Oh, really very very nice, their service is very respectful and very kind, no words to say about the staff they are doing outstanding service and their breakfast complimentary is awesome traditional veg and western style really very tasty foods served with hot and good option for vegitarian and also nonveg. Their speciality in non veg ali baba & 41 dishes. Gym & pool is exceptional, finally fantastic experience.

The property is located on the road side itself, easily accessible. Have a large parking area adjacent to the property. The staff were very courteous. Room and facilities were good. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

A Wonderful Stay at Gateway Hotel Calicut. Comfortable, Scenic, and Family-Friendly We stayed at Gateway Hotel Calicut for two days as a group of 20 family members, including children, during a family get-together and convocation ceremony. We had booked six rooms on the 5th floor, all offering beautiful views of the sea and pool, which made our stay extra special.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a large group like ours.
A highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was outstanding—a wide and delicious spread of local and continental dishes that catered to both adults and kids alike.
Overall, we had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Gateway Hotel Calicut provided the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty. We highly recommend it for families or groups visiting the city.

Property is located in prime location.It is inside City.Rooms are very small & no ceiling fan.Room bed was mentioned as king size.But it was very small.Toilet was very neat & clean.Room service is very bad.Getting the required things we have to follow up multiple times.They have included multiple food in boffet breakfast.Taste was awesome.Overall I can give average rating 3 when we are comparing with other hotel experience.

Had a pleasant stay at Yash. The staff was courteous and amenities perfect. Ms. Sanjana was great at getting everything done and I even extended my stay for one day just because I didn't want the hassle of moving hotels and it was so comfortable here!

pros-rooms and food was good.not the best but ok.
cons-management and behaviour and service-1) we had a booking for 3rd day also..on the 2nd day-asked us to leave as they were not aware that we had booking for 3 days .bad management ..
2)breakfast was included with rooms-but called after checkout and asked us to pay the bill for breakfast-(unprofessional and rude)it's an insult.later resolved after complaining in the app..3)not ready to help-we checked out early morning .so asked to packed some breakfast (refused )though we paid for it.
4)overall-not a safe place for tourists coming from outside as the management is too rigid and unwelcoming..also the staff doesn't understand English and other languages properly(wrong dinner was served twice in 2 days).

Found out about KPM Tripenta from MakeMyTrip app. I had been to Swapnanagari many years ago. Customer reviews helped in selecting this property. Our stay with Tripenta was truly amazing. Room was cozy, clean and fresh. Staff was professionals ever willing to help and support us. Ms Kavya made sure we don’t lack anything. Food was delicious. The dining facility set within our room was outstanding.

Avarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude

The hotel was nice, the room was spacious and good. But there was a fue things to notice, the wash basins floor was not clean, also there was no toiletries available at there. Only a soap was there and thats it, and also there was a random number of tea bags and sugar milk powder ext. Which doesn’t make enough for two person, these are the few things i have to report. I dont have pics

We recently stayed for one night at keys calicut. While the property is conveniently located, offering easy access to local attractions, our overall experience was just average in terms of value for money. The breakfast provided in the morning left much to be desired; it was below average and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, we noticed that the housekeeping team had overlooked clearing out the used amenities in our room, which detracted from our comfort during the stay. On a positive note, the services were satisfactory, though they didn’t stand out. Overall, our visit had its highlights, but improvements could be made in several areas to enhance the guest experience.
