation this year.
