1. Lot: There is a 3-5 minute distance from the beach. The hotel can send a car to the hotel's exclusive beach club at any time. Very convenient, when I arrived at the club, some staff took ice water and ice towels to the tanning pavilion where the beach towels were laid, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The hotel is in the mountains, the scenery is very good, in the lobby and restaurant can view the scenery under the mountain. 2, design: Australian designers 25 years ago, today's works are still so elegant, temperament! 3, facilities: the pool is large, there is an all-day restaurant, a good library. I can’t see it completely 25 years ago, and it’s managed quite well! 4, service: Amman, these two words explain everything, no more multilingual! 5, value-added: I don't know the relationship between spring break, one day free charter service, and free shuttle service, solve many problems, very good value-added service experience! After staying for 3 days and 2 nights, it is regrettable that the driver who sent the plane on the last day learned that the landlord will be closed at the end of February 2018 because the landlord will not renew his contract. Very sad! But also very fortunate, AMANNUSA was chosen in the last hotel in Bali. Forever Amman! I hope that 150 employees in the hotel will be well!

An unforgettable hotel, so big that you will be shocked. It is suitable for two or three families to stay together. It has a huge swimming pool, three separate bedrooms, two dining rooms and a living room. The service of the two butlers is also excellent. It is a hotel that is highly recommended.

I initially thought this was just another Instagrammable hotel. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed upon check-in, as the service didn't quite measure up to what I've experienced at Ritz-Carlton Reserve. The room's location was just average, with many obstructions in front. I checked in on my birthday but wasn't offered a free room upgrade. The hotel wasn't crowded during my two-day stay, and the low guest density was quite comfortable. However, room maintenance was mediocre; there was a damp smell when I entered, frankly, it felt quite old. Also, the bathtub water didn't get hot enough for a proper soak. What truly deserves high praise is the unlimited complimentary laundry service, and the 24-hour in-room dining, available once a day, which was incredibly convenient – you just scan a QR code to order. Each person gets 2 drinks and 3 food items daily. The portions were ample, and the taste wasn't as bad as some people claim (for a Cantonese palate, it certainly wasn't unappetizing). The design and maintenance of the public pool were also excellent. I asked the manager, and he said the cliff elevator will be open in June, so future guests are in luck! Currently, they offer transportation to two beaches as an alternative, but I'd advise against it! It was super crowded, and the service was terrible – this was the only part of the trip that felt like a letdown. We wasted over an hour on two separate occasions and waited for half an hour standing at that Sunday Beach. In short, staying at the hotel is definitely better than venturing out. And don't worry about food; if you don't feel like eating at the restaurant, you can order takeout. Just inform your butler, and they'll deliver it from the hotel lobby to your door. The most important thing: tip generously (100k every time) and write down your wishes (even with limited English), and they'll usually be fulfilled. For example, asking for bags, toiletries, small gifts, etc. I also received a birthday amenity, a cake, and an aromatherapy diffuser. All in all, I was genuinely surprised and am already looking forward to my next stay!

It was a great experience to stay in the bagarli Bali, the service is excellent as the other customers mentioned @ the other platform, and they just open the private beach in June so it was a excellent experience to stay in the private beach for a whole day long, enjoy the sunset so you don’t spend your money to go anywhere else, however the hotel is over 20 years old , decoration and equipment looks somehow outdated, it is a need to repair and when you sit on the toilet, you wouldn’t expect the equipment was ages also. beside that the overall experience in the restaurant is nice that they have a great Asian restaurant providing breakfast all day 24 hours long.

I come here every year, and the atmosphere is always great. It's a fantastic vacation spot. The service is excellent. Taking a boat to watch the sunrise and having dinner on the beach are experiences I highly recommend. Honestly, I can't find a single fault with this place.

Mandapa is nestled in the Ubud forest, surrounded by rainforest and built into the mountainside. It's a secluded sanctuary, perfect for cleansing the soul and allowing me to slowly and peacefully savor every day of my vacation. I was particularly impressed with their butler service. During my three-day, two-night stay, everything was meticulously planned for me, from the transfer service to and from the hotel in Jimbaran Bay, to my river adventure, spa appointments, scheduled photography session, and dinner reservations. My butler orchestrated everything, acting like a personal secretary. Furthermore, most of the hotel's restaurants are outdoors, allowing guests to dine amidst the forest. Surprisingly, the environmental hygiene and insect control were excellent, which I truly appreciated. The villa's cleanliness was also ideal; I didn't spot a single spiderweb, ant, small spider, or any other insect or dust mite within the 430-square-meter villa. The hygiene was superb. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt incredibly serene and relaxing, making it perfectly suited for couples to enjoy a slow-paced, leisurely trip. Regarding the food, I tried breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner at three of their restaurants. The dining atmosphere and food quality were consistently excellent. The spa lived up to the standards of a 6-star hotel! Given its Michelin 3-star status, the hotel truly meets that benchmark. One minor thing to note is that during dinner at one of their Indonesian restaurants, there's a traditional Indonesian dance performance where performers wear a deity mask. This might make some guests, especially those with young children, feel uncomfortable or even frightened. This is something to be aware of.

Stayed at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve with my family. The hotel lobby is grand and absolutely stunning! Our room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. We received delicious welcome fruits and snacks, and there was an ample supply of drinking water. Our Chinese butler, Nessa (Honghong), was incredibly helpful during our two-day stay! She was always responsive to our requests, replied promptly, was understanding, patient, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. It happened to be Mother's Day, and Nessa helped my son fulfill his idea of surprising me. I received beautiful flowers, a cake, and a thoughtful card from the hotel! The Indonesian restaurant's breakfast spread was fresh and abundant, offering both buffet and à la carte options. The staff were proactive, polite, and friendly! Nova was particularly understanding; seeing that I liked mangosteen but wasn't sure how to open it, she kindly prepared it for me and brought it over. It was a truly heartwarming gesture! Overall, our stay at the hotel was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

The breakfast was particularly satisfying 🥪, absolutely delicious! I loved the waffles, they were so cute and tasty. The full moon barbecue is also highly recommended. I really liked the view from this room type; it was exactly how I imagined living in a rainforest. My sleep at night was also quite good. It's true that you have to walk up and down a lot of hills, but the tent design is very unique, so I still recommend staying here. There's a temple below the hotel that's worth a visit ´ₒ⦁⩊⦁ₒ` Overall, it was a wonderful memory! 🫶🏻

The service was excellent; they communicated a lot of details beforehand, and I got the themed room I wanted. Overall, the experience was great. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the facilities were well-maintained. The only minor downside is that there aren't many activities available at the hotel.

Our stay was excellent, and our butler, Jerikho, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. Knowing we had a late-night flight, he kindly arranged a complimentary late check-out for us, which was a very warm gesture. The villa offered beautiful views and fantastic privacy, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. We look forward to returning!

Best hotel I've ever stayed. All the staffs are extremely friendly and the butler service is very responsive and helpful. The details in the room and garden are perfect. Waking up to a blue ocean view with private pool. Birds and butterflies in the garden makes it even better. Strongly recommended.

This hotel is close to the black beach, the scenery is very beautiful, and there is a rice field view on the other side of the hotel, which is refreshing. The hotel's service staff is very warm, there is Chinese customer service, we have to participate in the hotel's paid activities, Chinese customer service also gave very effective and pertinent suggestions, recommend activities suitable for this season, it turns out that the waterfall hiking activities are very good, thank you very much. The hotel's restaurant has a service staff named Eri, the service is very thoughtful, let us feel the simplicity and enthusiasm of the locals in a foreign country. The hotel's pick-up and drop-off service is very good, and the drop-off service is full of details. But it is a pity that the cashier at the front desk of the hotel SPA is not very friendly to the Chinese. The whole poker face let me sign. The Chinese name I signed asked to sign the English name. This required me to cooperate. I didn’t expect her to speak Indonesian. Bad, just recorded by my translation software, This is intolerable! I read Xiaohongshu before and said that Indonesian hotels have discrimination. I didn't expect to be met by myself... a bit speechless. Reflecting the situation with the hotel and Trip.com , I still pay attention to the solution, but in fact, I am a little sad. I think of the warm and thoughtful service of other staff. I don’t want to deny a hotel because of one person, but I hope that this time is not pleasant. The hotel attracts attention. Don't let Chinese like me encounter such situations, affecting the mood of vacation. In addition, the hotel's beach is not a private beach, there is a stray dog, often looking for food on the beach, if you see this comment, you go to this hotel, remember to give it some food. This little yellow 🐶 is very friendly and a bit sticky. Its appearance also brings a lot of joy and good memories to my holiday. Thank you for your kindness. ~❤️ Trip.com platform, in the process of handling problems, very professional and patient, emotional value is full, like.

This is very important, so I'll say it three times: the soundproofing in the ocean view suites is absolutely terrible! If you have trouble sleeping, don't choose this one! On our first night in the ocean view suite, our whole family barely slept. The sound of the waves was like thunder, and we couldn't sleep until the tide went out around midnight (we've stayed in many beachfront hotels, and we're certain it's a hardware design issue). The next day, we contacted the hotel, and their solution was to upgrade to a garden view room but not refund the price difference. What kind of logic is it to downgrade a room just because we didn't get a good rest due to poor hotel facilities? We asked for an early check-out, but the hotel refused. They also refused to accept the price difference as a deferred payment, only agreeing to a late check-out on the third day. The whole experience felt incredibly rigid, or rather, arrogant. Finally, Ctrip refunded the price difference, which resolved the issue. Otherwise, our trip would have been a complete disaster. We moved from Aman Resorts, arriving at around 9 AM. Our booked room wasn't ready yet, and Aman even arranged another villa for us to rest in. The difference in service was stark. However, the service in other areas was excellent; the restaurant and room service were great, and the Chinese-speaking butler was very patient. What deserves special praise is the hotel's independent Japanese and Western restaurants perched on the cliff, where the views of the waves and sunsets are absolutely stunning, and the service is exceptional. The best time to watch the waves is from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Stepping into a place that has gracefully carried its spirit for nearly 38 years into today was truly an unforgettable experience. Amandari is not just a resort; it is a timeless masterpiece, perfectly harmonized with nature and set in a setting that feels nothing short of miraculous. The villas are breathtaking—every detail thoughtfully designed, offering a sense of privacy, serenity, and understated luxury. From sunrise to sunset, each moment feels like a carefully painted scene, where nature and architecture exist in perfect balance. What truly elevates this experience, however, is your exceptional team. The genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism of every member create an atmosphere that feels both refined and deeply personal. The culinary experience is equally remarkable—each dish reflecting a perfect blend of local character and world-class sophistication. In every sense, this was not just a stay, but a journey—one that touches the soul and leaves a lasting impression. Our hearts are with you. Thank you for this extraordinary experience.

A down-to-earth review 🥰 Aman's service is currently the best I can imagine. Their attentiveness is evident in the details; it's subtle yet impactful, maintaining clear boundaries. I believe the best service is simply being service itself. The details: They clean the room incredibly quickly after each visit. During my three-night stay, they provided free transportation for all our outings 😇 They gave us different small gifts every day, which was very heartwarming. Every staff member greeted us with a big smile, making us feel right at home 😊 They were absolutely responsive to all our requests. They gave us a bracelet and a brownie cake upon departure, a small but touching gesture 🥹

Book the best valley-view room type! The basic rooms are at the bottom of the valley with average views, and they tend to be damp with cold pool water. The upgraded rooms are halfway up the mountain, offering excellent views, fewer insects, no dampness, and a constant 40-degree (Celsius) heated pool. Dinner has a lot of vegetarian options. The spa has a great ambiance and excellent service. The hotel staff are wonderful, and you can even spot many small squirrels. It's a perfect secluded getaway, a truly unique experience worldwide. Highly recommended! (Be cautious if you're particularly afraid of insects.)

Choosing to stay here for two nights was a wise decision. The hotel staff's friendliness and sincerity were genuine, making you feel truly happy. They remember every guest's name. The feeling of being one with nature was wonderful. Falling asleep to nature's symphony was incredibly relaxing; the sense of immersion was exceptionally soothing. One day it even rained, and listening to the rain made it even more liberating. The hotel has no windows, no doors, no walls—that's the kind of boundless freedom it's all about.

Location is quite secluded, not much amenities near the resort and the road up is narrow and windy. But the view from the resort is breathtaking. We booked the ocean view villa and it has the best view of the ocean and the beach. The villa is clean with huge toilet, walk in wardrobe, tub and outdoor shower.. Service is excellent as well.

Very comfortable resort, the villa public area has a great view. The high and low tides on Sundays below the hotel are very unique. The privacy is also very good. The hotel staff has a warm smile. There was a lawn wedding on the day of check-in, and it feels like a good place.
